Hotel overlooks the park. Guests have access to gym n pleasant walks or runs around the park. Public transport is affordable to anywhere on the island as to the offshore places.

Staff very polite and helpful. Great location for parks and Peak Tram

Dirty cupboard

We were staying only one night which is unfortunate because they upgraded us to a 1 bedroom suite on the 18th floor for no charge (elevators are a bit slow). The room was well appointed though a bit dated in terms of bathroom facilities - everything was in working order just a bit past its prime. Very spacious room and nice view of the botanical zoo. We checked in late and unfortunately missed the cut off time (10:30?) for on-site breakfast and had to go nextdoor for a pricier meal
