The lobby had cold water, coffee and cookies which was nice to see after a day of traveling. Also plenty of comfortable seating. Check in was so easy and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was extremely clean with nicely curated decor and USB outlets at every turn. We appreciated the security guard out front at night because there was a lot of theater and loud Times Square people outside. However once inside our rooms were quiet and we didn’t feel like we were in the midst of a very touristy area. The included breakfast had so many food options and high quality pastries, plus the seating area was clean and modern. I’d stay here again easily!

Amazing staff especially Roderick during breakfast a late he was amazing in assisting with a smile. Andre the valet was helpful and kept things rolling. Public parking was $45/day which was better than advertised. The only difficulty was finding a place to get luggage in from car. This hotel is in a prime location with excellent staff and service.

Thus hotel is located just one block away from Time Square. The hotel was a very clean and within walking distance to the Pier and the Park. Affordable offsite parking is very conveniently located just across the street. It was so easy to park and ealk to the hotel. The lobby was welcoming. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Pur room was super clean. The complimentary breakfast had a great selection of food choices. We cant say enough great things about he staff. This hotel is affordable, quiet and very clean. We highly recommend it.

My biggest complaint is how ridiculously loud the chime is for the elevator. Unfortunately I was right near the elevator, but it is so loud that you can hear it ring on other floors than your own.

We\'d requested and had a room with 2 Queens ... the space is way too small for 2 Queens. 2 Doubles would allow for at least another chair and maybe even additional "flat" space for placing luggage at a reasonable height to sort through clothing ... (a luggage stand would suffice) ... there\'s such limited "hanging" or closet space and no drawers to store clothing such that one must use open luggage as storage for clothing. Otherwise, the fact that this was a fairly new property is a plus; although, the on-site Bar was not yet readied.

I had this cockroach as a guest in my room. It didn’t bother me and flushed it Maund never saw another one. It didn’t seem to bother the hotel people either as they just shrugged it off. All was good really and nice friendly staff. They did foget to make the room up on one night.

My son and I had a great stay at SpringHill Suites. The location is unbeatable; in the heart of Times Square and right across from the theaters. The staff was friendly and helped store our bags until our room was ready. And though the room was very small, it was comfortable and had everything we needed for a few days. Everything was clean and modern. My only complaints were that the shower door didn't close completely, which caused a lot of leaking in the small bathroom. And the outside window was covered in pollen, which made the view less enjoyable. But overall, we enjoyed ourselves and would stay here again!

Stayed 4 nights. Nice room. Clean, comfortable. Great morning breakfast included. Definitely some noise from elevators dinging, and lots of street noise. But It’s NYC. Avoid a room on the street side, and by the elevators if you can. Otherwise no complaints. Great hotel, and great location.

Perfect location next to Lunt Fountanne and across from the Hamilton Theater. Close to Times Square. Super small room. 2 feet of space around bed. Nice and clean, modern room. Will return if seeing a Broadway show nearby again. Breakfast was warm, plentiful, and delicious. Booked a “top floor” room but was placed on 8th floor. Minor complaint.

Bath room is too small, even for one person. The shower door allows water to leak out on to the floor. There is no hand held shower head. Window faced dirty dark alley. This room not for anybody to stay. Great disappointment.

If you want to stay in a closet, this is your hotel. Yes it is close to Times Square but the smallest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in and I STAY in hotels a lot. Bathroom was tiny. Couldn’t use toilet unless you shut the door. Had to walk sideways at bottom of bed just to get to other side. No room for empty suitcases. Just to open the refrigerator you had to move suitcases. My master closet at home is almost bigger than this room. As a Titanium Elite member I asked if all rooms are this small and they said yes

I would have given a 5 star rating but customer service is refusing to follow up. Best breakfast I’ve had at any hotel. Not quiet due to location so close to time square. Staff was great UNTIL, I asked them to call for a taxi. I’ve seen how over priced uber was compared to taxi service. Most hotels have a taxi button but I did not see it. Asked desk clerk to call a taxi and luggage clerk apparently called Uber. Instead of ride costing me $50 according to taxi website, and if I had ordered an Uber in my app it was estimated at $79, this Uber charged me $85. I was furious and called hotel only to be told the hotel does not do this and that the only way an Uber would have arrived was me using their app. A total lie. I’m sure there is a kick back for all involved and I am so angry. I’m not sure how to call a taxi on my own in NYC, but next time I will ask someone on the street bc I won’t ever trust a hotel staff to not get their part of the hustle.

Asked desk clerk to call a taxi and luggage clerk apparently called Uber. Instead of ride costing me $50 according to taxi website, and if I had ordered an Uber in my app it was estimated at $79, this Uber charged me $85. I was furious and called hotel only to be told the hotel does not do this and that the only way an Uber would have arrived was me using their app. A total lie. I’m sure there is a kick back for all involved and I am so angry. I’m not sure how to call a taxi on my own in NYC, but next time I will ask someone on the street bc I won’t ever trust a hotel staff to not get their part of the hustle.

We arrived at 2:00 pm and they didn’t have a room available. They kept our luggage and we went to eat. Came back around 5:00 pm which room was still not available. At the price we paid we should of had a room ready by 3:00 pm. Sitting in the lobby was not acceptable being with 2 elderly parents.

My son and I had a great stay at SpringHill Suites. The location is unbeatable; in the heart of Times Square and right across from the theaters. The staff was friendly and helped store our bags until our room was ready. And though the room was very small, it was comfortable and had everything we needed for a few days. Everything was clean and modern. My only complaints were that the shower door didn't close completely, which caused a lot of leaking in the small bathroom. And the outside window was covered in pollen, which made the view less enjoyable. But overall, we enjoyed ourselves and would stay here again!

The lobby had cold water, coffee and cookies which was nice to see after a day of traveling. Also plenty of comfortable seating. Check in was so easy and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was extremely clean with nicely curated decor and USB outlets at every turn. We appreciated the security guard out front at night because there was a lot of theater and loud Times Square people outside. However once inside our rooms were quiet and we didn’t feel like we were in the midst of a very touristy area. Rooms clean and fully stocked. Breakfast was very good and always clean. A staff personnel was always present and making sure all items were full as well as clean. The breakfast was always set up at opening time and the dinning area was very nice. One little item, some mornings it was very cold but other than that it was great.

Smallish room, but likely bigger than most in the area. However room was very well appointed with great amenities, and was very clean. All of the staff I encountered were very nice. The breakfast was excellent with good options. The only other thing that would make it better is a vegan option, though they did have fruit and oatmeal. The staffer at the breakfast area worked diligently to keep things neat and stocked and the manager came around to ask everyone how everything was. Overall I had an excellent stay and would stay again if I decide to remain in the city after a Broadway play. Highly recommended.

Chose this hotel due to its location & it was perfect. Time square at the end of the road so very convenient for all the theatres which is what we wanted. 5-10 minutes walk to the nearest tube. Breakfast was average & nothing exciting, however hot & cold food with choices to suit taste. Staff very helpful & friendly, foyer/reception clean & tidy. Lifts with room key access a good idea for security. Rooms were cosy with little room for cases but the bed was very comfortable, no external noise noted. Bathroom cosy/functional but lovely walking shower. Overall a lovely hotel & we would stay here again if back in the city.
