Room was very nice, staff were helpful and breakfast was tasty. We were advised one restaurant was closed for renovations, only after booking, that was good to know in advance though. What we weren't told, was that no one was allowed to access their balcony, due to renovations. I might not have booked a deluxe ocean view room had I known we wouldn't have a balcony. Also a small disappointment, but a bit of a let down nonetheless, was that the room wasn't stocked with the Kevin Murphy haircare as advertised to complement the Dyson hairdryer. Overall, it was a nice stay, but very expensive considering we didn't get the full experience that was advertised.

We love the vibe of QT hotels. Every thing was to our liking. The breakfasts were the best ever. Sadly for all guests and staff, the current maintenance program ( unknown to us at time of booking) prevented use of the pool we were offered several alternatives at adjoining properties, But more,importantly, having no access to our deck affected us most. Thank s to the amazing staff.

The staff were all very helpful But I was disappointed that I had paid for a room with a balcony so I could sit outside and enjoy the view. All balconies were locked off for maintenance! This should have been disclosed

The balcony was sealed off for maintenance, but no mention before checking in so we could not get any unobstructed views or fresh air. Could not sleep as the assigned room was over an outside entertainment area with a very noisy DJ and music for a wedding party. The hotel should have told guest beforehand or done some noise mitigation, but did not.

Fabulous, stylish property. Fantastic rooms, great splash of colour, comfy beds and high-quality linen. Amazing breakfast and well-stocked bar. Only downside was the pool and room balconies were closed for repairs. Agreements were made with 'neigbouring' hotels to use their pools but none of these were very close. Vibe was the closest but tried 3 separate times to get a park but could not. A shuttle was provided by the hotel but this was only between 10-4. The hotel did advise of the unavailability of these facilities prior to the stay and some compensation was given however, it did mean we didn't get to swim during our stay, which was important to our family.

Pool and Balcony were closed and not usable. Were advised of this a week prior to arrival, it was noted a neighbouring properties pool would be available to use. This turned out to be 1/2 a km away. No outdoor space to sit. Had this been made clearer earlier we would have changed accomodation. Not on really.

수영장이 아니면 선택 안 했을 호텔인데, 수영장 이용도 안 되고 대체 베네핏으로 조식 무료 제공이었는데, 먹을게 없었어요 빵이랑 커피 정도? 그마저 빵도 뻑뻑 모든게 별로였고, 대체 이용 가능한 수영장은 성인 기준 빠른 걸음으로 7-8분 거리인데, 너무 좁고 더러워서 이용하기 힘들어서 10분 있다 나와서 그 좋은 휴양지인 골코에서 수영장을 이용 못했어요.. 골코에 대한 기억을 안 좋게 만든 호텔 ㅜㅜ 수영장 리노베이션 잘 되서 분위기가 좋으면 어떨지 모르겠지만, 수영장 이용 안된단 공지도 없이 40만원 넘게 주고 묵을 호텔도 아니고 그렇다고 체크인 이후에 대체 베네핏이 조식 무료제공이엇는데 정말정말 별로였어요 ㅠㅠ

Lack of communication. We had initally been told that the pool and outdoor bar area was closed for rennovation and so decided to make other arrangements to go to another pool area somewhere else. On the day of check out we then noticed that the area had in fact been accessible afterall and the staff had failed to notify us of this.

Balcony couldn't be used in any rooms which was disappointing (and wasn't communicated at time of booking). General areas were a bit unclean (including giant cockroach!) and the TV didn't work in my room. Had to switch rooms (but only becuase I asked, otherwise it was a "too bad") and the weather was bad when there so there was a little time spent indoors! Not as good as a normal QT experience. Staff didn't do anything to make up for the hassle.

Everything was perfect and we absolutely loved it. Only problem is we did notice mould in the bathroom and we did think it was weird that there was no fitted sheet on the bed. Not sure if it’s normal as we have always had a fitted sheet on the bed when we have stayed elsewhere. Overall it was a perfect weekend and a we really enjoyed the space

This is my second time here. Very close to the beach so the walk is easy and enjoyable. Rooms are fitted with ample lighting, heating/air conditioning and TV that I can chromcast to watch whatever I want. Free wifi for the kids. The pool/hot tub is clean and the area is beautifully presented and perfect for everyone. Bar and big screen which makes for great game nights. Buffet breakfast was great and well worth the extra to have all the options. Highly recommend, will stay again

QT is a great hotel. The facilities were great. The pool bar and restaurants are wonderful. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast at Bazaar was excellent. The only thing that detracted from my stay was other guests slamming their balcony doors open and closed all night long and having loud conversations out on their balconies.

Amazing stay - the bed, room and decor was all amazing. Just a shame the hot water was non existent. Took over 8 mins to get any hot water in the shower. Despite that I would definitely stay here again - loved it !

We had five nights in a suite and were very disappointed on check in to find balconies were all closed off atm. We wanted some fresh air and to sit there. The bed was really too soft, might be getting a bit old? The bathroom was nice and big and had a second toilet. View was good. We also found the sitting room seating very uncomfortable and low, and no relaxing place to sit. Ok for one night or so. We had a bag of things in a cupboard under the sink, to keep out of the way and some bread, and we were shocked that the cleaner took them one day!, so told hotel, and they have now posted back the travel bag full of bits and pieces, thankfully. Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Position is very good.

We were staying on floor 17 and the winds were rattling the sliding door all night, it was so loud I could sleep. Floors at the higher levels should be more secure. View and convenience to Surfers Paradise was good, but the room wasn’t worth $500 per night

From the moment we arrived Hannah the Duty Manager looked after us. Room was great, beds really comfy, convenient to everything as the tram was a short walk away. Stingray was great, Friday night with yummy Tacos with Latin dancing and cocktails, what's not to luv. Awesome to have so many food/drink options in house. Thanks for making our Girls Weekend so awesome, great laughter, great memories and of course Bubbles xx

The place itself is quirky and the decor is fun but overall not great. Little things like the cutlery not being washed from the last person and toilet paper roll not being replaced either to more substantial issues like a worker walking into my hotel room without knocking to the staff members not giving any information about the hotel when checking in and who weren’t helpful with the majority of our queries. The place is generally unorganised and the service is definitely not the best.

Everything about our stay was amazing until check out. We were charged twice and the staff member we contacted to resolve was very unhelpful. We understand this was a hotel issue, not an Expedia issue. We were refunded but not without unnecessary hassle.

QT is one of the newer properties in Gold Coast that is an actual hotel. The service staff are kind and caring, it is a pleasant place to stay. The restaurants are amazing and drinks are decent. Walking distance to Surfer Paradise downtown and almost everything. It's a block from the beach and right in front of the G-link stop. Very accessible. Parking is additional and not inckuded in the stay. Pool was lovely even on a cold windy day.

Very happy with our stay at the QT. Our upgrade room and view were amazing. The room was clean, stylish and spacious. We loved the vibe of the hotel and the amenities and cafe were very handy. There are also a couple of restaurant options. It was in a great location close to what we needed at Surfers but in a quieter area and onsite parking was handy at $20 a night. Would definitely stay here again.

Really loved this hotel. Rooms are beautiful, with gorgeous bathrobes and Kevin Murphy toiletries. It was really busy when we arrived but the reception staff were calm under pressure and welcoming. Breakfast buffet is amazing! Would stay again.

Don’t buy the Açai Bowl. What a rip off! The açai was frozen solid. No banana as advertised in the photo. Spoke to the Manager about it and showed her a pic of the Açai Bowl. She didn’t care less - “I’ll let the chef know she’s said” How about you offer a refund!!

Good location and facilities. Great Latin night Friday nights at the bar, place was heaving. Breakfast middle of the road buffet. Pillows to plumped up for me prefer flatter. Nice bar around the pool area. Overall a good stay.
