Decent hotel, would consider staying again. Clean but bed was super lumpy and sunk in spots. Breakfast was also very limited, only ended up grabbing orange juice but was appreciated. Parking felt pretty safe.

The place is going to go through a remodel. They have several containers parked in the parking lot- making it difficult to find a parking spot. There is no hot breakfast as was described online, only a small bag containing a small juice, small yogurt, small thin granola bar, and a small cellophane wrapped blueberry muffin.

Ive stayed at this hotel before, staff always great as it was for this trip. However, hotel is under renovation and the pool was closed for maintenance. Would have been nice to know that before booking. I would have book another hotel.

The Expedia site said there was an indoor and outdoor pool which wasn’t the case. We booked based on that. The outdoor pool didn’t have a hot tub. Staff were very accommodating when they saw our dissatisfaction and upgraded our room. The rooms need remodeling carpets are stained in places and need replacing, but we understand this will happen soon. Overall thanks to the staff our stay was improved.

Property is being renovated, turns out the 1st floor is completely blocked off, would have been helpful if either the hotel or Expedia had responded to our 1st-floor request. Luckily the elevator still seems to be (more or less) working. Not sure what happened to the advertised breakfast, all those parts of the ground floor seem to be under construction...

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Lots of fast food within walking distance. Washer, dryer, Vending machine and ice machine. I would definitely stay again.

The room was dirty the head board look like it had blood to that was poorly cleaned freezer was over frosted the microwave had rust and possible mold growth. The bath tub had hair the pool was dirty they say they offer breakfast but they don't.

My short stay was very good for a last minute booking. The room was clean but some of the furnishings were a little tired. Everything DID work which indicates a solud maintenance program. Lobby and common areas were clean and straightened up. Breakfast was good with hot offerings to include scrambled eggs, sausage patties, oatmeal and waffles. Definitely good value for the money.

Dirty rooms. Horribly stained sheets. None of the outlets would hold a charger, just slipped out. Breakfast area under construction, provided very poor bag breakfast instead, one small juice, granola bar, and pre-packaged muffin. Not worth the stay!

I understand that they are doing renovations but the room looked like it had not been vacuumed at all - there were stains on the bed sheets - the light fixtures were all missing one light bulb - there was an outlet that didn’t work at all and not enough outlets for charging devices, and the pet fee of $25 per pet per night was the most expensive of any hotel we stayed during our trip especially for a hotel that was so dirty and in such disrepair. But the A/C did work and the shower was nice.

The good: friendly people, great location, very safe, good to-go breakfast. The bad: room was musty and AC didn't really work. Dog in adjacent room barked ALL night (not hotels fault). The shower curtain rod was pretty much taped to the wall. The bathroom counter was falling off the wall. Several cockroaches present over my three days.

The hotel and rooms were very nice. The staff I dealt with were very nice and helpful. My only disappointment was there was not a coffee maker in the room. I can say it I was there for more then just one night I would have liked to have a refrigerator and microwave. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay!

Breakfast was a half step above YUCK and the trash in the breakfast room was overflowing. It was very warm in the hotel and temp impossible to regulate in the room. No fridge, microwave or even drinking glasses in the room. Guess I should have expected nothing more from an IHG hotel.

Mel and Jesse were amazing, assisted with any requests and their overall friendliness really made a difference. Don’t look at other places in the area, you won’t find a nicer place or friendlier staff anywhere else in town. I will definitely stay here again. Thanks again!

We went to Phoenix for a graduation and arrived one hour before check in time, so we figured we would ask to see if a room would be available. It was, but they would only allow it if we paid an early $25 check in fee. Ridiculous. So instead we checked in at 9 pm. Otherwise everything else was ok.

Very accommodating staff! Friendly and welcoming. Very clean. Breakfast was so so but kept stocked. Coffee and hot water machines worked well. Would have liked honey as an option for sweetener as well as peanut butter for toast. Fruit was skimpy.
