Did not stay. No parking available as per advertised in the booking listing. After a stressful day of hospital waiting, to get into the underground carpark to find no parking. Asking reception was told this needs to be booked. Had to go elsewhere and request refund through Expedia and get the hotel to allow this cancellation. Parking needs to be made clear through booking process.

The hotel clearly lists parking available… but when o got there to check in I was told there are 16 car spaces total for over 50 rooms. People were parked all over the place surrounding the hotel. Many in tow away zones or on footpaths etc. I parked on some private property with my 4wd but in the morning found all cars within my vision had ACT gov letters under the wipers… parking fines I imagine. Hotel also had beeping and voice alert to announce lift doors opening and closing…. My room was quite a distance from the lift but still noisy and woke me up several times during the night… Good price for the room but overall a very disappointing stay. Would not come back

Good facilities in room. clean, good size bathroom - great rain showerhead. comfortable bed. basement parking is tight but secure. reception only available 8am to 8pm

The Hotel didn't answer the phone for over 40 mins, I was then cut of twice when I rang back. There is no parking outside the hotel and you are unable to access parking until you have checked (counter intuitive and very annoying) On checking in, the staff member was surly and ambivalent to say the least, will definitely not stay there or at an Adobe by choice again.

New building, so rooms are new, spacious and well-equipped. This “hotel” is just 2 floors of the WOVA residential tower. There is nowhere around the building to drop off / pick up guests. When we inquired about this at Reception, we just got a shrug in response.

Arrived and found you need to pre book parking, staff were surprised I didn’t know?? She told me all about what they couldn’t offer but nothing of what they could, I booked for a winter warmer package which comes with a gift which was not honoured upon check in, overall , disappointed with the property, especially lack of parking for guests , very surprised that a newish property had no parking to offer and only parking available was a couple of hundred meters away . But the room was nice

Whilst I enjoyed the actual accomodation, comfort bed, kitchen and washer and a lovely clean bathroom, there were two issues. When I booked I explained I wanted parking. I was told there was ample parking and nothing further was discussed on that issue. I booked in good faith. Clearly when I arrived, parking was not booked and was not provided either. There is no parking in the streets (or very little if you are lucky enough to find any). I parked in the high rise parking building about 2 mins away but found it locked when I went to drive away and not open until 8am. Again, it was locked when I eventually returned. No entry at all! My other issue: not able to locate my watch charger when I got home, it was confirmed after a phone call that I had left it in the room and the staff would post it to me at a cost of $20.00!! I have a business which operates on postage and I am very familiar with the costing of postage. I live in Sydney and the cost to post would be approx less than half that cost. Oh well, I’ll cop that one on the chin but overall whilst I cannot negatively rate the accommodation, the parking is a very big issue. I will not stay there again!

Overall, as we stayed in the room for two night, we’re satisfied with the cleanliness and eco friendly of the hotel.

I was staying alone with my dog and felt quite safe in the area. Hotel security seemed good. Clean room with no ‘dog’ smell Very comfortable bed and convenient inclusions like microwave, dishwasher, hot plate, fridge.

Go else where, no daily cleaning or topping up with fresh towels or even coffee

So clean, quiet and comfy. The room had everything we needed. Would stay there again.

No windows, smell of wet dog inside the rooms. If you don’t want the animal smell, stay elsewhere. Room was affordable, clean, spacious and comfortable. It is the smell that will keep us away.

There were no towels in the room and no one at reception during the night to request any. The toilet seat was not bolted to the toilet. The TV only supports chrome cast with not even simple free to air channels.

Large room, very comfy. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Water pressure in shower could be better and the included breakfast was at another venue 250m away.

Great apartment, almost like new

This hotel I've stayed at a number of times. the rooms are really spacious- well designed with kitchens/laundry facilities and really great value Highly recommend this hotel for large near new rooms and well designed hotel

Having to stream the tv through the phone is too complicated for an older person not good with technology. Having a normal tv set up would be better. Also there is virtually no parking nearby to pick up guests without walking

Small bed dishwasher was tiny and difficult to use … it didn’t fit the plates provided in it. Tv in bedroom didn’t connect to live tv as it dropped out continuously unless holding the cable in. No opening windows for fresh air.

Relatively new hotel so would expect a few minor issues. TV worked first night i was there but didn’t work the rest of my stay, advised the staff and was told it would be looked into but wasn’t. There was a high pitch noise in or near my room which meant I had to buy headphones to block it out. The room it self was clean, convenient kitchen facilities and the bathroom facilities (shower) were really good. Would stay again, hopefully next time the minor issues would be rectified.

Poor parking, non-access to staff when arriving late.

No one at reception, incorrect detail for retrieving door keys. Wasn't made aware parking was additional. Room was not attended to. On the bright side riom was nice

Great place to stay as they are apartments. They do need to make their parking and reception details clearer. Would have been so handy to have beforehand. The lift has two sides that open and it will take you to a store room automatically by only opening up that side, so you just think are lost and can’t find reception. Turns out you need to select which door to open - this information is not anywhere. Probably the most confusing check in I’ve ever had.

First point of contact gives an immediate impression: Reception staff did not seem friendly or interested. Felt very much like we were just a transaction. Even though room service was available and requested, it was disappointing to find it was not provided. Was told on arrival that we only had to request it. Stayed 4 nights and we were never given any room service although we asked for it. Had to keep asking for things eg bath mat to mop up wet floor. Rather than feeling like a welcome guest, we were made to feel like we were a burden. Things were not followed through properly. Felt like we were lied to regarding car parking where we were asked to return the key cause” it was booked out” but on returning the key a car park was miraculously & instantly found for us. Car park area had a large water leak and was potentially a safety hazard. It wasn’t attended to during the 5 days we were there.

Brand new property very nice and more than I expected for the price. Had trouble locating the building and ended up in the carpark trying to locate the reception area. There needs to be a large number six on the front of the building and more signage leading to the reception area.

Room was nice although it wasn’t serviced after our first night. Super quiet!! I still haven’t received our receipt via email yet. Nice and close to the hospital and plenty of breakfast options nearby.
