Everything was immaculate! From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave and everything in between was just incredibly five star and so close to the terminal. Fantastic for flights and a very quiet rooms for a peaceful nights sleep. I was so happy I wanted to stay in bed all day! The dining area next to the pool is just a spot on and the pool itself is gorgeous!! Staff are impeccable!!

Everything was great. The dinner and buffet breakfast was of top quality. The only downside was the limited parking at the hotel. The reception was fantastic and waived the fees for parking as I had booked long before they were removed from the room charge. $25 per night

The prime reason for staying here was to close to the airport for an early international flight. The bed was far too soft for us to have an enjoyable sleep. It was extremely disappointing that the roof top bar and restaurant were closed and this fact was not disclosed to us until we tried to use it. The fact that it has been closed for so, long and there is not known re-opening date needs to made known on the website and in the booking process.

We wanted to trial this hotel being next to Gold Coast airport for a very early flight. For that purpose it was fantastic but it has been sold as having a rooftop bar with food available. We were looking forward to sitting there in the afternoon for the sunset and watching flights coming in, however we were told it was closed other than for events. A bar and restaurant is available at reception but it didn't do it for us. Otherwise we were very happy with this hotel. Whether we try it again, I'm not sure.

Naturally a good location for the airport - and the beach front restaurants and surf clubs were a 30 minute walk. Nice hotel and room, only problems were that the cleaning was not that thorough, so I still had coffee residue on the cups along with lipstick !! Other than that it was nice.

The room was lovely and clean when we checked in..we stayed for 7 nights our bedding wasn't changed which would have been nice at least once..We only got complementary water refreshed once..An empty box of tissues in the bathroom was left beside our fresh towels not sure why we didn't get a new box and I had to wipe the surfaces of our bedsides and coffee area myself..the house keeping staff were friendly though..The room phone didn't work and ordering room service was a mission as they don't answer the phone.

There was noise from the plumbing when the neighbour room used their bathroom. We were not allowed for a late check-in. Thw restaurant is ok but there is not much choice for food in the area. You could drive to town but you loose the parking spot. I found a couple of hairs in the shower.

Room was noisy. Turned air conditioning and the fridge off but there was still a humming noise had to wear ear plugs. And curtains didn’t completely shut so room not that dark. Usually Rydges are brilliant for managing noise and light - I was disappointed.

The room was very nice - spacious, spotless, a huge bed, great bathroom, and a nice outlook to the sea. It's convenient for visiting the beach (only a 10 minute walk) and shops etc. Being next to the airport wasn't a problem in relation to noise - I couldn't hear a thing!

Great location to airport lovely modern facility, nice meal selection at reasonable price. no real noise from aircraft outside as was on tweeds head side of hotel on sixth floor. Only bad was internal plumbing noise of toilets flushing (not so bad ) but people having half hour showers late at night.

Building is very noisy. If you are not disturbed by very noisy waste water pipes or noisy ventilation fans you cannot turn off then you may also be disturbed by thumping base of music from the rooftop bar and noise of things being wheeled across the floor above where the rooftop bar is located. Amazing that shoddy construction like this is still happening considering this is a fairly new building.

Generally the airport hotel was good, but our room was 25 degrees and the controls could not be altered. Staff said they would adjust it centrally but this diodn't work. We were uncomfortable all night.

Hotel is at the airport. Rooms are comfortable with the best double glazed windows which keep out all sound. Considering hotel is at the airport, that’s exceptional. Room service food was delicious. Underground parking good. Only negative I had was blinds were not “block out” and morning sun wakes me up very early in Qld.

Slow and bad customer service. The food was cold. The lasagna was cold on the edges and luke warm in the middle but the chips were hot so it's probably been sat waiting for the chips to be ready. Didn't mention anything because I'd already waited 50mins. The manager did say that it'd be a wait though so fair enough. The bathroom has a frosted glass down the outside so it lights up the room when someone is in the bathroom... Not great when you have an early flight in the morning!

I love this hotel, it's only my second stay but the pool is lovely, the staff are super friendly and real, and the breakfast is great. However, the shower head fell down on my friend, and hit her in the chest. She tried to put it back on, it fell down again and hit her. She gave up at this point. I then tried to screw it back in, which seemed to work, but it then crashed to the tiles as soon as the water was turned on. I rang reception - the person there went into a meltdown, didn't apologise, just said the maintenance person would be there in an hour and to wait - the person was hard to understand. I waited until after the maintenance person should have started. Nothing. I rang reception again, spoke to someone else who apologised immediately, offered a shower in another room. She came to the door with the key promptly. Shower was on another floor, but at least then we could have a shower and get to breakfast - very hungry at this point and running late. When I checked out, I returned the keys, asked if there was any compensation for the injury my friend had suffered, staff said they would consult management and be in touch. Nothing. A week has passed. Disappointing.

帰国便の出発が大幅に遅れ、乗り継ぎが出来なくなった為、出発日を変更。翌日も早朝便だった為、空港近くのこちらのホテルをすぐに予約しました。空港から徒歩5分。朝9時だったのですが、荷物はすぐに預かってくれました。また、運よくすぐに部屋を用意出来ると言ってくださり通常15時のチェックインなのに無料でアーリーチェックインをして頂けました。早朝に空港に着いてトラブルに追われていたのでとても助かりました。

Check in was terrible. We were tired and late arrivinh and the man was so slow checking us in. When we got to our room the curtain had come off its hook and it wouldn’t close properly so when I checked out I informed the lovely lady at reception

Unfortunately that day we were told because of a technical problem the bistro was not available. &also staff that day were very helpful27th. different staff the day we left 28th were . not at all as it was pouring rain( and we are 80years old we found it very daunting try to struggle with our checkout & 3 heavy cases. They told us they couldn’t help. Our was 229.

Excellent. Great pool that was completely quiet the whole stay, excellent buffet breakfast and an easy walk to beach, buses or short taxi ride to most things if preferred. Only niggles were no full length mirror and barely enough shampoo and soap for one person let alone two. Note there is nowhere to get food in immediate vicinity except hotel restaurant (overpriced as with all hotel restaurants) or across the street at airport for very limited costly crisps and chocolate bars. One bar/restaurant with Tacos and pizza and a rubbish cafe at airport . But you can Uber Eats easy enough.

ホテルはとても綺麗でお部屋も文句ありまん。空港も目の前なので早朝便には最適でした。ただ、歯ブラシやルームウェア、スリッパなどは欲しかったです。夜の食事をそちらのレストランで食べましたが、1時間待たされました。こちらから声をかけないとなにも言ってはこなかったので、待たされるのは通常なのか、、、？チップまで払っていたのに不愉快でした。

I came back from overseas around dinner, so my husband and I decided to have a meal at the hote. What we ordered around 6 pm was not what came out. After 15 mins the kitchen staff came to us telling us what they didnt have. Mashed potato and some other sides had run out. Also the chicken dish i ordered was out. So had to quickly think of something else to eat. The food was way overcooked, the peas were rock hard bullets in a horrible gravy. My husbands veges were basic like mine, just peas and carrots!! At around $32 each, the veges should be better than RSL quality , and certainly not premium. Shocking meal and certainly wont spend money there again. Its like someone forgot to buy FRESH veges..

This is a great property, in an excellent location. The buffet breakfast is the best anglo, hotel-provided, breakfast I've had in a long time. For some reason on the seond morning the food was only luke warm - and we were down fairly early. First day though was primo. Great new wide screen TV - but couldn't find a program guide on the TV. It calls it a 'guide' but its only a channel list. Although a smart tv I couldn't find apps so that I could log in to my own programming - but that could have been my own incompetence with an unfamiliar device. We'll be back, no doubt.
