Staff were amazing. Great facilities, except no in room washing facilities. - have to sit in a stuffy tiny laundry and pay for your washing and drying. Very inconvenient to have to do that while are on holidays. You should be able to do a wash in your room and go in enjoy your holiday and when return do the drying. No microwave- have to hire which is ridiculous considering the price of the accommodation. It forces you to hire or have dinner there , which is pretty average again considering the cost of accommodation Staff were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble.

Excellent value, comfortable beds, clean, safe for kids to roam and play. The Hydrate Bar only opens weekends and there’s no indoor pool so if the weather is bad, you miss out on enjoying a swim. Breakfast is a tad expensive as there is no continental option. Will definitely stay again.

This place is the perfect family destination. Has such great facilities for kids and always keeps them occupied. From tennis courts to Timezone, from restaurants to swimming pools, from gyms to the driving range, we just love staying here. Breakfast is fantastic and the rooms are comfortable and clean

The resort itself was really nice - the pool area was amazing, the jumping pillow and playground proved very popular and the buffet breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Due to the location, a car is a must if staying here, but unfortunately we found parking over the weekend was quite a challenge. The resort doesn't have designated parking for hotel guests, so when we got back to the hotel on Friday and Saturday nights, all the parking was used by people attending for events or the restaurants, which was a little frustrating.

From the moment I arrived at RACV Royal Pines Resort, I knew I was in for something special. The resort is a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and tranquility. I was warmly welcomed with an early check-in, which allowed me to settle in and start my stay with ease. My room was spacious, clean, and offered a breathtaking view of the pools, golf course, and lush gardens. Waking up to that view every morning was pure magic. The facilities at Royal Pines are exceptional. The pools are beautifully maintained and the perfect temperature—whether I was swimming early in the morning or relaxing poolside in the afternoon. There’s something peaceful about lying by the water, drink in hand (the passionfruit mocktail from the pool bar was a favorite), and just taking it all in. The One Spa was an absolute highlight. I had the Vichy shower and massage, and left feeling completely renewed. Sitting out on the spa deck overlooking the water, I felt more relaxed than I have in years. I also dined twice at Arakawa, the Japanese restaurant on-site. Both times the food was outstanding. For dessert lovers, Trattoria Amici deserves a special mention. I ordered both the tiramisu and the sixteen-layer chocolate cake to enjoy in my room. The check-out process was quick and efficient, though I was sad to leave. The resort was the perfect setting for healing, reflection, and rejuvenation. I’ll definitely be back—and next time, I’m staying longer.

Lovely property, but some things need updating. No usb charging in the room, don’t feel you shouldnt need a power plug in this day & age. the elevator from the Carpark isn’t working ( long term ) so you need to get the golf buggy ride up to reception or climb 4 flights of stairs. Great location & amazing views from the room & Staff were friendly & helpful. Would I return? No

There was nowhere quiet to dine at breakfast. Awful disco music was blaring through the speakers at 7 am, to the point where I felt ill. The bath/shower is a health & safety risk. The base is too slippery to shower in. The screen let water pour down the side of the bath to the floor, which quickly flooded.

Couldn’t fault anything for my stay in the superior king room. The bed was so comfortable, it was clean, and spacious for a hotel room. Staff and housekeeping were lovely and pool area very appealing. Will be back.

Unfortunately the bed sheets had not been changed and had blood stains on the mattress cover. Housekeeping were able to change the bedding the next day, I got a blanket and slept on top of bedspread as it was late at night and didn't have the energy or nor was I offered another suite. I booked the signature suite for two nights. Found the toilet didn't flush properly either and looked like a hole in the vanity pipe work which was being covered with a plastic bag. Not to mention the unmentionable white mark next to the switch on the bedside lamp. I did let front desk know of the plumbing issues upon exit as they weren't of major concern. Did let them know again then at that point regarding the bedding. To which they apologised but no compensation was offered. I guess that's what happens when you pay in full and up front.

The staff attempted to be accommodating, but would not recommend due to the facilities not functioning correctly or at all. We ordered room service twice both which took over an hour and only ended up coming when we spoke to the concierge. We kept being told they would send someone right up, and every time we were left, waiting in the heat for extended period After all of this, my bill came and we were charged multiple times for the same movie ordered in the first room and had to re-order in the second. Also was promised a credit to be put on my room which I had to explain to the person in the morning which they nearly didn’t give me. Do not go with small children as my infants were both overheating due to this and had to be kept up extremely late as it could not be fixed in a timely manner. The temperature in the room was getting close to 30°, so I had two kids dripping sweat in a hotel room. This establishment lacks urgency.

We were blown away by the views from the rooms in the hotel. And the makeover they've done is very tasteful and elegant. The only tiny thing we could find that was a bit annoying was that the shower screens don't fit well, and the result was a near-flooded bathroom after a brief shower. Otherwise - staff, service, view, ambiance - all 10/10.

The rooms are spacious, clean acc I was very lucky to be on a high up floor facing east so had an amazing scenic view of golf course and the Gold Coast skyline which was lovey. The pool is well appointind and has plenty of seating. We didn't use any of the other facilities however there was a vast array of facilities analysis such as the gym, tennis courts, buffet breakfast etc. All in all a lovely place to stay and very convenient for my purpose.

Good check-in Zenon was very polite and helpful, in fact assisting us above and beyond expectation. He made our experience relaxed and enjoyable. All staff are very polite and friendly. Will definitely return.

Everything was ok front end staff really friendly and nice, but the next morning after arriving back from breakfast a cleaner entered our room without even knocking and we still had an hour before we even had to checkout, i was really amazed that this happened and when telling the front desk when we did have to check out morning staff apoligised, but didnt even give an explanation nor a complimentry night, we paid top dollar for our romantic escape and this sort of behaviour shouldnt happen. I feel i was treated with total disrespect from the cleaner and morning front desk staff, and after such a warm friendly welcome from night staff when we checked in, it really has left a bad taste in my mouth.

The property looks great after the refurbishment. Food options for room service were fine. Only down side is the lady taking reservations that sounds like she’s in a terrible mood. I spoke to two different ladies. One was extremely professional and the other sounded like she just got out of bed and you were bothering her. I extended my stay many times, but left the property due chatting to this unpleasant lady and felt like I was continuing to bother her by extending.

Staff were terrible. A staff member blamed me for stealing a bag that they accidentally put in our room by their luggage staff and they barged up to our room and woke my partner up. I made a complaint to reception but they did not acknowledge or rectify the complaint.

I am writing to provide some feedback regarding my recent stay at RACV Royal Pines Resort on the Gold Coast from 15 January to 16 January. Firstly, I noticed that there were no hotel slippers or a dental kit (toothbrush/toothpaste) provided in the room. I called reception three times during the night to request these items, but unfortunately there was no answer. As a result, I had to go downstairs to the lobby in person to ask for assistance. Secondly, upon checking out, I was charged $6.50 for a coffee from the restaurant. Neither my wife nor I ordered any coffee during breakfast. I raised this with the staff at checkout, and I was advised that the signature on the receipt would be checked against mine and that a refund would be issued if it was confirmed not to be my charge. I am sharing this as feedback in the hope that it can help improve the guest experience going forward. I would appreciate an update regarding the coffee charge once it has been reviewed.

We only stayed 1 night to go to a concert in the stadium nearby. The staff were AMAZING, providing advice on how to get there, the best food options before and after the concert, and even supplying a disposable raincoat in case of rain. Wish we could have stayed longer, as their food options were both tasty and good value, and the pool area looked lovely too.

Excellent resort - large clean rooms, great pool and play area, really fun arcade games. Excellent breakfast buffet and Japanese restaurant. Convenient to all the theme parks with a car and also walking distance to a shopping centre.

Although away from the Glitter strip, this property is perfect for gigs at the Gold Coast stadium and is a short drive from Broadbeach. We love this property and stay once a year for a tournament we attend. The breakfast is amazing and the pool and gym are great

Great place. Has a nice resort feel about it. Small breakfast buffet but adequate, fresh and tasty. No mini bar! No bottle water in room and no robes. These things could be easily remedied . Still a good place to stay

Great place to stay and golf course and facilities are good. We did not enjoy the on-site Japanese restaurant Arakawa as considered that overpriced for what you received.Their prices are nearly similar to Japanese Restaurant Etsu Izakaya at Mermaid Beach which is amazingly good.
