Unfortunately the carpets in my room were soaking wet, you couldn’t walk on the carpet without it soaking through your socks and the smell was absolutely dreadful. I asked to be moved to a different room the next night, which was done with minimal fuss from the staff. Breakfast, while plentiful, the hash browns were stone cold, the croissant were hard as and I couldn’t cut it with a knife. I ordered an omlettle which was cold and raw runny egg on the inside. The tea stand I don’t think was switched on as my cup of tea was cold. We moved to a different hotel. The pool was lovely.

Was very impressed with the overall experience. Room was spacious, amazing shower and amenities. Loved they had an air purifier everywhere including the room. The breakfast buffet was amazing, and everything was always fresh. We loved the discounted price and ate here everyday throughout our stay. Our only feedback would be the elevators, it could get crowded at times and the system was a bit odd. I wish there was another way to exit the floors but it’s my understanding the stairs were on repairs so understandable. Overall super satisfied and will definitely come back.

I was in Hong Kong for business. Normally I stay in the Jordan area but this time my regular Hotel Eaton HK was full so I stayed here. My first experience was just okay. I took a taxi from the Kowloon station and on the way it started raining. The hotel has a drive-thru covered drop off area but seeing the taxi the ground stuff asked it to do the curbside drop off while I saw him allow a fancier car to go through the drive-thru and drop off the passenger. My cab driver insisted on going through but the ground staff stopped him. I did not understand the language. While I was taking the luggage off in the rain nobody came to help me. In the meantime another car pulled in to drop off passengers which was not a taxi and was allowed to go through the covered drop off. Once I offloaded my stuff and started to head towards the reception one ground staff came and asked to take my luggage. By then it was too late. The second incident happened when I was checking in at the front desk. It took forever. There were two people checking in and only four in line with me but I must have waited at least 30 minutes to get my turn. The rooms were a little dated but clean and quiet. So that I would give a plus. They had a swimming pool on the top floor which was a nice. Overall my experience was just okay I would give it a three star.
