Staff was friendly - upgraded to corner balcony room upon arrival without even asking - excellent service- and could literally see Aetna from the outer deck and from the bed out the window. Parking was not a concern as there is parking out front and valet, both for a fee. Location provides view also from lovely rooftop bar and restaurant and is located next to a popular and famous local pizzeria/ restaurant. Easy walk to main area via « secret « garden walkway.

The location is very good, get to the catherdral from the garden only takes 3 minutes. We can see Etna from our balcony. The Sky roof top restaurant is vey nice, good food and wine, with view of Etna. Breakfast is also there, very nice selections.

Perfect Location and access to the heart of the village, supper friendly and helpful staff, amazing roof top restaurant with beautiful view and very good breakfast baffle. Very clean room and comfortable bed. Everything we needed for one night stay in Taormina was available and has potential for longer stay. Definitely I recommend this hotel if you want to stay in the village. They provide valet parking with very reasonable cost. They helped us with reservation for Gambini Vini with very short notice that we really appreciated that.

Impressed by the level of care the staff gave us. The room was clean and the WiFi was decent considering I work remotely. I highly recommend this hotel. Perfect location. Onsite parking. Affliation with company for a beach day - prefetto. I will def be back.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at Hotel Continental. The location is perfect for walking to the main street. The room was clean and comfortable, although the bathroom was very small. We had a nice balcony with a great view. The rooftop terrace has a wonderful view. We enjoyed the breakfast there every morning. We also had dinner there one evening and Happy Hour cocktails a couple times. The staff is friendly and professional.

2 night stay in Taormina at the end of our Sicily trip. Room was clean and comfortable. The only issue is the water coming from the bathroom sink stunk of sulphur. The shower water did not smell. Otherwise, the location was perfect. Conveniently located near Corso Umberto!

Checked in late February. Front desk was excellent. Street parking for 10€. Fantastic rooftop bar with amazing view. Room was clean & well maintained. (Shower was life changing lol) Breakfast buffet was standard Euro fare. Rooms situated below lobby. Garden exit puts you right on top of the main pedestrian street. Can’t imagine in season with “White Lotus” effect!

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at Hotel Continental. The location is perfect for walking to the main street. The room was clean and comfortable, although the bathroom was very small. We had a nice balcony with a great view. The rooftop terrace has a wonderful view. We enjoyed the breakfast there every morning. Très décevant. La chambre ne ressemble pas aux photos : carrelage des plus basiques au sol et salle de bain petite et à l’économie. Le pire est le rooftop/boite de nuit qui diffuse une musique trop forte dans tout l’hôtel. Nous n’avons pas pu dormir. Le tout pour 200 euros la nuit, c’est un scandale selon nous. Le personnel est cependant très aimable, mais ça n’excuse pas les dysfonctionnements structurels.

Really lovely hotel! The location right off the Corso Umberto was awesome and it was surrounded by great food options. We faced the inner courtyard and were unfortunately woken up for a few minutes every night around 4am by the glass recycling being dumped, but that was the only negative. Breakfast was delicious and the hotel helped us arrange a taxi to the train station before we departed.

The hotel rooms need renovation only the bathtooms were upgraded. Location is good but not easy to get to with a big car. Luckily they provide valet service. Staff was kind and helpful though I did not understand why hotel insisted to get my credit card information ober the phone(which is not a secure transaction) eventhough we chose to pay the property. Breakfast is 15 EUR (discounted!) and we opted to have it outside were there are much better options (granita) in the town center for cheaper. Rooms were very small we struggled to place our big luggages as a couple.

Die Aussicht aus unserem Zimmer war traumhaft. Nur leider will man dann 2 Uhr nachts nicht laute Musik von der Bar draußen hören. Die dünnen Wände haben dafür gesorgt, dass es sich so anhörte als würde das Nachbarzimmer bei uns im Zimmer duschen - gegen 2:30 Uhr in der Nacht.

Great location! Steps away from the main street full of shops and restaurants but tucked away and quiet. Staff was friendly and view from rooftop was great but the standard room was extremely dated, stuck in the 70’s, and not as pictured on Expedia. Parking is a challenge in Taormina but they offer valet parking for $20 a day.

First, I would like to compliment Sabrina at the front desk, who helped us find our way to the hotel from Mount Etna as our GPS was sending us in circles, she was patient and helpful and just beyond friendly. The entire staff, we’re all beyond friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice, nothing over the top, but very clean and accommodating. The Terrace is what makes this whole entire hotel as you can sit out on the terrace and have dinner and cocktails and overlook the entire Mediterranean, Taormina and Mount Etna in the distance. We will return one day and stay here if the opportunity comes our way again

We loved this hotel. Location could not be better, and the view from the terrace is the best we found in town. The best part, though, was the staff. They were incredibly helpful before and during our visit with transportation around the island. Very nice people as well.

My check-in was very easy, my room was clean and ready, I was provided with two complementary bottles of water, the property is in a very good location with excellent views of the sunrise as well as Mount Etna. During my vacation in Sicily, I stayed at six different properties and by far, this breakfast buffet was the best.
