Got woken up to a drop saw being used before 8am both mornings I have stated at the best western in Hervey Bay for 200 a night is a joke no apology no refunds no nothing so someone better be sorting this matter out

Generally the unit was clean however it was clear that the clothes hang closet had not been vacuumed in years. General the bath room wall and floor finishes were poorly maintained as grouting was cracked in many places, particularly in the internal corners. The fly screen in the bathroom was covered in lint/dust so air flow was minimal. Generally drapes and other elements were very tired indicating penny pinching on a major level. For the room rate paid I would expect way better.

on arriving at our room the tile floor under the window was very wet. Possibly due to the mopping of the floor and not been dried out properly. It was not caused by rain as shutters were on the windows, and too much water to be due to humidity as suggested. We had to use towels to mop it up as it was very dangerous and slippery for both pf us in our mid eighties

motel was amazing, but was alittle disappointed the room wasnt up to standard. the bed wasnt made properly, there was hair on the drain in the shower, only a half a roll of toilet paper no spares, dust on the benches, i am a cleaner myself. thats why i had stripped the bed.... thank you very much for a night away....

Clean and tidy. It was a family room and okay for a couple, though perhaps a bit small for 4 people if staying for and extended time. Staff were very friendly. The only downside for me was that it was a shower over a bath, especially for seniors not ideal, as it is easier to have a fall in these types of showers.

The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. Very clean and in good condition. We walked across the road to the beach for a swim and one block to a supermarket. It would be great for a young family. The only negative was the shower in the bath. A half metre step up into the bath and an extremely narrow shower. No good if you were elderly or a solid person.

We loved this motel. It was handy to the beach, although there were no sea views. The reception crew were wonderful and friendly. The room was roomy, the king bed was very comfortable. I had a bath in the bath tub. A spa would be awesome but the bath was lovely. It was minutes drive to restaurants, cafes, shops and walking distance to a big Woolworths shopping centre. The Wifi was fast and strong. Couldn't fault this hotel and wished our stay was a little longer.
