Great ocean views. Nice pool and spa area. No wifi unless you pay or join accor app which you still had to ask reception for and was device limited and slow. Spa was turned off until you ask, everything else needs a key from reception. Next door apartment was getting a renovation so very noisy, would have booked elsewhere if had known about this in advance.

There was a couple of things that weren’t particularly hospitable. Mostly because the room didn’t have a table and chairs and the floor in our room was not so clean. No one asked into how settled we were and we managed okay.

Friendly check-in. We got there early, so they stored our luggage and called us when the room was ready. Beautiful fragrant candles in reception - a nice touch. The 2bed/2bath “room” was clean and exceeded our expectations. The property is directly across the road from and overlooking the beach The view is stunning. Shops and restaurants are a short stroll away.

Good - location was excellent being right across the road from a patrolled beach. Groceries, cafe and other dining options were within a few minutes' walk. The view from our sea view apartment on Level 5 was great. The apartment was clean, and the bathrooms had been recently renovated. Staff at front desk were helpful when required. Room for improvement - the door handles in the apartment needed repair and some window shutters did not work very well. You will need an eye mask if light bothers you because it streams in first thing in the morning and there are no black out curtains.

The front entrance and lobby give the impression that this hotel is classy. However my room was dated and univiting. A carpeted floor or rug would have been nicer as the tiled floor was cold. The couch was very uncomfortable. Despite this the room was like a unit and had everything that was needed and is centrally located.

Well-appointed apartment. My only grizzles are: As per our February 2024 stay, I had to ask for a plug for the bathroom hand basin. I must be one of a few males who like to shave with a hand razor and a full basin of hot water. The plug was supplied immediately, upon request. The shower mixer could do with upgrading. It was difficult to set it at just the correct temperature for me. Probably not a problem for most but I am not in favour of the overhead delivery of water

My favouritest thing about this property and our stay was the staff. Every person I dealt with was exceptionally kind and friendly as well as helpful and very good at their job. Will be staying here again for a number of reasons but mainly because it’s the best service ever!

Staff were lovely. We asked for a twin bed for our boys but when we got there they were both kings. We asked if we could have a sheet and we would separate the beds ourselves. They ended up calling staff to change it within 5 mins very helpful. The room was large with stunning beach views in every room on the 15th floor.. only small down side was, it can be noisy from the pub across the street at night on friday-sunday. If we were down any lower this would have been very annoying so if your looking for quite time go monday to Thursday.

Arrived a bit early for my 2pm check in time but it wasn’t an issue. The Lady who checked me in was very nice and professional and she explained everything I needed to know about the property. I only wish I could have stayed an extra few days as there is a lot to see and do in the area. Will definitely be back.

Had high expectations but room wasn’t clean. We came back to our room to sleep for the night to find there was no quilt, reception was closed, we found an after hours number but they couldn’t help, literally for late check ins. Had a very cool nights sleep and when we spoke to reception in the morning we found they weren’t really interested but would pass our complaint on to housekeeping. Would highly recommend staying elsewhere
