I stayed here during a business trip. I had wanted to use the gondola up to the town center but it was not working for the week I was there. That makes it much harder to get up there, either a nice cheap bus or an expensive taxi. But for staying int he beach area this is a great afordable option. The pool was also nice to have and you can have breakfast on the deck overlooking Isola Bella. A 5 start view for 3 star prices. The staff is great and very helpful.

Although the stay was overall ok/good, the hotel is somewhat dated for the area and the price we paid. Our room faced the road, which offered spectacular views; unfortunately, it also included all the sounds and noises from speeding motorcycles, cars, and garbage trucks late at night and early in the morning. The bathroom we had was very small, and the shower was tiny, even by European standards. No Parking at this location, I had to make a deal at a local parking lot for an extra $40 Euro a night. Approx. 10-minute walk to the Funivia (Cable Car) that takes you to Taormina was a plus.

Clean and neat rooms. Beautiful balconies. Awesome breakfast with nice presentation. The pool is a really nice retreat.well kept and spacious. The staff is absolutely wonderful. Salutti a Francesco!. I can't believe this is only 3 stars. We will be back!

Hotel is nice, with a great, deserted pool and wonderful breakfast buffet. Restaurant next door is very good. Staff was friendly and helpful. On the downside, the bed was very hard, there is no parking, and walking to the cable car to get up to Taormina or to get to the public beach is on a fairly busy road. There is a bus to Taormina directly in front of the hotel.

Never been in such old and decrepit hotel. The room was so small that my 50 kilos were too big. Thin doors, air conditioning older than my granny, small bed, claustrophobic. I wouldnt recommend staying even if you are desperate. The reception staff is really amazing, that was the highlight of the stay.

Had a single room which was tiny but the best view of Isola Bella you could wish for ( and I moved to the Four Seasons for work after this stay and my room view there was not as good as this !) Recommend this hotel for location and view but be aware it’s a very old hotel sort of stuck in the 70s so be aware you get what you pay for. After the crowds go only a few restaurants close to hotel and you need to walk along road so walk whatever side of road towards traffic. Check in easy and the young lad was nice and helpful on hotel and what to do in area. I would stay again.

Vi havde et dejligt ophold og overnattede to nætter på hotellet. Vi havde booket et værelse med udsigt hvilket var det mest fantastiske. Da vi ankom havde poolen dog lukket i en dag, da der var service på den hvilket var lidt ærgerligt. Vi tog derfor til stranden og betalte 25 euro pr mand for liggestole. Der er lydt på hotellet og det trænger til lidt renovering, men udsigten var fantastisk. Morgenmaden kedelig som på mange hoteller i Italien. Selv kaffen fra en automat var kedelig.

The beauty of the location and the staff were both fantastic during my stay and I couldn’t have asked for better. A short stroll from the beach it makes for a perfect hotel for a relaxing beautiful holiday away from the hustle of the town centre which is a short bus journey away and only 1.5 euros each way. The staff were all super nice and friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also fantastic and the views are just stunning. All in all I would highly recommend!!

Amazing property , views to die for. The pool was large and wonderful. Room spacious, comfortable but shows minute. Service was good and breakfast too. Transport in to taproom a bit problematic, only cable car was reliable, a short walk about 500 meters

The beauty of the location and the staff were both fantastic during my stay and I couldn’t have asked for better.
