Nice hotel 2 blocks away from center of town, but far enough to be in peaceful & quiet neighborhood. Clean room. Helpful staff. Quiet neighborhood with unassuming restaurants nearby which are actually delicious (check out the portuguese restaurant!). Pool is a plus. It is close to Interlaken West station & a 20 minute walk from Interlaken East station. Recommend this hotel.

I cannot recommend Stella Hotel enough…they really treat you like family and they clearly put their clients first. My husband had an accident and had to get surgery at the nearby hotel, and they were so accommodating with our needs. The hotel was also very convenient for us, since it was within walking distance of amazing food, the paragliding park, grocery stores and bus stops. There were also plenty of free parking. The breakfasts were delicious and the attendants were always so kind. There is a pool in the hotel, which was awesome, and a huge balcony. The only minor downsides: interior is a bit older and there is no AC. BEST HOTEL IN INTERLAKEN!!

I didn't ask much of the staff other than for dining options. All staff spoke enough English to get me by. Friendly and accommodating. Room was small, but clean and had a balcony. Good hot water with good pressure. Good location close to shopping and eating, but far enough away to be very quiet and safe.

Check-in and check-out were very smooth and easy. The room was larger than I expected, with a beautiful balcony and an amazing view. It was very clean and extremely comfortable. All the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location, very close to West Bahnhof. I would definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Interlaken.

Incredibly helpful and informative staff. Room gets cleaned every day and they leave a little sweet treat as well. Close to everything, has great views and won’t blow your budget. Highly recommend!

The room was spacious and very cosy with carpet floors and a very wide balcony. We were there during winter and the central heating was so warm. Staff was friendly and their breakfast was very much needed, as it would have been inconvenient to look for breakfast on those cold mornings. Btw, even though the forecast could be sunny up in Grindelwald, it’s always foggy all day in Interlaken during winter. So choosing a hotel close to the train stations or bus stops is a must.

We had a wonderful time in Interlaken The hotel was clean and comfortable. We had 2 large rooms. Both were decorated differently. One room felt like we were in the 1960s with its simple décor and colors. I really don't care about that kind of stuff anyway, just clean and comfortable which we're both met. The breakfast buffet was delicious with the variety of items, and the staff and hosts were fantastic. Everyone was helpful, kind, and polite. I would definitely stay here again. I liked the location. It was on the corner of a main road, but that didn't bother us in the slightest. We could hear cars but it was not like city drivers. No honking or congestion. It was almost soothing. We had a car but were able to walk to all the shops and restaurants nearby. We used the car for traveling to activities. Thank you for giving us a wonderful place to stay in your beautiful country.

Check-in and check-out were very smooth and easy. The room was larger than I expected, with a beautiful balcony and an amazing view. It was very clean and extremely comfortable. All the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location, very close to West Bahnhof. I would definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Interlaken.

Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice to have a sofa so you don’t have to sit on the bed. Great bathroom with first rate shower. Location is excellent, easily walkable to downtown and city park. Many restaurants within walking distance.

It was great place specially location from all restaurants and shops. Staff at reception was very nice and helpful. No problem at all except rooms were hot and they can’t turn on cooling until summer season start. We have to sleep with open window.

Staff were very friendly and helped us with some accommodations. We were centrally located so using the train was a breeze. Our final morning we left early and the staff packed us a breakfast to go the night before. Would stay again if we ever come back.

Good hotel just a little off the main strip, so quieter but still super easy to walk everywhere. Staff were great, especially in reception and the breakfast area. Great breakfast with good variety. Rooms were fine, with a balcony and view which was nice. Would stay here again if in Interlaken.

Nice hotel 2 blocks away from center of town, but far enough to be in peaceful & quiet neighborhood. Clean room. Helpful staff. Quiet neighborhood with unassuming restaurants nearby which are actually delicious (check out the portuguese restaurant!). Pool is a plus. It is close to Interlaken West station & a 20 minute walk from Interlaken East station. Recommend this hotel.

I didn't ask much of the staff other than for dining options. All staff spoke enough English to get me by. Friendly and accommodating. Room was small, but clean and had a balcony. Good hot water with good pressure. Good location close to shopping and eating, but far enough away to be very quiet and safe.

Check-in and check-out were very smooth and easy. The room was larger than I expected, with a beautiful balcony and an amazing view. It was very clean and extremely comfortable. All the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location, very close to West Bahnhof. I would definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Interlaken.

Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice to have a sofa so you don’t have to sit on the bed. Great bathroom with first rate shower. Location is excellent, easily walkable to downtown and city park. Many restaurants within walking distance.

Staff were very friendly and helped us with some accommodations. We were centrally located so using the train was a breeze. Our final morning we left early and the staff packed us a breakfast to go the night before. Would stay again if we ever come back.

The room was spacious and very cosy with carpet floors and a very wide balcony. We were there during winter and the central heating was so warm. Staff was friendly and their breakfast was very much needed, as it would have been inconvenient to look for breakfast on those cold mornings. Btw, even though the forecast could be sunny up in Grindelwald, it’s always foggy all day in Interlaken during winter. So choosing a hotel close to the train stations or bus stops is a must.

We had a wonderful time in Interlaken The hotel was clean and comfortable. We had 2 large rooms. Both were decorated differently. One room felt like we were in the 1960s with its simple décor and colors. I really don't care about that kind of stuff anyway, just clean and comfortable which we're both met. The breakfast buffet was delicious with the variety of items, and the staff and hosts were fantastic. Everyone was helpful, kind, and polite. I would definitely stay here again. I liked the location. It was on the corner of a main road, but that didn't bother us in the slightest. We could hear cars but it was not like city drivers. No honking or congestion. It was almost soothing. We had a car but were able to walk to all the shops and restaurants nearby. We used the car for traveling to activities. Thank you for giving us a wonderful place to stay in your beautiful country.

I cannot recommend Stella Hotel enough…they really treat you like family and they clearly put their clients first. My husband had an accident and had to get surgery at the nearby hotel, and they were so accommodating with our needs. The hotel was also very convenient for us, since it was within walking distance of amazing food, the paragliding park, grocery stores and bus stops. There were also plenty of free parking. The breakfasts were delicious and the attendants were always so kind. There is a pool in the hotel, which was awesome, and a huge balcony. The only minor downsides: interior is a bit older and there is no AC. BEST HOTEL IN INTERLAKEN!!

It had great views of the surrounding mountains and it was an easy walk to the train station which made travel super easy. The staff was also incredibly friendly. And I loved the eggs with silly drawings on them at breakfast!

One of the great hotel we stayed at in the past 18 days in Europe. Staff are friendly. It's near to the train and bus station. It's walkable area. I just wish that their electric drying rack works. They also have stunning view from our balcony.

Excellent hotel. Some nice touches, super friendly staff and very clean. The swimming pool was really great to use. Beautiful garden to the front and an excellent choice for breakfast. Definitely would recommend.
