Loved this hotel but be warned it’s right up against a really sketchy hotel. Staff was super friendly and helpful and the room was amazing, bed was so comfortable. Super quiet location. You can tell it’s a fairly new hotel . They even have little treat bags for your 4 legged family members.

Clean, pleasant and new. Very easy on and off the highway, with lots of traffic noise, but very quiet inside. Very comfortable bed, with good quality linens, and a nice little kitchenette with quality dishes and glassware. There is a clean, new, fitness room with a water bottle filler, towels, tv, three machines, mirror, a floor mat, and weights. Also, very pet friendly and with a reasonable pet fee of $25. We were expecting breakfast and they don’t serve it, but that was probably my oversight when I did the search. There are also a number of restaurants quite close by.

This is a new property. Nicely done. Down an small road from a Cracker Barrel. It's right off the freeway, but the room was quiet, clean, lots of hot water. And we were allowed to bring our dog. However, for safety reasons would not recommend for single female travelers. Sits in a confined area right beside to a much older Super 8 and a closed restaurant. There is very little area to walk a pet. Not particularly safe. While the hotel is nice, the surrounding area has yet to catch up to it.

Hallways and room were very dirty. Our room wasn’t cleaned at all except having the sheets changed. Soap was in shower, personal belongings left, a towel on the floor. Counters were clearly not cleaned. We left and went somewhere else.

It was conveniently located off the expressway, with a few restaurants within walking distance. The room layout was great and the bed was really comfortable. Staff was helpful and always had good coffee available in the lobby. Our only complaint was a plate of food in the microwave left by the previous guests.

The property is located near a number of dining and shopping options. It is also close to freeway access. Our only complaint is that there was a ton of green mold growing on the walls of the closet in our room; evidently from a previous water leak. It was disgusting. Fortunately, we were overnighting only and didn't need to hang anything in there.

Arriving at the property, I was a little apprehensive because it sits on the same lot as a motel & there was construction going on in front of the building. The front desk staff were working on something at the time of check in so took a couple of minutes to acknowledge me. The lady then greeted me & checked me in. Upon entering the room, I checked everything out including the beds & there was a few strands of hair on the sheets. This is quite scary because you never know if they’d taken the time to actually change the sheets. Other than that, this was an okay place for my one night stay.

Everything is perfect here not one complaint. Room very clean. Microwave , dishwasher, refrigerator, silverware, dishes, ac works great . Big tv. Stove . I was very surprised…. The building looks new the staff are very friendly. Def will stay here again when I come back to this area. I highly recommend. It’s nicer than the wingate I stayed at last time.

Great new place. Paint still smells freshly applied. Only thing that bothered me was mattress was too hard for my taste. About like sleeping on floor. Location is a bit hard to see from the road.

Stayed here while travelling I -75. The hotel was very clean and appeared to be recently updated. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable,- nice linens. It is close to all the restaurants in the area, gas stations etc and felt like a more upscale place to stay while headed down to Florida

New construction. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was the new refridgerator did not work. Therefore the food I had in the fridge went to waste. Outside of that I would stay here again.

We waited 25 minutes in the lobby at 1:00 in the morning as we attempted to check in while the lobby attendant was "unavailable"..... we found out he was off the property entirely. No one else was there to cover the check in station - it was unattended completely. We called the hotel multiple times only for the phone to ring right in front of us. He didn't apologize for the inconvenience, nor did he even greet us after he rushed through the door. Meanwhile my two small children were asleep in the chairs of the lobby. We left and didn't stay. Would NOT recommend - poorly managed and unprofessional.

Booked a room through Orbitz. Arrived and the Candlewood and it was crammed in next to a run down Motel 6 with people walking all around. Then the man at the desk said they were sold out and offered NO assistance getting a refund. Couldn’t find a number to contact anyone at Orbitz. Finally found a chat. After a long time they said they would call the hotel and speak to the same person at the desk to get a refund! Then said it would be 7-10 days before we would receive it. Had been driving 13 hours. We desperately needed a hotel to rest. Found our own room through the Hilton website.
