It is a beautiful new hotel! However, I read a review about the shower heads and thought, I am sure they are not that bad.....THEY ARE BAD!!! They would not even rinse my hair :( AND the beds are SO uncomfortable!! My sisters and their families stayed as well and the next morning everyone said the same thing!! It is too bad when you have to pay so much!! They do have a couple EV chargers and the location is great!

Lovely place and convenient location near the Sun City area. I travel with a dog, and this location was well prepared. Great areas for pet relief, pet waste bags provided, and good laundry to wash/dry doggie blankets. The lobby was lovely and spacious. There was bar/restaurant service in the evening that included indoor and outdoor seating. The room was fairly typical with comfortable beds and nice pillows & linens. The bath had double vanities and walk-in shower with glass door. Lots of towels provided. I visit this area often and will stay here again.

I thought it had a restaurant. No Dinner but they heat up frozen food. It’s like a snack bar. I would not call it a restaurant nor dinner. Front desk was helpful and nice. Bartender extremely slow. Room was good but they only clean every 3rd day; however they do bring in fresh towels daily.

Super clean Hotel. Only downfall is the restaurant it there was only 1 person working the bar and the reataurant to take orders. Also, in the morning at 6am no one was at the front desk when i wanted to check out i had to wait baiut 10 minutes.

This is a nice property, but I don't think I will stay here again too many rules and they charge you to charge your electric vehicle. Can't have personal acholic beverages in common areas, can't smoke outside in common areas no free breakfast just too much.

I don’t like how they are no longer servicing the rooms unless you ask. I asked them to clean the room and they just did the bathroom replacing the towels. They didn’t make the beds or anything not even replacing the empty kleenex box. All the staff was great though and the hotel was nice and clean.

Everything was perfect! And this is the first time the sheets and towels smelled clean not just reeked of bleach but clean and fresh. And the towels were so soft. Hotel was very clean and service was great! We didn’t eat breakfast so I can’t respond about that but everything else was great! Would highly recommend this hotel!

Hands down the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. $75 pet fee was outrageous, the beds are like sleeping on gravel. Our bathroom door took a ton of force to open and close (sliding door) To top it off, they want $18 for breakfast! PER PERSON! I looked at the food and it looked like typical hotel continental breakfast fare. Instant eggs, overall gross stuff. It's ok if it's free, but we decided to have an actual breakfast for far less than $18 per person. This hotel doesn't deserve the Hilton name, poorly ran, poorly maintained, overpriced.

For this being a brand new hotel.... the shower head bad, sprayed everywhere soaking the entire bathroom, water pressure was poor and the bed was terrible. I did let the front desk know about the shower head and water pressure, maybe something they can fix. It was clean and in a good area.

Easy access to highway or main thoroughfares. Area very well lit with ample parking for all guests. All staff personally friendly and attentive to requests. Maintenance needed to be called for toilet clog. Arrived in minutes of hanging up the phone.

Wasunable to find both rooms at check in. Front desk staff referred us to expedia. No service at hotel so had to leave property to chat expedia. Then front desk staff would not answer phone when expedia called. Very inconvenient

The front desk staff were not always at the desk. There were several times when I was trying to buy a drink or snack and there was no one in sight. I stood there for over 15 mins and then finally just wrote a note asking for the items to ve charged to my room. Other then that the staff was friendly and the rooms were great. Would stay again.

Wonderful property. Great location. Convenient to the 303. Reception desk attendant was polite, pleasant, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. Room was exceptionally cleaned well appointed, the bed was extremely comfortable. Pet friendly and such a lovely property.

The hotel is very clean and bright. The staff is super friendly. The restaurant in the hotel is good. The pool and hot tub are very nice. There is everything you could want within a short drive. The only downside is the construction in the front and the proximity of the apartments in the back. Even with that, I would recommend this hotel.

The stay itself was good. However just like you asked how was the free breakfast...it wasn't free. Because we were busy we never went to the Happy Hour or ate breakfast until the day of our departure. In a hurry both of us had a small amount of eggs and coffee. Then I got a BILL for $30 + dollars for a breakfast I thought was free. We barely ate anything as we were in a rush. Had we know the breakfast wasn't free I would have just left. NOT HAPPY!
