Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel & Towers

I was extremely pleased with our stay at the Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel & Towers. For starters, the location was ideal--close to many major sites, conveniences, and transportation options. We had a waterfront room on a high floor and the view was magnificent. Every time we entered our room during our two-week stay, we were drawn to the window to gaze at the view. The room--and really the whole hotel--was smartly decorated and in excellent condition. We appreciated having a sofa, table, and refrigerator in the room--especially for such a long stay. The staff was uniformly pleasant and accommodating. The hotel gym was better than most hotel gyms and served all our workout needs. On the negative side, we found the main entrance--with its stairs and lack of ramp--inconvenient when we arrived with all our luggage. (Guests arriving by car have easier access through the drive-in side entrance, but we were arriving via public transportation.) And no one seemed to be on hand to help us up with our bags. Also, our one meal at the hotel's Cafe was very disappointing--our worst meal in Hong Kong. Although there were several other restaurants in the hotel, they were for the most part very expensive. A better variety of restaurants would have been appreciated. Fortunately, there were many fine dining options available right nearby in the neighborhood. However, these disappointments were minor given my overall wonderful experience at this hotel.

Am Pool das Personal war nicht sehr freundlich und es gab keine Auflagen für die Liegen! War unbequem! Sonst ok! Schöne Aussicht zum Hafen! Zimmer sind sehr klein!

Sky lounge is best. Worth the money to book a harbor view room. The bathroom is a bit cramped.

The location of the hotel is excellent, very walkable around Kowloon and the Harbour area. The room was nice but a little small, specially the bathroom. Breakfast was fine. The location and access to the swimming pool is not inviting and needs some updates. Overall is a good hotel.

Room was fine. Club floor lounge over crowded with way to many furniture crammed in. Breakfast restaurant felt like a train station in the rush hour. No separate breakfast for club floor guests. I shall NOT be staying at this hotel again.

Excellent location. Book a room with a harbor view - it is worth it. Bar on 17th floor was fantastic for drinks, light food and to watch the evening laser show. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Rooftop pool and spa were a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing.

Hotel was strategically located opposite Victoria Harbour. We got a harbour view room, which has splendid view. Room was clean and comfortable. Truly an enjoyable stay.

We had a great stay, the view from the room was good, the room was spacious and clean.

Unfortunately my boss who stayed your hotel for two days got a kind of bed bugs attack on his legs, even he paid more to stay at a junior suite type room. I hope it would be get better soon.

Overall, it was a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making check-in a breeze. We enjoyed the pool area and the breakfast was fine. However, I did have a minor issue with the cleanliness of our room. Upon arrival, I noticed a stray nail and some fake eyelashes on the floor, which was disappointing. While it didn't ruin our stay, it did detract from the otherwise excellent ambiance.

The breakfast selection was limited, and the room was quite small and not very clean. However, the location was a plus — accessible and within walking distance to nearby shopping, the Arena of Stars, and other attractions. The harbour view from our room was definitely a nice added touch.

Missing people to greet at the entrances in evening and night. Lots of dust under the bed. And railings for the curtains is very bad state. Except for that it’s pretty good!

15時にチェックインできず、16:30まで待たされた。シャンプーが常に空で清掃時にチェックされず補充されなかった。バスマットが初日にはあったが二日目以降はなく、三日目はバスタオルも数が少ない。ちゃんとチェックしているのか疑問。また、洗面台の水の流れが悪い、シャワーの立て付けが悪い。

하프오션뷰 방인데 그래도 야경이 보여서 좋았습니다. 방이 정말 넓어요

room was great, comfortable bed. Clean and spacious. One negative point- the view- was the inner part of the building.

Hotel is in good location, but a bid outdated. The room was noisy, and tiny. We understand its Honk Kong, we did not expect anything big, the room size was ok, but bathroom was very small (my husband is 6ft 3 and fitting in the shower was difficult, ceilings were low) and now counter space. Service was ok, but could be better. For breakfast they should as room number before entering the restaurant, not at the table as it was a lot of people confused (forgot room #, we were not sure if they going to be charging us again and waiter did not know it was already prepaid).

The hotel room was very small so it felt a bit crowded and hard to move around in. The bathroom door did not close. I hated the partial shower door. The bedroom door didn’t seem too soundproof; therefore, the hallway was really noisy. The staff was extremely nice and very helpful though. Convenient location and good price.

Best view in Hong Kong for a great price

The Sheraton was a perfect place for us to stay because it was located central to everything we wanted to see and do while in Hong Kong.

Very slow check in.

Great location. The staff are courteous and helpful. A very enjoyable stay.

Breakfast very crowded. Staffs didn’t help with the luggages during check in.

Slow check in. Should direct those checking in guests, who have too many questions to ask the customer service staff (who was directing guests to the right line). This staff must speak Chinese as most of those guests asking numerous questions are from Mainland.

Great room, location, and staff!

There was only one counter open for check-in, which was occupied by a particular party for over 30 mins. We had to ask to speed up the process, and even then, wait more than 40 mins for check-in, which is by far the longest I’ve ever had to wait for check-in at any hotel. Although the rooms have very nice harbor views and are squeaky clean, and the location is convenient, we would not stay here again just because the service was unpleasant at best, and frankly unacceptable.

The staff in the front desk is great

Staffs are well trained services. They have gone extra miles, when I requested my needs. I really love going back this hotel to stayed!!👍👍👍👍👍👍

It was great customer service, what I like and it was surprising, my flight was after my check out and they couldn’t give me extra hours to stay but they offered me to wait in the club with I wasn’t expecting to be that great. Also I arrived early and they let me check in early and upgraded my room free of charge. If I come back for sure this is my number one choice.

Amazing waterfront view from the room! The hotel is conveniently located near the subway, restaurants, and shops, and it’s within walking distance of the Avenue of Stars.

サービス、朝食、部屋の清潔さなど文句なしの最高のホテルでした。 ただし、午後に空港からA21のバスで向かったところ、最後の最後が大渋滞だったので、MTRでアクセスすることをお勧めします。

チムサーチョイの駅、スターフェリー乗り場からも近く行動しやすい場所でした。朝食の種類も多く、どれも美味しかったです。バスタブ、トイレも綺麗でとても過ごしやすかったです。
