Disappointing. Over priced for what it was. Four walls and a bed. Run down property. No in room coffee, no telephone to reach the front desk, no linens for the pull out couch.

Checked in like normal and that was fine, surprisingly there were 3 separate buildings on the property. The room given to us was completely unacceptable. The fridge was banged up and scribbled on, there was trash left on on the kitchenette area, the bathroom sink wouldn't drain, and it was just a horrible mess. They didn't have any other available rooms with a kitchenette for us, but they were able to give us something else in a different building. This room was a little better, but not great either. Still not cleaned properly and the key card wouldn't work for the building the few days we stayed there. We had to constantly keep going back to the front desk. There's also a no dog policy here, but there was definitely a big dog staying a few rooms away from us. Besides that, there's also police patrolling at nights on the daily. Take what you will with that info.

I was relocated from expedia to this hotel after being put in a hotel infested with roaches. This hotel has 3 buildings. Seem as if this is being updated. I was put in the 3rd building out back. Still under construction. Can't believe they allowed me to stay here. Caution tape still all over the place, tvs lined the hallways that were for unfinished rooms. My room was partically finished. Paint all in the sink, friday was gross. All dust and wall switch plates on top of it. Ceilings all apart and all over floor outside my door. Construction crew seem to be living in a few rooms. Felt very unsafe. This will be new once completed. This was king Arthur's inn and being renovated

Had a leek in the middle.of the night in the celling. When we checked out the clerk did not seem concerned about the leak. Not all the doors to get into building worked had to wait on desk clerk when checking out and desk clerk was very slow when checking in. Pool was not open and looked like it wouldn't be opening any time soon. Breakfast only lasted until nine but there was nothing stating that when we checked in.

The pictures of the place are deceptive; the building we were assigned to was in the back and not clearly marked. It was very unclean & looked as if parts were still under construction. The bathroom smelled as if the toilet needed to be given a thorough cleaning/disinfecting (around the screws that attach the lid)!! There was a refrigerator, but no microwave oven & the ice machine was located downstairs in a deserted hallway and you had to walk up the stairs and have someone open the door for you. There was a large gap beneath the door to our room and the floor-- I was afraid that something could crawl under there, especially at night while we slept! Upon check-in, the front desk staff did not even ask if we wanted to keep using the same card we reserved the room with, nor ask for ID to confirm who we were. This caused an inconvenience of having to reimburse the person who had reserved the room! There was no real continental breakfast either!! Very disappointed and saddened by our stay here on our way from Atlanta GA to Newark NJ!

Definitely a one star hotel experience. The building I stayed in none of the doors worked so they were all propped open. The first room I went into the fire alarm was chirping so I had to move. It was clean the room smelled a bit. I would not recommend unless you just want somewhere cheap to lay your head.

The property was run down and very dirty. There was someone's stuff piled up near one entrance. It was smelly and dirty. The room had acceptable bedding and towels, but everything else was disgusting. The refrigerator was disgusting! The floor was so dirty that it made the feet black . Broken toilet seat that had tape on it to avoid getting pinched. Usual items like iron, hair dryer, coffee machine etc were missing. I asked the front desk, they provided but asked to bring them back as soon as we are done. Our plan was to stay 3 nights but we got out after the first night.

This has been the dirtiest hotel I have stayed in. The bathroom was disgusting. The pain was chipping off the door, there were small roaches and the door to the room was broken. We had to slam it shut and double lock it to keep it closed. I tried calling front desk and no one answered. In the morning no one was at the reception and so we left.

We spent a grand total of 36 minutes (from check in to check out) and had to leave. I asked for a full refund and was refused. If I was given it, I wouldnt have bothered with the review. But at this point people need to know this hotel is awful. You can be a budget hotel, but still provide your customers a clean room. Instead we got stained sheets, throw up on walls, hairs in the sheets and on the dryer, etc. I have pictures to prove it all. A full refund should have been issued. Provide budget services, not sub par practices.

Room wasnt dirty it just wasnt clean. I most definitely had roaches in my non smoking room. I mean i had room service come once out my 3 day stay and that was sunday. Overall decent if you just need a place to stay just remember virginia is an open carry state.

Requested a refund due to the cleanliness of the hotel, flies and roaches EVERYWHERE all over the room. Hotel refused my 1-night stay refund and kept my $50 cash deposit as well, lied to the Hotels.com agent saying I received my refundable deposit back, no agent was available the next morning when I checked out!

Booked a month and a half in advance. Got there and they tell me they have no rooms avaliable. After arguing with front desk for about 20 minutes about my reservation a room suddely came up. I paid for a double.. the room was a king. Writing on the walls, carpet not cleaned nor vacuumed. No TV, no lights. Stains on the sheets. No blankets and two basic ass pillows. Smell was horrible. The only good thing besides it was something for us to use to sleep and not the H2, was checking out after two nights.

I thought there were recent upgrades made to this property. However, it is the worst facility I have ever spent the night I’m during the past 30 years. The same was absolutely horrible, the A/C did not work. The telephone nor the television worked at all. The location is convenient. I do believe a refund is in order for this experience. We booked for one night as a pit stop. The beds were so uncomfortable , I could be wrong but it seemed like people lived in this hotel. Area seemed unsafe. Breakfast was very limited, almost non existent Went to a diner.

The property is a bit dated but it was very clean and quiet. Room was spacious. I had trouble with the toilet in my room and maintenance came to fix it immediately. Would stay here again.

Property was tired looking. The continental breakfast was non-existent. No juice or fruit. Sliced white bread and jelly. Cereal was stale. Area was dirty. Mops laying around in dining area. Only thing going for it was the cost per night and convenience to route 64.

I thought there were recent upgrades made to this property. However, it is the worst facility I have ever spent the night I’m during the past 30 years. The same was absolutely horrible, the A/C did not work. The telephone nor the television worked at all. The location is convenient. I do believe a refund is in order for this experience. Thank you so much!

Checked in like normal and that was fine, surprisingly there were 3 separate buildings on the property. The room given to us was completely unacceptable. The fridge was banged up and scribbled on, there was trash left on on the kitchenette area, the bathroom sink wouldn't drain, and it was just a horrible mess. They didn't have any other available rooms with a kitchenette for us, but they were able to give us something else in a different building. This room was a little better, but not great either. Still not cleaned properly and the key card wouldn't work for the building the few days we stayed there. We had to constantly keep going back to the front desk. There's also a no dog policy here, but there was definitely a big dog staying a few rooms away from us. Besides that, there's also police patrolling at nights on the daily. Take what you will with that info.

Hotel staff was friendly and responsive to raised concerns. The bathroom is in dire need of repairs / upgrades. No closet hanger, no real amenities. Damaged bathroom door. Was great to be within walking distance of TGI Fridays and Waffle House

The Outside of this Hotel is Very Nice. I stayed in the Smoking Building. Our Room was Clean, but Needed New Curtains to Window. The Bathroom Shower Curtain was old, and Bad, needed Replacement. The Continental Breakfast was poor.

The pictures of the place are deceptive; the building we were assigned to was in the back and not clearly marked. It was very unclean & looked as if parts were still under construction. The bathroom smelled as if the toilet needed to be given a thorough cleaning/disinfecting (around the screws that attach the lid)!! There was a refrigerator, but no microwave oven & the ice machine was located downstairs in a deserted hallway and you had to walk up the stairs and have someone open the door for you. There was a large gap beneath the door to our room and the floor-- I was afraid that something could crawl under there, especially at night while we slept! Upon check-in, the front desk staff did not even ask if we wanted to keep using the same card we reserved the room with, nor ask for ID to confirm who we were. This caused an inconvenience of having to reimburse the person who had reserved the room! There was no real continental breakfast either!! Very disappointed and saddened by our stay here on our way from Atlanta GA to Newark NJ!

It would be nice if they served hot breakfast instead of cereal and toast. The one thing I did like was the handicap accessible room that I had. Next time I'll stay for 2 days instead of overnight.

The rooms were absolutely filthy and literally had black mold. The beds are like bricks. Bedford falling off. Filth and dirt everywhere in both rooms. Toilets were not cleaned. Just terrible.

Stay away. If I could upload pics it’ll tell the Entire story. I checked in at 10:40pm and check out at 4am, no I didn’t stay in the room it was filthy.

Beds had springs but that's it. So so uncomfortable loud to even with on. The pillows? Seem d like we were sleeping on pillow cases without a pillow in it. Had an awful sleep. There was a Huge ball of ???? Sick fuzz or dryer lint and leaves in our bed sheets kind of grossed out the kids. We slept with clothing on. Left because th breakfast the next morning was the option of two cereals or a loaf of white bread.

Horrible rooms, bed felt like boxspring, staircase with flickering light bulb, room with door open that had bare dirty mattress next to my booked room, building smelled like food and cigarette smoke, half dressed woman came out of her room yelling.
