We arrived on 4th of July and the pool was not useable because it was under maintenance. That message was not on the website anywhere to be mentioned, this would have definitely made me choose a different hotel. I feel like it was bad planning during a holiday and hot weather. Also the room had a gum stuck on the wall by the bed. One of the queen beds fell off of its bed support bars while we were sleeping.

I enjoyed my stay. Besides the room was out of date couldn't connect to the streaming apps on the tv. The shower was all over the place water went everywhere floor was soaked. The pool was nice just wished it was outside instead of inside. But other than that my stay was good.

In the bathroom of the hotel room was a whole bunch a pubic hair on the ground, we even seen some on the bed. It was absolutely disgusting. Customer service was nice l. I did go up and tell them about the hair all over and all he offered was to clean it up for us. I do not recommend staying at this hotel due to how dirty it was. It really didn’t look like anyone cleaned the room.

Price was very good. Bathroom had a couple hairs from last person in toilet. The fan in ceiling of bathroom looked like it was going to fall. Carpets could use replacing. Front desk staff was great. Was nice and quiet at nite. Ac worked great but was a little loud. Breakfast was not very good but was ok for the price.

Place was clean and had comfortable beds. Parking was good. However the third floor had an odor that hit you as soon as you got off the elevator. It smelled like a barn or wet dog. You could even smell it in the room but you got used to it quickly. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was extremely noisy and you had no way to turn it off other than turning off the light. The location was great. Easy to get around and lots of stores in the area.

During my recent stay at Comfort Inn, I was impressed by the friendly and kind staff during check-in. The spacious, clean room and ample parking area added to the positive experience. Breakfast gives many options, and all of them being great! From hot fresh waffles to bright yellow sweet bananas. I highly recommend this property.

Walked into the bathroom and noticed a used soap bar on the shower shelf. Walked into the shower after starting it to warm up the shower and almost feel due to the VERY slippery tile right next to the shower opening. Our room was right over the breakfast area and we could hear the sliding noise chairs and banging of other items. The sheets were very itchy and seemed like they were washed in straight bleach. The female that checked us in was very friendly and was absolutely a pleasure with a very fast check in. Air conditioning worked surprisingly good. TV volume was unacceptable as we had to set it to 30 to hear it.

Overall exceptional! Upon arriving in my room there were still trash in the room from previous guess. Cleanliness is questionable? I doubt they vacuum the carpet because there were nuts on the floor. This is something you can’t just missed seeing because it’s fault visible. I would give them another shot. Hopefully it’s better this time.

Needed a place to stay the night while visiting family. The carpet was full of pet hair and clearly had not been vacuumed. We woke up to find a cockroach in a shirt that was hanging on the back of a chair. We won't be staying here again.

Good place to stay. Quiet hallways, only heard the neighbors door once. Clean bathrooms and all table tops. Decent size fridge. Soft bed and pillows. Slept great. My only complaint would be the ice maker on our floor wasn't working so I sent my teen to the next floor down to get ice.

Nice stay. Very quiet and nice room. Comfy bed and pillows. We loved getting the king suite. My only complaint was the sofa and chair were dated and the sofa had a cigarette burn in the arm. But I did appreciate having them to sit on after our long trip. In the morning, they pro ided a very good breakfast which is always a plus. I'd stay here again if we are on this side of Phoenix.

The room that they gave was real small . With all of the furniture in the room , I felt cramped. It was not like what the pictures showed . To me it was not worth the price . It felt like a bed in a storage room .

So I booked this property after an internet search brought it up under pet friendly. When I arrived I was informed that the property was not pet friendly. NO pets. I advised the girl I would need to cancel my reservation. She never asked me for name or reservation number, nothing. I was marked as a no show and charged for 2 nights. When I called and spoke to the mgr, he said that the girl had been with them 18 years and he never had issues with her. His words were I was just a customer who was trying to get a refund. He said to go ahead and write a bad review as I was just one of those customers who just wanted to get my money back. He was rude and showed no sign of knowing how to negotiate. Lesson learned. The customer service at this location is non existent. We went down the street and got an awesome room and were treated with respect. Worse manager ever.

Nice for the price. The front desk staff is friendly and efficient. When my TV didn't work, the receptionist was able to reset it (instead of calling an engineer). When there was no salt at the breakfast area, the front desk staff took care of it (apparently the breakfast attendant was new). It appears that the front desk personnel are good troubleshooters with multiple duties. One day it took until about 5:00 to clean the room. I was told they had cut staff, so when they are almost full, the 2 staff members run behind, but they get it done. The area is close to stores, restaurants, gas, etc. Nothing major to complain about and I would stay there again.

I’ve stayed here before so it was an easy decision to stay again. Room was clean, bed and pillows comfortable. The bathroom was spacious with a nice walk-in shower. It would have been nice if the shower had a built in shelf where you could keep your toiletries but it did have shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Location is convenient, one block off Bell, many options for food and shopping nearby. Plenty of free parking, free wifi. Lots of construction workers stayed here during my visit. I only had the breakfast once, standard breakfast fare (scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, bacon, etc.), the coffee is good (not so much in the room, I brought my own coffee maker). I didn’t see a lot of homeless wandering around which made me feel safer as a solo traveler. Overall I would recommend staying here, would not hesitate to book here again.

We spent one night recently due to a last minute trip to Phoenix. Overall hotel was clean for the most part, quiet area. Very outdated and small rooms. We lost power in the morning for about an hour. Even though power came back, breakfast was cold and not very good. Fine for a night but wouldn’t stay longer than that.
