Great spot for family stay Wonder if activities could start earlier as in Qld summer time particularly Pillow and pool? Difficulty parking at Cabin 507 as other vehicles made access difficult. Noise from bamboos during storm

Super friendly and helpful staff, especially the lovely lady on reception. Cabin was clean and well maintained. The children enjoyed hiring the pedal carts, playing in the pool (although it was supposed to be heated it was still rather chilly!) and feeding the ducks / turtles. It was a short walk to the Main Street in Hervey Bay which was a quiet seaside town. Would recommend staying here 😊

Amazing location perfect with kids. Nice places to play with and for kids. Possibly to feed the turtles. Heated pool. Events like a Wednesday eggs and bacon party. The most amazing beds.

Excellent park. 2 pools one with hot tub. Stayed in a 2 bedroom cabin. Very clean. Functional kitchen. Comfirtable beds. Beautful lagoon on property. Close to esplanade. Highly recommend.

Cabin was clean and had a/c in lounge & main bedroom , fan in kids room which had bunks & 1 single bed but was very tight for space. Good deck with table & chairs plus park has a playground, 2 pools, jumping pillow & karts to rent so kids are well entertained. Located close enough to shops & beach.

This park had only opened two days before I checked in, having been closed for post tropical cyclone Alfred clean up and repairs. I expected there to be ongoing noise and disarray, but the cabin and surrounding park including the pool was clean, tidy and open for business even though there was some restorative maintenance in progress. The location was great, within walking distance to the esplanade with cafes shops and the beach, and the park felt safe, with a good sense of privacy in the cabins. The cabin was clean, crisp and well appointed for self catering (though a broom with a full length handle would have been easier to manage in keeping the inevitable sand at bay). Staff were helpful and friendly throughout, and the environment was quiet and relaxing to which the pond and wildlife contributed. All these things, along with the facility offering good value mean I would have no hesitation in staying here again.

After many years of staying in Hervey Bay travelling for business and staying in overpriced hotels, I have found my new happy place. I found it quiet, safe and convenient able to drive my car straight to the door. (and no extra charges for car parking of course). I stayed in one of the older cabins, but wouldn't have known as it was still modern, clean, spacious and with everything required for a night or a week. I will be back!

We loved our stay, perfect spot, close to beach and cafes. The cabin was a good size, nice and clean and well laid out. It had everything we needed, air conditioning, fan, tv and comfortable bed, it even had a stove and all at a reasonable price. Will stay again.

Would of enjoyed a dishwasher, then it would of been perfect. Beds are comfortable, big showers, plenty of hot water, had pretty much all you needed in the 2 bedroom cabin.

Unfortunately what room we thought we had booked on Expedia and what we actually got was very different to the photos. We booked a Superior and got a Deluxe. As we checked in after hours we checked with them in the morning and they said it was an expedia problem and infact the room we were in was Superior. Photos did not match what we booked. Our room had issues with the blinds would not shut, these were being replaced once we checked out. Clean park and conveniently located not far from beach, food, playground etc.

The cabin we stayed in was very clean and well equipped. The staff welcoming and accommodating. Easy 5 min walk to the beach, esplanade, food store and restaurant and pubs! Bus stop right across the street! Highly recommend!

Good if you have kids. We stayed in a safari tent which are very central and close to all the activities so the noise was an issue and lack of sleep. I would try a cabin next time. Some of the staff were often swearing when chatting amongst themselves which was inappropriate given the amount of children around.

On arrival the staff were welcoming and so friendly Cabin was updated clean and comfortable. Especially the bed. Had everything we needed. Was quiet at night and the local wild birds were beautiful. Will definitely stay again and highly recommended.

One of our cabins suffered a power fail which left it without hot water and power point power on the 1st night. It was fixed next day. Otherwise, good stay. Staff were great. When we needed to extend stay by an extra night, they helped us. Big Thank You!

Great caravan park great location. Cabins very spacious and clean. Check the address as the GPS sent us to an intersection in the middle of town, no caravan park in sight, when putting in only the name of the caravan park. Need to put the actual street address in.
