Rooms very small, called for sheet change and room clean they never came. Price is too high with a lot of hidden fees. Don’t book there!!

Excelent hotel ! Close everything and very confortável!

The hotel is well located & very clean. It is, however, a bit cold & impersonal. The 2 elevators were the worst. They are slow & confusing. The room was very small & if 2 people are walking in opposite directions, both need to turn sideways to pass. There is no space to store luggage. The sink is outside the bathroom cubicle, which provides little privacy, especially in such a small space. Each guest gets only 1 bath & 1 hand towel. The bed was wonderful, but again very awkward. If 2 people are sharing the bed, one has to crawl over the other to gain access. Although advertised as soundproof, the windows were not. The location of the hotel was terrific, right across from the Lincoln Rd Mall & in right next to the Art Deco heart.

It’s always a great stay here !!!

I didn’t do the breakfast bar, but the overall staff the customer service everything about this place was amazing definitely number one on my list
