This Days Inn was extremely dirty. There were holes in the wall that had been partially fixed. The paint on the outside doors was peeling off. The parking lot was full of potholes. Just very outdated and nasty!!! Would never stay there again!!

Place under renovation, understandable. But, I waited over 10 minutes for Jarod to come to the front desk to greet me and check in. I was about to leave! The electronic key and lock needed a new battery so I was locked out of my room. He fixed it at my request but wanted to put it off until I was gone from my room. Why? The door to the room had big cracks around the jamb. Could see daylight all around the door. The TV wasn’t set up so I was asked to let them come in to set it up. Why rent a room that’s clearly not ready? The parking lot had severe potholes and bumpiness. I didn’t get any attitude from the staff, which is about the only positive thing to say.

My flight was delayed so I needed an inexpensive alternative to a long drive home. The room only had lighting in the bathroom. Despite having made reservations I was told there were no more ro9oms and while they'd give me a refund, it was 1 am and I didn't feel like searching for another venue. While leaving the little bullet-proof drive thru window, I was solicited by a homeless gentleman for funds. The grounds have potholes, the room had cigarette burns on the furniture that I could see and no chain on the door. I felt unsafe. I wouldn't trust the refrigerator or microwave, especially since there was no light in the room to inspect them. A bad experience all around.

Paid for non smoking-they gave us smoking, room smelled like pure poop.the door would not lock. The photos are a lie. Pool was empty and looks like has not been used in years. The bed was dirty. We were afraid to sleep. The bathroom was so dirty I did not even want to sit on the toilet. Refused to shower in the place. Paid for two nights. Only stayed a few hours and left. They said they would refund but has not. This place looks like they rent it hourly for call girls. I can’t even believe it’s on Expedia or hosted by whydam! Was in town for a family reunion. Walls had holes in them. Air wasn't working properly. Toilet wouldn't flush correctly. All the water would drain from the bowl. Had to flush again before you could use it. Fridge and microwave nasty. No coffee pot. Pool not available. Very bad section of town. People hanging out in parking lot with loud music and yelling most of the night. Only time it was calm was when the storm came in. DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE STAYING THERE. To mad to take any pictures.

The website says there is a pool, its not functional. Our reservation was for 2 queen beds, we had 2 full size beds. There was no fridge or even a trash can in the room. The only sink in the room would not drain at all. The bathroom and shower was terrible. We had a lamp in the room but the shade was broken and on the floor. The breakfast was literally 2 types of cereal and waffle maker. They did have decent coffee but the juice machine was down. The employees were nice and apologizing for the website not being updated.

Cockroaches. Dirty outside. Pools is dry and filthy with algae. I sure I shouldn’t keep going. Def not worth if traveling with family. By myself being a male no issues. But not somewhere I’d feel comfortable bringing my daughters or wife around. Do not come here!

I was appalled at the condition of this hotel. Not only was it filthy (stains on carpet, ceiling bedding) but the door didn’t shut properly, like it had been forced open. The room smelled horribly of weed and just dirty. I felt very unsafe there and, therefore, did not stay.

The people at the front desk were so sweet. They were the best part of our experience. The rooms are very different than the pictures online. I booked 2 rooms, one for me and my 2 youngest children, another for my sister and my oldest child. I had booked adjoining rooms. Our rooms were 3 rooms apart. One room smelled like cigarette smoke and the sink was not attached to the counter. It also leaked water all over the floor. The other room had a moldy shower curtain and the bottom of bathroom door was broken off. in both rooms, the floor was dirty and sticky. Both rooms smelled funky. Neither one of the rooms had comforters. Just very thin sheets and the mattresses felt hard as rocks. There was also cockroaches in both rooms. Neither room had trash cans. There was a very clear prostitute just a few rooms down from us, and we had a strange man knock on our door at 6am, looking for his drug dealer. This establishment is very clearly misrepresented on hotels.com. It is dirty, nasty, and dangerous. I have never felt so dirty and unsafe in my whole life. Will never go to this place again. This is the second time I have booked off of hotels.com and the place looks nothing like the photos with dirty, smelly, moldy rooms. I will also never book off of hotels.com again.

Black mold in the shower, fillthy carpets, not a single hanger, and in closet, rusty and dirty..the place should be condemned, checked out right away in the early morning..They still wanted to charge me for my entire reservation. Already reported to consumer affairs and health dept. Never seen anything like it. It if wasnt the middle of the night , would have left right away. No one should ever stay there. Their photos mat have looked like that when the place was new, its a total lie, needs to be condemned.

Property was terrible disgusting. I would not recommend this property. Bed had bugs, carpet had stains and sofa chair as well. Room smelled like a thousand cigarettes. Bathtub was badly stained. Property does not look nothing like the pictures. DO not book this property. As soon as i walked in the room i walked right back out with my family and the manager had the nerves to tell me he could not refund me the first night mind you i did not stay at all. This is terrible and the front desk look like they on some drugs.

I reserved a king bed then I arrived and was told there were 2 queen beds I get into the room and there is one full sized bed which was too small for me. It is not what I reserved and they cancelled my reservation because he had no more king beds even though it's what I reserved and paid for and gave me a cancellation number and advised I would have to contact Expedia for the remainder of my refund and the deposit charged would take 3-5 days to refund, so now I have no money in my account

The staff member was friendly and looked to be making the best of a bad situation. Accommodations were horrible even for a cheap room. 1. Room was unsecure upon arrival 2. Huge puddle of water 3. Room oder of marijuana 4. No towels (also no towels available at desk because all were in wash) 5. No blanket (was told only available upon request) 6. Shower broken and moldy also could not be turned off 7. The towel I did receive the next morning was stained pretty bad

I was offered drugs within being on the property for five minutes. The key to the door did not work and my partner and I had to wait over a half an hour to get it fixed. There was glass on the floor of the room. There was no smoke detector in the room. I found a cigarette but on the floor. I bought my partner and I flip-flops from the dollar store just so we could shower.

The people at the front desk were so sweet. They were the best part of our experience. The rooms are very different than the pictures online. I booked 2 rooms, one for me and my 2 youngest children, another for my sister and my oldest child. I had booked adjoining rooms. Our rooms were 3 rooms apart. One room smelled like cigarette smoke and the sink was not attached to the counter. It also leaked water all over the floor. The other room had a moldy shower curtain and the bottom of bathroom door was broken off. in both rooms, the floor was dirty and sticky. Both rooms smelled funky. Neither one of the rooms had comforters. Just very thin sheets and the mattresses felt hard as rocks. There was also cockroaches in both rooms. Neither room had trash cans. There was a very clear prostitute just a few rooms down from us, and we had a strange man knock on our door at 6am, looking for his drug dealer. This establishment is very clearly misrepresented on hotels.com. It is dirty, nasty, and dangerous. I have never felt so dirty and unsafe in my whole life. Will never go to this place again. This is the second time I have booked off of hotels.com and the place looks nothing like the photos with dirty, smelly, moldy rooms. I will also never book off of hotels.com again.

The hotel didn't look nothing like that website stated when we got to the hotel. The girl at the reception desk didn't know what to do with my reservation that I paid for. She called another lady who wouldn't say anything to me about what is happening with my reservation. She wanted to put me and my husband in a room with 2 queen bed and I said no. I paid for a king size bed not 2 queen size bed. I asked her is it cheaper? The girl said no they are all the same price and I was okay then what's the problem. I couldn't get a refund. The girl gave me the hotel key to my room & never told us about what time breakfast was going to be, what to do if there was any issues w/the room. So we go to the door that are room was located & already I was having anxiety because the door had a hole on the metal piece of where the handle was. We went in & the king size bed was almost to the bathroom. A chair near the front door. The light in the room was so dim that we had to go to the wall to the bathroom to turn the light on to be able to see what we were doing. Oh and the bed had 2 LED spot light no clue why. Ok the inside door handle wire was sticking out, hotel lock was hanging with 1 small screw and it was broken. My husband had to put the 1 seater in front of the door so we can feel safe. The heater didn't work & it was cold last night. The bed had a thin sheet so we could use w/no other blanket. The sink was cracked, the blow dryer mount fell when we try to use it & it stopped working.

the night check in was cold &un impersonable. The real torture began when the owners of the place came in to work . They seemed to hate all who where staying there , the food was left out with no lid on & uncovered the waffles where good . they put a few things out , when that was gone no more was put out till the next morning. i was denied clean towels , I was given one of each wash cloth;hand towel& towel , I was denied a blanket of any kind ; Anytime I asked a question, or needed something, i was told no very hatefully before I finish speaking, or even or even asked the question.They were chasing the guests around and yelling at them. Anyone who came in the office got yelled at.The problem is not the place It could be a very nice place, it's the owners, my gosh!They're awful.

First we did not stay for these reasons. I saw poor reviews online so I figured to check it out before signing in. As I was arriving, we passed an abandoned building with someone shaking by the boarded up door. As I got out of the car there was someone screaming in the woods like a deranged goat giving birth to a pineapple. The front office was okay, smelled slightly of bleach and roach spray but that is kind of expected given the price. Heading up to the room, some doors I passed looked as if they were kicked in previously (bending inward with boot prints towards the base of the door.) Going into a room, the floor felt kind of soft like a poor subfloor, the bathtub had black mold in the corners, the sink smelled of decay, and I didn’t even feel like checking the bed given that the neighbors smoke smell permeated the walls and I was already ready to leave. After leaving, I was heading out of the parking lot and there was an older man with his hand slowly gyrating in his pants as he watched me through my windshield. I called after to make sure my reservation was canceled but was ignored. Expedia then called and they were ignored too. We tried for two days to cancel and they ignored all calls but did charge us.

Place under renovation, understandable. But, I waited over 10 minutes for Jarod to come to the front desk to greet me and check in. I was about to leave! The electronic key and lock needed a new battery so I was locked out of my room. He fixed it at my request but wanted to put it off until I was gone from my room. Why? The door to the room had big cracks around the jamb. Could see daylight all around the door. The TV wasn’t set up so I was asked to let them come in to set it up. Why rent a room that’s clearly not ready? The parking lot had severe potholes and bumpiness. I didn’t get any attitude from the staff, which is about the only positive thing to say.

We did not feel safe staying here and sought another hotel. A cardboard sign was the only signage we saw, hotel was dirty from outside and lobby, and area felt unsafe - loud and heard gunshots in the neighborhood.

While the staff were wonderful…the area, the property, and the room left quite a bit to be desired. In the area itself, there appeared to be many transients of the questionable type, the exterior of the property itself was dirty with trash on the ground, on the stairs to the second floor, and overflowing trash cans, and the smell…eww, not sure if it were sitting water or urine, and the room itself, the key was touch and go for working, the carpets were stained, the ceiling was stained with some type of spatter which I couldn’t determine, the shower curtain was dirty, the bedding and towels were threadbare, and I fell to sleep and woke a couple times through the night to the sound of police sirens. But the staff was real nice.

There was nothing to like about this place with all of the drug dealing going on and other stuff it is very unsafe and terrifying. The door to the room they put us in could be pushed open by using your hand. The abandoned building in front of it where alot of gang activities went on. We told the man at the front desk we where not staying there and left very quickly. It is not as the pictures make it seem to be. DO NOT STAY THERE IF YOU WANT TO LIVE. IT IS VERY DANGEROUS THERE. KEEP YOU AND YOU FAMILY SAFE GO ELSEWHERE.

I honestly did not even check in. The property was unlit and hard to find. Upon pulling in it did not get any better the property was filthy and darkly lit. I sat and locked my car around 10pm to look for another hotel and it became very apparent I was being watched. I called my friend that lives about 40 min away and they told me to get out of the area immediately. After the fact I looked at the reviews and saw that she was correct this area is unsafe, I’m glad I did not stay.

My flight was delayed so I needed an inexpensive alternative to a long drive home. The room only had lighting in the bathroom. Despite having made reservations I was told there were no more ro9oms and while they'd give me a refund, it was 1 am and I didn't feel like searching for another venue. While leaving the little bullet-proof drive thru window, I was solicited by a homeless gentleman for funds. The grounds have potholes, the room had cigarette burns on the furniture that I could see and no chain on the door. I felt unsafe. I wouldn't trust the refrigerator or microwave, especially since there was no light in the room to inspect them. A bad experience all around.

I suspect that this is a welfare motel. My room was not clean, had no electrical outlet in the bathroom to use my blow-dryer, the legs on the vanity looked like a dog had chewed them up. Although the a/c worked well, the metal surround was pulled away from the wall. The entire property looked shabby and I was concerned for my safety. The clerk assured me that the sheriff's department patrolled the property several times a night. Really? It's that unsafe? I am very unhappy that Days Inn allows this property to use their name. I had the expectation of something basic but clean.

Was in town for a family reunion. Walls had holes in them. Air wasn't working properly. Toilet wouldn't flush correctly. All the water would drain from the bowl. Had to flush again before you could use it. Fridge and microwave nasty. No coffee pot. Pool not available. Very bad section of town. People hanging out in parking lot with loud music and yelling most of the night. Only time it was calm was when the storm came in. DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE STAYING THERE. To mad to take any pictures.

I have never felt so unsafe, I have submitted for a refund of my payment with expedia. Homeless people living next door in an abandon building walking the grounds, I believe the women were prostituting. the rooms reeked of smoke, with bugs and flies. We could not get out of their fast enough,as a matter of fact I sat in the car trying to find another hotel Please do not reserve this hotel.I am shocked at expedia

I booked without checking reviews, was expecting it to be a lot worse than it was. Clean sheets were good. Breakfast wasn't great the waffle maker was just for show, that was disappointing. Very run down building that kinda smells, but Lysol took care of that. Not to bad overall for the price.

Two major reasons we picked with location was for the pool and free breakfast. The pool was closed by DHEC, and breakfast (which was coffee, two cereal dispensers, and a broken wafffle maker) was closed more than an hour before checkout. We called repeatedly the day of check in and no one would answer. The smoke free room reeked of cigarettes, and the smoke detector had been dismantled. The floors had clearly not been vacuumed anytime recently, and there was a bunch of hair left in the shower. Not likely to return

The property smelled strongly of weed, and our room smelled like cigarette smoke despite not getting a smoking room. Mold on the shower curtain. The breakfast was practically non existent with just bread and milk was lying in the counter. There was a swarm of flies in the breakfast area when we went to it.

The refrigerator smelled awful and had dead bugs. There were cobwebs in the corners also containing dead bugs. Sheets were questionably cleaned properly and the door did not have the inside safety lock. Overall, just not satisfied.
The refrigerator smelled awful and had dead bugs. There were cobwebs in the corners also containing dead bugs. Sheets were questionably cleaned properly and the door did not have the inside safety lock. Overall, just not satisfied.

The website says there is a pool, its not functional. Our reservation was for 2 queen beds, we had 2 full size beds. There was no fridge or even a trash can in the room. The only sink in the room would not drain at all. The bathroom and shower was terrible. We had a lamp in the room but the shade was broken and on the floor. The breakfast was literally 2 types of cereal and waffle maker. They did have decent coffee but the juice machine was down. The employees were nice and apologizing for the website not being updated.

Not what I expected from Days Inn. The lighting in the room was horrible, mixed matched furniture, found a couple insects in the bath tub, had to ask about a coffee pot for the room and the breakfast bar didn't have much of a choice. Plus, the neighborhood wasn't the best. I don't plan on staying at this location again

Less than expected, even at the price point. Several hundred yard off the road on the dilapidated asphalt road. Unkept parking lot. Towels and bath hardware stained. Sheets were an exception, smooth and clean. The mesh chair seat was broken, so the only seat was on the unpadded frame. Breakfast was limited. Sweetened dry cereal or make your own waffles. Milk was out on the counter.

Do not stay here. The staff Jarod was wonderful and kind but this hotel is disgusting and there were drug deals in the parking lot at prostitutes in the lobby. Blood on the room walls, and brown stains on the beds. Rooms were filthy and doors don't close properly or lock.

The floors were warped, tray is littered all around the place. Some of the electrical outlets don’t even work. Sensors for the door locks didn’t work a lot either. Always thought that the key deactivated.

Property has severe maintenance issues. Front door was missing off the office when I arrived, room smelled like cigarettes, burns in the comforter and sheets, mold in bathroom, paint peeling, missing cold water in sink, no hand towels, pillows were flat. Smell of pot all over property, and noisy and loud all night.

This hotel is a safety and health nightmare. I was there for exactly 2 hours and in that time multiple drunk men who apparently lived there kept following me banging on my room door and making me uncomfortable and feel unsafe. Not to mention that the bathroom was covered in mud dart and bugs the linen all had burn holes and ashes everywhere the walls were not painted and the door key barely worked there was also obvious mold in the vent in the bathroom. I checked in at around 9:20 and I checked out my phone because I didn’t feel safe enough to walk down by 11:15. This hotel should be removed from booking and corporate step in because it is a nightmare
