Property was great, has a beautiful Mountain View, 2 pools, a sauna, steam room, pool tables and game room. Hotel offered breakfast, which was great for my family to fuel up before taking on the day. Hotel was next to all the shopping and dinning in Sedona, 10 minutes from Slide Roxk and 20 from Cathedral Rock. Having to ask to have pool towels replaced was a little annoying, I wish they would have an area where you can grab fresh ones yourself.

Overall good. Great views from our balcony. The location was great. The breakfast was not good. The eggs were cold and runny. The sausage was undercooked. Didn’t expect much from a hotel breakfast but this was below average. Also didn’t like the extra charge for parking.

Location and view are terrific. Nice to have a deck to enjoy the amazing Sedona sunrise. Breakfast area well stocked and cheery staff help start the day. Awsome clubhouse with games and pool table, air-hockey etc. even has 2 racquetball courts!

At the top end of Sedona, not sandwiches between businesses or other properties, the Best Western Plus Arroyo Roble was perfect for our first trip to Sedona. Plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Outdoor heated pool was perfect for mild January weather. Having access to the timeshare clubhouse makes the nightly rate worth it. Plenty of parking. We had a room on the end.

Great staff and location to the downtown. We could park the car and walk everywhere. Nice outdoor pool. Area could around the pool could have been maintained a little better. Sweep the loose leaves and dirt. But nice just the same and great views.

Property is in great location. The complimentary breakfast was nice, lots of options. View of red rocks beautiful. Front staff friendly. I didn’t realize the pool and gym were part of another separate property, felt very unwelcome by the staff there. Would not stay here if pool and gym are important to you.

Nick, at front desk was so nice and patien and took the time to explain to the questions we did have. right in the middle of the town and easy work to shop and restaurant. room was super clean and spacious. continental breakfast needs to work little better.

Beautiful view. Old wornout carpeting, the bathroom tiles and grout look like they haven't been cleaned in a while. Patio light bulb was burned out so we couldn't sit outside, it was too dark. Got charged for early check-in even though the room was ready. Never was told about the parking fee until I was ready to check out. Not worth the amount that they charge for the room.

The location is wonderful and the breakfast was above what we expected. The front desk staff was always friendly and helpful. The only negative was asking for towels everyday, and no housekeeping for 6 days. I removed our towels, replaced with new ones, and took out daily trash. Also, extra charges for parking were high. Just seems unnecessary to charge over $20 a day for parking our car, especially when there was free parking right next to the hotel.

Great views and perfect location for walking to Sedona restaurants and shops. However, the rooms are getting run down with old carpets, slow draining sinks and tub. The employees do a good job of cleaning the rooms and maintaining the property but it’s getting old and tired. Breakfast is free but not great. We are the free breakfast once and decided we’d rather pay for a better breakfast and eat elsewhere.

It was probably the cutest BW I’ve stayed in overall. However, there was a clump of hair in the shower that had obviously been there for a very long time and the tub wasn’t scrubbed very clean. I wouldn’t step foot in that. My mom did go ahead and use the shower, but that was actually very gross and unsettling to me-made me wonder how clean anything really was. Also, the sink must have had hair because it clogged with water every time you turned it on. All else was good and the front desk staff were very nice.

This place offers a great view of the Red Rocks in Sedona. Beside that , it is nothing special. We stayed there 20 years ago and nothing has changed except the price and the customer service has gone down. The rooms are very dated. They also try to hustle you in paying more for checking in an hour early!

Great location in uptown Sedona, right in the middle of shops and places to eat. This property also has rooms with spectacular mountain views from the balconies and we really enjoyed this aspect. The hotel is sadly out of date, however, and really needs to be remodeled, especially at the prices being charged ($900 for a 2-night Saturday to Monday stay). The room furnishings are really worn, and there is an iPod docking station on the bedside table!!! That's how old and out of date this place is. Breakfast was slightly better than average. No in-room safe. The fridge was not working that well, either.

Beautidul views. Great location. They are dog friendly and we were woken by barking at 6am and the barkong didnt stop until 10am whem the family left. No sound proofing, you can hear every conversation from outside in your room. Outdated rooms overall.

Family vacation to see all the red rocks and we really enjoyed our stay. I wish we had more time to enjoy the pool and game room. Breakfast was very tasty and a good variety of food. The bed was very comfortable if you like a soft bed (which I do) like sleeping on a cloud. All staff we dealt with were very helpful and pleasant. We had the red rock view room and the time spent in the morning on the balcony was very nice. We’re from the East Coast so I wanted to take in ALL of the Sedona sites. Walking distance to many shops, restaurants and very cute town (Uptown Sedona). This hotel is a great location, close to Slide Rock State Park and the view from Airport Mesa Vortex was breathtaking. Close to lots of trails. Fay Canyon and others.

We loved the location of this hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good. The rooms are a little run down but very clean and had everything you need. The view of the red rocks cannot be beat! We did have a problem with our room on the second day. The air conditioning stopped working and it was over 100 degrees. We mentioned it in the morning to the woman at the front desk. We were told someone would check it. We came back around 2 and the ten was 77 in the room. Brittany at the front desk was now looking into it. They tried to fix it but couldn’t so they changed our room…problem solved. We also got compensated for one night for our trouble. Thanks Brittany. Beds and pillows were very comfortable….close to restaurants and shopping.

We’ve stayed in a lot of Best Western hotels in the past, the experience was generally good. The Arroyo Roble property however was below expectation, elevator was out of service when we arrived, toilet door lock was defective and doesn’t lock, ice maker in our floor was also out of service and last but certainly not the least the front desk reception manager wasnt customer friendly.

We arrived around 1pm - much earlier than the 4pm check in. The first comment out of the desk persons mouth was “if the room is ready, there’s a $25 early check in fee”. I don’t really understand that since it doesn’t cost the hotel more, however, it wasn’t ready. The irritating part is only one of our 2 rooms were ready at 4pm. I asked is we got $25 off and was told no. Seem like they were just after a buck… won’t stay there again.

The lady in the front desk was not very friendly. Check in is at 4pm but she said our room was not ready. We waited in the lobby and finally I asked if we could hang out in the clubhouse while we waited for our room. She should have offered this instead of having me ask.Customer service needs to improve. We have many options for hotels and will not stay here again.

We loved our stay. The view is phenomenal. The staff is so friendly, helpful, and wonderful. Lori the woman who cleaned our room after we checked out. Found my husband’s insulin and fudge we bought for our Mothers in the fridge. She stopped what she was doing, took it downstairs to the office, wrote our room # on it & placed it the refrigerator in case we came back. Also, the guy who checked us in for breakfast, was so helpful. He made time to answer all our questions. I wish we would’ve asked him his name, he was great & knowledgeable. The breakfast was really good and there is a variety of options, delicious! The ladies at the front desk made our check-in & check-out smooth, fast & hassle-free. I think you have a great team there at the Best Western Plus Arroyo Roble Hotel. Thank you all for making our stay in Sedona wonderful and relaxing.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Free parking. Great hot breakfast. A beautiful hotel. Walked out the door to restaurants, bars, shops, etc. Reasonably priced. I can't recommend this hotel enough. Really great. Nice pool and free access to the private club next door with inside/outside pool, recquet ball courts, pool tables, etc. I don't usually write reviews but I loved this hotel as did my wife.

We loved staying here. The location is right in the heart of all the shops and restaurants. The grounds are incredible with the most amazing views. The rooms are dated and need a remodel. Small things like new carpet or new cushions on the chairs would make it feel less dated. The staff was helpful and nice. The breakfast was also great with many options including gluten free. I would stay here again.

Best Western was located at the top of Uptown Sedona, within walking distance of shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the town. The hotel and room itself were clean, although you must request maid service ahead of time since they do not offer it everyday. The view we had from the balcony was great. You also were able to use the pool and hot tub at the nearby clubhouse, which was an added perk (they did have their own pool, but the weather at the time was not great for that.) Breakfast offered was the full buffet and was staffed by hospitable employees. Overall, great value at Best Western Plus in Sedona!
