Väldigt trevligt hotell nära många bra restauranger i Hanoi. Mycket säkert område, även för mig som ensam kvinna. God mat till bra pris på hotellet. Mycket stor pool, dock många barn från tidigt på morgonen. Man får simma där dygnet runt, men utan badvakt på natten. Stor svit med vardagsrum, fullt utrustat kök, tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Kan tänka mig att komma tillbaka, och det vill jag sällan. Inte den bästa frukosten, men det går att köpa frukost på en stor mängd kafeer, så det var lugnt.

Everything you need, food, pool, gym, massage, grocery store. An entire living community with security and 24 hr reception. Only downside is it is not easy to get a Grab pick up. We used a cab orders by reception to go where we needed and used Grab to get back.

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment and it was so grand, incredibly clean and has a lot of amenities such shuttle bus to local attractions and shopping centers. Large pool, sauna, gym, tennis court, etc. The best is a kitchen with a nice fridge and all the necessary cookware and a convection oven and rice cooker in case you have a long stay. The staff was very responsive to all of our requests - they called a taxi for us, held our luggage when we left to a short cruise. Guest security is well kept, with outside visitors having to check in at the gates, and no random people being allowed to just walk in to the complex. The front desk workers, and probably most of the other employees, speak several languages and were a great help, with such friendly service.

Very comfortable apartment hotel. Excellent facilities and great staff. Activities for all ages. Clean and spacious apartments and we like the Westlake area for the view and relaxed atmosphere. Gym equipment a bit dated and so was dishwasher/washer in apartment - functional though. We will definitely come back, especially if we're staying for a longer period.

War vor einigen Jahren sicherlich eine Top Unterkunft. Man könnte mit vielen Kleinigkeiten vieles verbessern. Beispielsweise die alten, dreckigen Duschköpfe austauschen. Pro's: Employee who transported our bags and checked us into our suite was friendly. The bathroom and suite were very clean, and the suite was very spacious. The breakfast was good. Heat and AC worked well. Cons: Impersonal reception performed by employees behind plastic panels through which they could barely be heard. The terrace of the suite had a view of incoming street and surrounding buildings, and no table or chairs to sit outside. The bathroom did not have a bidet, and the only outlet where you could use the hair dryer was by the dining room table. The kitchen had bare minimum supplies - no salt or pepper, no coffee pot, no hand towels or paper towels. When I was using the washer, and tried to use the oven the breaker tripped, and I had to wait for the oven to finish, and restart the wash cycle that had nearly finished previously. We tried to use the Wi-Fi password that was provided, and it did not work on three different devices. When we asked for assistance with it, we were instructed to enter the Wi-Fi password. In short, the accommodations are represented as luxurious, but we found them just average

Our experience with reception staffs really soured our last stay, we had stayed at the property twice before, this third stay proved to be unsatisfactory. If you plan to stay at this property, please note, the ‘Family room’ option really is a regular apartment with an extra bed added to the single room, the extra cost really is just for the added bed, the ‘Family room’ is NOT bigger than the usual apartments. Also check your room booking description, the complex has two sizes apartment, one being 91sqm one is 89sqm, we were assigned a smaller apartment despite paying for the supposedly more expensive ‘Family room’ option. When raised this after checking in, reception staffs argued that the size difference was ‘in our heads’, only when we asked for a ‘proof’, it was discovered that the complex did indeed have a range of smaller apartments. After a heated discussion, reception staffs begrudgingly changed us to the bigger apartment we previously stayed at C block. This really put a dent on our experience with the property and disappointed us greatly. However, I do appreciate senior management reaching out to us to apologise after receiving our feedback for the poor interaction with staffs. Other than the last interaction with reception, the remaining stay was lovely, I do recommend to avoid appartments in C block as they have a very loud pickleball court next door (this didn’t bother us). There was also loud maintenance work on C block and we were not advised of this either.

We enjoyed 18 nights at this hotel. We had a two room apartment and there was plenty of room for us. The apartment is a bit outdated but there is cleaning everyday and it is practical. We missed some outdoor furniture to enjoy the view from the small balcony. Great pool and friendly staff. A bit noisy sometimes but we don’t think it is much compared to “the old town”. We would go back.

It was ok. Far away from alot of stuff. We got a room with a washer and dryer to wash our clothing. Dryer function was broken and just steamed our clothing really hot and clothing was totally soaked even after a full day attempting to dry.

The property is a mix of residential accommodation and holiday apartments. The pool was lovely and quiet. The kitchens in the apartments need updating and the breakfast wasn’t the best we have had. It’s also worth noting that you have to request a balcony for all 1 bed apartments as this isn’t a bookable option via Expedia

Very happy with my stay here. Staff were accommodating and let me check out late when I had a 2am flight. They speak good English and the breakfast was reasonably priced (around £6). Housekeeping is also efficient and I have no complaints. The area around the hotel has cafes, spas and restaurants plus with a Grab motorbike you can get to the old city for around £1 each way. I’d stay here again.

숙소는 연식이 있습니다. 하지만 그외에는 아주 좋습니다. 1.조식: 아침으로 먹기에 딱 정당합니다. 맛도 있습니다 2.위치: 시내와 좀 거리가 있지만 그랩이 워낙 잘되어있어 다니기 불편하지않습니다. 롯데마트와도 멀지 않습니다. 3.식당: 입구 앞 베트남식당 맛있습니다. 미슐랭스타 받은곳입니다. 그외 조금만 나가면 식당들이 꽤 있습니다. 롯데마트 인근 해산물부폐식당도 가격 저렴하고 가지수도 많고 맛도 있습니다. 시간은 걸리지만 서호호를 바라보면 걸어서 올수도 있습니다. 스위트를 잡았는데 2가족이 써도 될만큼 넓고 좋습니다. 다음에도 재숙박할 의향이 있습니다.

Clean apartment . I could was my clothes. There’s a wall around the complex and you can only get out one way and it’s not to the lake. Not so much to see in walking distance but the got a shuttle bus to the old quarter. I didn’t use et. Quiet area and that was great. The pool seems nice. I traveled alone so it was a bit boring. For a family that like a rest from the cars and the noise this hotel would be a good choice. I didn’t try the breakfast.

호텔이 좀 구석에 있는거 빼고는 좋아요. 오히려 좀 구석이라 밤에 조용해서 좋을지도!? 근데 뚜벅이로 돌아다닐때는 입구에서 숙소까지 거리가 좀 있어서 귀찮기도 합니다..ㅎㅎ 오래된 느낌이 물씬 나지만 그래도 깔끔하게 관리 되어있어 좋아요. 수영장이 멋졌는데 생각보다 추워서 수영은 못했어요..ㅋㅋㅋ 조식 괜찮고 직원들도 친절하고 괜찮습니다. 친구나 연인이랑 가는거보다는 어린 자녀들과 함께 가는게 더 좋은거 같습니다. 약간 펜션느낌이에용

It’s hard not to give this place a rating for 5 out of 5. The 3-bedroom suite we stayed in was marvelous. Clean and modern. Functional. Had ever we needed. The staff was helpful and quick to respond. The only negative was the room service food. My kids would barely touch the pasta, for example. It was bland. Let me end on another positive. The staff organized an Easter egg hunt and fun games with prizes for the kids. It was a fun, unexpected treat. I’d most definitely stay here again.

오래된 숙소인건 알았지만 들어서자 마자 에어콘에서 나오는 불쾌한 냄새가 견딜수가 없어서 방을 바꿨습니다. 화장실 세면대도 물이 안내려 가서 도저히 방을 쓸수가 없었습니다. 처음 배정 받은 방은 서호가 그래도 조금은 보이는 전망 이었는데 바꾼 방은 완전 뷰가 엉망이더군요...직원들은 친절한데 시설이 너무너무너무 낡았습니다...아..수영장에 있던 직원은 엄청 불친절 했습니다. 조식은 그냥 허기 때울정도의 조식인데...위생이 별로 안좋네요.. 위치도 그렇고..추천하기는 힘든 숙소 입니다.
