Great location, with friendly staff (Rebekah in particular) who went above and beyond to make our stay and separate tour as wonderful as possible. Pool and laundry facilities are pretty good. Would recommend.

Lovely large room on 2nd floor with spa bath & full kitchen. Pool lovely and clean & surrounded by shaded palm trees. BBQ $2 the area was nice and clean. Close to beach.

The staff were nice and friendly, the building certainly needed some work with parts of the pathway upstairs missing. Tins outside various rooms for people to smoke looked bad and those using them could be smelt in adjacent rooms with poor sealing around the door and mesh above the door that couldn’t be closed off. Parking is first come first served with not enough.

We loved it at the Beach Motel! The staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were clean and well provisioned. The pool area was gorgeous and included 2 BBQ areas. There was plenty of parking, the location was great, and the gorgeous Hervey Bay beach was directly across the road! A fantastic well-priced stay!

Photos can be deceiving. Ants and cockroaches in my units made the stay terrible for my family. Limited AC in two bedroom apartments, fan only. Wouldn’t recommend it and wasn’t worth the high dollars that we paid.

We have stayed twice and twice we have been put into the room at the end with the road and the bright light outside, not normally a problem but don't think you can be in the room with the blind up so the whole world can see you get dressed, blind down makes it dingy and dark, a sheer curtain would not go astray like all the units on the ground floor, and some cutlery so when we do bring food back we can actually eat it. Will not stay there a 3rd time. PS the place was empty could have been put in a better unit.

The motel is right across the street from a great swimming beach. They stored our bags for us while we went to Lady Elliot and Fraser. The staff was completely accommodating and nice.

Great service as we left a piece of jewelry in our room. I called the reception when we got to the airport and straight away they found it and put it in the post to send back to us. We highly recommend this Motel. Thank you to all the staff!

Exceptionally helpful staff! Going on a 4-day trip to Lady Elliot Island and the staff helped us storing our bicycles and excess luggage meanwhile. In addition very nice attitude. The facility was well kept and very comfortable. Coming back to Hervey Bay again, this is the place to stay!

I stayed in the Budget room it was everything you needed, fridge kettle. Comfort bed double bed and there was a single bed in the room as well. I liked how the bathroom was separate to the rest of the room. Within a couple of steps outside the front of the motel you are on foreshore with a little entrance to the beach.

Having a downstairs room was a bonus for us elderly travellers. There were plenty of options for breakfast and dinner nearby. The gardens around the motel were beautiful and well-maintained.
