Room was small. It barely fit a queen bed. Same with the bathroom. My husband and I were constantly stepping on each other. Probably better for just one person. Decor was nice. Unique and retro. The bar area looked fun and you get a drink voucher. Check in was at the bar which was loud, and the staff were split between check in and bar tending. Valet parking was convenient.

This hotel is amazing. It is filled with the rich local history. Many dining and shopping options within walking distance to the hotel. The staff was friendly, and the hotel was clean. The rooftop bar has excellent views. 10/10, highly recommend.

The room is uncomfortably small for two people, its absurd, each guest given one pillow and one towel. The bathroom toilet is right next to the guests bed. The AC was lackluster. The elevator was broken, the hotel was out of things like lids for coffee. This hotel has a lot to figure out.

To start the hotel is really cute and in a super convenient location. Valet was super nice, easy, and convenient for $30/night. Initially, I couldn't tell where the check in desk was because it is attached to a bar (there is a small lit up sign hanging to the right of the desk that I noticed later). The man at the front desk was very rude making faces and shaking his head when he walked away from customers (at one point we made eye contact, after he thought no one was looking). He even very loudly made an announcement to his coworker "It's almost 2 and I'm going home. I don't work tonight and I'm going home". Not professional. The second man running the desk in the evening time was fantastic. Great personality, smiled a lot, seemed he was really present in the moment and not itching to leave. The rooms are small, no closets or dressers. I don't recommend staying here if you are not used to city noise. There were foam ear plugs and a sound machine on the night stand. My husband said he counted 8 trains that night..not including emergency vehicles and pedestrian noise. We were up all night after our concert ended at 1130pm. The decor is cute and the price was right, but we wouldn't stay here again.

My first solo trip and I had a really fun time from the walk up bar to register for my room. To the food truck inside the hotel and the roof top bar. And the room was very clean. Also quiet.

Cut my foot on a something going to bathroom during the night. Room was POORLY lit. Found out in the morning there was a nail in the floorboard that had sunken in. We could see right under it. Phone didn’t work at all to let staff know.

Room# 812 was like a shoebox with 2 queen beds. Floor board going into the bathroom was loose and sharp with a nail. No shower gel. Help made the bed when we were leaving with our bedding still on the bed. Late check out request was fully ignored twice.

Very nice newly remodeled structure conveniently located in downtown Columbia. The rooms are small but all you need for a good night sleep. The bathroom and shower we're both excellent.

We had a staycation there since we wanted to go out on Main St. for my birthday. I love the rooftop bar. All of the staff is friendly. The rooms are small but that was expected. Our room had a white noise machine which was awesome because you hear constant sirens all day and night downtown. Everything about the room was nice except the floor needs a good cleaning. It felt it was still dusty from recent construction. Aside from that i would recommend this place for others. You can walk to anywhere on Main st and even to the vista!

I like how the hotel rooms are pretty modern, but I had to switch rooms when I first arrived due to stained sheets. The new room that they gave us had stain sheets also, but we just didn’t use that blanket. I would say other than that, the rooms are pretty clean. Our room was missing a remote and the TV was on and when I told them a remote was missing from the room, they said they would bring one up and they did not. I had to actually ask twice for a remote & nothing, we had to sleep with the TV on for 2 nights. The area is honestly whatever too. If you don’t like hearing busy streets, I would recommend booking a room more high up OR a room without windows, but the room is VERY tiny.

The room was extremely hot with no A/C unit to have it adjusted. We did not have a remote for the TV and it would not turn off so we had to physically get behind the tv to unplug it. The room was clean but extremely small. When these issues were brought to staffs attention they said they would get the A/C fixed and bring a remote. Neither one of those things happened. I've never be so disappointed in a hotel like this.

Rooms are a bit tight, and the design is such that if you enter the bathroom before dawn and turn on the light, the entire bedroom area is lit up - which is disruptive to anyone who is sleeping in the bed.

The only complaints I have is that the phone inthe room (Rm.1112) did not have a functioning telephone ro reach the help desk, as upon dialing, encountered a busy signal continuously on each attempt. Secondly, I was not am to access the Netflix or other speciality programs on the room television. Finally, upon recieving an email receipt prior to check out, I noticed I was billed three seperate valet parking fees ($30.00 eqch), when in fact I never utilized valet services. The bill was corrected upon me advising the hotel staff at the front lobby desk. Aside from this, the stay was pleasant.

It felt like the hostel version of Marriott at Marriottprices. Check in was at the bar, elevators were old and poorly maintained. Staff was a skeleton crew but nice. Bed was small, soft, and lumpy. Room was New York tiny. Could be a good hotel with some attention to detail and reorganization.

To start the hotel is really cute and in a super convenient location. Valet was super nice, easy, and convenient for $30/night. Initially, I couldn't tell where the check in desk was because it is attached to a bar (there is a small lit up sign hanging to the right of the desk that I noticed later). The man at the front desk was very rude making faces and shaking his head when he walked away from customers (at one point we made eye contact, after he thought no one was looking). He even very loudly made an announcement to his coworker "It's almost 2 and I'm going home. I don't work tonight and I'm going home". Not professional. The second man running the desk in the evening time was fantastic. Great personality, smiled a lot, seemed he was really present in the moment and not itching to leave. The rooms are small, no closets or dressers. I don't recommend staying here if you are not used to city noise. There were foam ear plugs and a sound machine on the night stand. My husband said he counted 8 trains that night..not including emergency vehicles and pedestrian noise. We were up all night after our concert ended at 1130pm. The decor is cute and the price was right, but we wouldn't stay here again.

Great location right across from the capitol building and easy walk to USC campus. Lots of walk to restaurants and overall great location. Walls are thin and woke to lots of noise next door at 4:30am along with traffic noise. The other nights were better so perhaps we had a busier night! Overall, I would stay again but would ask for a room not on the main road!

We had a staycation there since we wanted to go out on Main St. for my birthday. I love the rooftop bar. All of the staff is friendly. The rooms are small but that was expected. Our room had a white noise machine which was awesome because you hear constant sirens all day and night downtown. Everything about the room was nice except the floor needs a good cleaning. It felt it was still dusty from recent construction. Aside from that i would recommend this place for others. You can walk to anywhere on Main st and even to the vista!

Room was small. It barely fit a queen bed. Same with the bathroom. My husband and I were constantly stepping on each other. Probably better for just one person. Decor was nice. Unique and retro. Love the property, this is my first and last visit. No coffee in the room means no Randy returning. I'm a Diamond Hilton member, so I stay in hotels weekly. Love the place but coffee is a deal killer for us old road warriors. I understand the New target market doesn't care. Unfortunately for you. I do care. When your committee of youngsters finally figures it out ,let me know. I'll reconsider

The room is uncomfortably small for two people, its absurd, each guest given one pillow and one towel. The bathroom toilet is right next to the guests bed. The AC was lackluster. The elevator was broken, the hotel was out of things like lids for coffee. This hotel has a lot to figure out.

My first solo trip and I had a really fun time from the walk up bar to register for my room. To the food truck inside the hotel and the roof top bar. And the room was very clean. Also quiet.
