The room set up was great, living space, kitchen and privacy for the bedrooms. Pool was awesome, perfect water temperature, plenty of room. The grounds were nice and well kept. Enjoyed the restaurant on site. The location was away from the crowds.

I liked this place. It is a very quiet resort. It also has pretty good pool and three hot tubs(one is with the pool and two are at the resort territory). The room was clean, but a little bit tiny. The parking spot is near your place and this is really cozy.

The adults-only lagoon (a massive non-circular hot tub) is so elegant, unique and relaxing! It's literally a small pool, but hot as a hot tub should be. While this was certainly the highlight of our stay, everything else was great as well, from all the amenities, such as a full-size coffee pot and coffee, to the full stocked kitchen, the comfy bed and pillows, great little living room area, DVD player and so much more.

It is a hidden gem. Super quiet. The pool was closed for renovations but the hot tubs were open and we enjoyed those. The units are a bit older and need some updating but it was nice not sharing walls with anyone.

The pictures on the website make the rooms look bigger than they actually are. Our room was not very clean, particularly the bathroom. Floor was not clean and the bathtub was still a bit dirty. The restaurant on the property was great.

I had a cockroach crawling on me in bed and the resort or expedia would not give any refund. It was disgusting and unhygienic. I would not recommend this place to anyone and it is also a timeshare

Stayed with partner for 2 nights. After first night developed itching and bite marks did not turn up till 2 days later. Many down both arms, torso and neck that resemble bed bugs (line formation, small red and itchy). Avoid if possible till property figures it out!

Room was not ready till almost an hour after designated time. Once checked in there was old food from previous booking and sheets were still dirty. The bed was hard as a rock and not big enough for 2 people. There was a few sewer roaches we had to kill. Don’t want to say stay away as the property is really nice and the amenities are a huge bonus if you have a family. We hope that our stay was just a fluke and that the property isn’t normally like this. I would stay again but would need a bigger bed.

It was a great property however the cleanliness was pretty bad. We found a cockroach in the kitchen and a bedbug. We ended with bed bug bites. It was just not pleasant whatsoever. It’s unfortunate that the cleanliness was an issue because it is a really nice resort.

It’s such a perfect little place. And I mean little! That’s the only negative. I’ve never lived in an ADU or mobile home, but it felt like that inside. We’re 2 normal sized adults (oh I’m small 5’2 115lbs, he’s 5’10 215lbs) and we both could not pass each other in the kitchen. The bed literally takes the whole bedroom. You have to walk sideways lol . From one side of the bed, you could open the bathroom door. 2 very small TV’s, like 27 “. HOWEVER- it was do-able. We went to hike and had our agenda. So sleep, shower, eat. It has all the amenities we needed including a small patio. Very private. They tried to get us to a “meeting” or “presentation” yes, timeshare alert. But we politely said no. We would stay again, maybe a 2 bedroom in hopes it’s a bit wider. Very pleasant welcome, nice clean pool, jacuzzi, free parking. A quick drive to town for groceries and to restaurants/shopping. We hiked the Birthing Cave, Subway Cave, and Boynton Canyon Trail. We love Sedona ❤️

The cottages are so cute and highly functional. The bathroom layout is a bit odd, but that's easily overlooked. We only had one issue in that the dishwasher broke our last day. It was a very old unit. The linens and paper goods could be better. Otherwise, the location is great. It's close to Sedona but far enough away from the chaos of a tourist-heavy weekend. The grounds are beautiful and quiet. Parking is very convenient. We would definitely stay here again. Watching the hot air balloons each morning from our breakfast table on the deck was the best!

If you can't sleep with natural light in the morning, I don't recommend it since the bedroom has uncovered windows and the blinds let the light in, I think they should put curtains and whether it's your choice of natural light or not.

Great, private park models. We stayed in a 1 bed room. Plenty of room for 2 adults. Foldaway sofebed in the living room for 4 total but I imagine that would be tight. Galley style kitchen. Fully stocked with settings for 4. There is a stove top & microwave/convection oven. No regular oven. Staff very nice & helpful. 1 down side is we were next to outdoor fountain which made sleep difficult. Oh & upon check in prep for a slight sales speil, they give you your card keys then say you need to go to the concierge for your parking pass. Then they offer you discounted activities if you sit through a presentation. Low pressure but a little annoying after long day of travel. Pools and hottubs awesome! Wonderful laundry facilities.

We were a little taken back by being told after checking in that this lady in the next room would give us our parking paper. Turns out they apparently have this 'lady in the next room' giving you more than a parking pass but a rundown on them being a time share and all the benefits they would give us if we were interested in all this. Didn't know this was a time share community. Still thinking about coming back.

Great communications. We were delayed in our travel departure and contacted the hotel via email that we would be arriving well after midnight. No problem, they said security would be holding a key for us at the front desk and they were there for us when we arrived. Great parking in front of our unit and it was well furnished with a full kitchen. Great location for our hikes in the nearby hills and trails.

I would have given a 5 star as it was a lovely stay until the day of my checkout I went for a sunrise hike to be back by 830am to find the lock on my door was deactivated with ALL my belongings inside! Checkout is at 11! I had to wave down an employee driving a golf cart to unlock my room so I could gather my stuff and get on the road. I find this very unacceptable..it was a first for me while traveling..never felt like just another person to get in and get out as fast as possible.

We really appreciated the cleanliness of the cottage and that we could park right outside the door. The cottage was comfortable and quiet, the kitchen was well equipped and there were plenty of amenities. When we reserved through Expedia, we weren't aware it was a time share/vacation club property. We had to step into another room to receive our parking pass upon check in, however, the woman was rather pleasant and understood we didn't want to tour or learn about their program. We will definitely return for another visit. It is located on the outskirts of town but everything is just a short drive away.

The property was very clean, upscale, and decent value for the money. My stay there was very short...just one overnight. Excellent restaurant (although I'd recommend eating between 4-6 for early bird prices, as regular prices are a little expensive). The only negative experience was check in--the young lady was very short and curt in her responses, and acted like I was "bothering her" when I checked in. Did not smile, did not interact in a friendly manner. However, the lady at check out was very friendly and smiley. My check in was approximately 5 pm on 4/21/24 and my check out was 9 am on 4/22/24.

Cute tiny cottages but we had a few issues. At check in they have you go to the concierge to get your parking pass. They could easily give you the parking pass at same time as your room keys but this gives them a chance to try and talk you into signing up to listen to a 90 minute pitch about their properties. No thank you… not interested. Next the heater wasn’t working in our cottage. Maintenance did come pretty quick to fix it. Third issue the sheets did not fit the bed. Just sitting on the bed the corners of the sheet popped off. The main reason you stay at a place is to sleep so the bed should be setup correctly. Called front desk to ask for a new sheet but got voicemail twice. Didn’t get a new sheet until next day when we stopped into front desk to ask for one. Fourth item was the coffee pot made coffee but it was cold. Had to put it in microwave. Mentioned our concerns at checkout but staff didn’t seemed concerned and just said sorry we’ll have those issues looked into. Positives were that the cottages are nice and private. Kitchen was great. Bathroom tile shower was very nice. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Couch was not. Overall it may work for some but we will not stay again.

Our lodging was clean, comfortable, and spacious, and well equipped for cooking in the kitchen. The attractive hot-tub/pool was perfectly heated for the chilly temperatures during the week we stayed there. Staff were all very friendly. The property is about 10 minutes by car from the town of Sedona -- which meant we could avoid the town's rather overly heavy traffic, but it was also easy to get to town when we wanted to. Best of all, the resort is very accessible to wonderful hikes in the surrounding parks.

Nice one bedroom lodge with all we needed for a 5-day stay in the area. Located about 2 miles west of the main part of town, but a good base for hiking in the area. Kitchen had all we needed to cook dinners and dining area comfortable. Nice soft firm bed. Free on site laundry with supplies provided.

Beautiful surroundings. Clean property. Even though it is about 6 miles south of town, it is nice to come home to a quiet spot. Away from the crazy downtown. Would not hesitate to book here again

We liked staying at the Sedona Pines Resort for the convenience of accessing the city and our venue. The place is over all very well maintained and has a pleasant energy with beautiful views all around. The unit was clean with everything that you might require during your stay. We liked the privacy aspect of the individual units, not having to share a corridor or walls. Over all, I would recommend staying at the Sedona Pines Resort.

This property is located about 8 miles outside of Sedona business district so you have to dive to Sedona to enjoy the shops and restaurants. On the bright side, the property is quiet and affordable and a great value for a stay in Sedona. Our cottage was spacious and well equipped for a couple to stay.

The pictures on the website make the rooms look bigger than they actually are. Our room was not very clean, particularly the bathroom. Floor was not clean and the bathtub was still a bit dirty. The restaurant on the property was great.

The restaurant wasnt very good at all ,food wasnt done vegetables werent cooked ,and the bartender was so RUDE she didnt give us the time of day she ignored us the waitress from the patio area had to get us some water mind you there was only 2 people in the bar and she acted as if we were invisable but i would recommend the oines for lodging because the grounds are fantastic they take good care of the grounds housekeeping was great just stay away from the bar and restaurant and i would give it a 10 rating

The room / cabin was great. When we asked about booking a second night at check in, we were offered a free night if we agreed to a “90 minute presentation”. At first we said ok, then the staff member seemed to have an inconvenienced attitude.so we say thank you anyway and booked somewhere else. We were told about the onsite Italian restaurant but not made aware we should make reservations. The hostess was rude- and unhappy- again we said, thank you anyway and walked out. The cabin, was awesome and we enjoyed listening to the little water feature next to it.

Cute villa like unit not too far from downtown Sedona. It was clean, comfortable, and peaceful! Lovely pool and the onsite Italian restaurant was really nice. Several activity options onsite, too. We would stay here again!

This property had so many nice amenities (mini-golf, swimming, corn hole, ping-pong, and a restaurant and we did it all! Bob is a very nice activities director along with all the other very nice staff. The only problem we had the whole week was cold food at the restaurant. Everything else was wonderful!

Older property but well maintained. The price was very reasonable. Enjoyed the community with free ping-pong, & pools. The whirlpool was a little too hot for both of us. The putt putt every night was enjoyable and they had entertainment every night which we did not attend. Quiet and very affordable.
