Was a bit of a disappointing stay. Not worth the high price for what you get. Not a great looking room. No air conditioning other than an in room noisy portable a/c that you need to stick out the window of an already tiny room. No baby crib available. Be aware parking is not necessarily available. You need to be very lucky to grab a spot behind the hotel in a public lot. Overall was not our best stay in Switzerland.

Uma experiência bem confortável. Café da manhã maravilhoso e com opções deliciosas. O quarto era grande e com um estrutura confortável. O hotel faz o serviço de guardar as malas antes do check in sem custo adicional e fornece o cartão de transporte para turistas. Não utilizamos pois estávamos com o swiss travel pass, mas mesmo assim é um recuso maravilhoso. A localização é excelente, dá tranquilo para ir a pé para a estação de trem e fica bem no coração de Interlaken, muito central e próximo de toda os comércios. Amamos a estadia.

The location was great - 2 minutes to the bus and in between both train stations. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff doesn't arrive until 3pm so when we arrived early we were not able to store our luggage - however, the attached Chinese restaurant kindly let us keep our luggage in the corner at our own risk.

good and quiet location. has good amenities, common fridge, mucrowave , snacks and fruits. breakfast could is good. negative- upon our arrival, receptionist did not even acknowledge our presence and was busy talking on the phone for 15 mins. not hntil i called their emergency tel number which was next to the receptionist and thats when she got my attention. when asked, she claims thst she was talking to the manager. that evening upon checking in officially , i told the manager working that eveningwhat transpired during our arrival and she told us that she will talk to receptionist. i hope such will not happen again.

While the room and building was full of character and history, it was also well-equipped with plenty of space and storage for travellers. The common room for guests had snacks, tea, and coffee, as well as a large fridge. The location is great, a few minutes walk to Interlaken West station and very close to a convenience store. There's a bakery just next to the building and the Interlaken Flagship shop is just down the road.

This is not a cheap hotel by all means, that’s why I don’t understand why the owners won’t invest in it? No A/C just one sad fan, The showers are full of disgusting mold, the mattress is extremely old, is should not be called a hotel in the first a place, the room had literally one beat up chair and you have to sit, sleep and eat (if you must) on the bed, we asked for an iron which they don’t have! Spent couple more dollar and get elsewhere with better cleanliness and a management that cares of the customers!

The location was great - 2 minutes to the bus and in between both train stations. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff doesn't arrive until 3pm so when we arrived early we were not able to store our luggage - however, the attached Chinese restaurant kindly let us keep our luggage in the corner at our own risk.

Freundlicher Empfang, netter Empfangsraum aber Zimmer ist diesen Preis nicht wert. WC-Raum extrem klein und eng, roch stark nach Feuchtigkeit und bei Dusche war der Brauseschlauch defekt, Wasser spritzte aus mehreren Löchern heraus. Bett war aber gut. WC war nicht gereinigt.

The beds had a ton of hair in them, the shower had mildew, the bedroom did not look like the photos, the drains were not draining. Some staff members were helpful and polite, the others were not as helpful and were yelling at other staff members in front of guests. Rooms were outdated as a whole but located in a good location. Did not stay the night as it was too gross, we had to leave because we could not stay in a bed with many hairs that did not belong to us in it. Staff did want to try to fix it but we were too grossed out at that point.

It wasn’t the best hotel room that I have stayed at the staff were really friendly and helpful, the breakfast was a good spread with different things to eat. The room however, was not what I was expecting, the bathroom was small and had a weird smell the bed was comfortable but the blanket and pillows were a weird texture. Overall it was ok and the staff were excellent

Great location near promenade, river, and main Interlaken streets. Staff was friendly, informative, and let us store our luggage when we arrived early before check in and when we left later after check out. Breakfast was so so for the price, I preferred the coffee shop a minute away. We had the balcony room at the front and had a great view of the mountains in both directions (if the weather is clear). Only downside was a portable AC unit, opening windows was more effective but made it loud, and the room was small all around.

We booked last minute for 3 adults to stay in the property but the very high cost was not matched in quality/value. While the room did have AC, it was very tiny for 3 adults, was outdated, the water pressure in the shower meant we couldn’t wash our hair and the beds were very very soft/worn and uncomfortable. It felt more like a backpackers hotel and would have expected the pricing to match that. The staff were kind but overall would not stay again.

Hotel Harder Minerva is located close to the Main Street in Interlaken West. It’s within minutes walk from the Bahnhofplatz, parks and more. From our room we could see para gliders drifting down from the mountains. It was great to be in a town centre but still feel at rest because we were surrounded by greenery. Breakfast was sufficient each morning and if one chooses not to go out in town for dinner, there is a Chinese restaurant on the ground floor.

The architecture of the building is beautiful considering it was built in 1890s, but the interior needs to be updated to reflect a more contemporary functionality as the current one is very rudimentary. I wouldn’t recommend it to my friends and family.

AVOID AT ALL COST. I can go on and on about how HORRENDOUS this place is in just one night of stay. 1. It said Queen bed but it’s more like a twin. The room is small, bathroom is tiny, the drain is not working, and there’s no AC other than a drain fan. Even the vent tube was detached. The room is not very clean - there are hairs on the floor when we got in. Overall the room is like a prison. 2. Location is fine. 3. We were late for 30min on check out, which we believe it’s not right - we should check out on time. The reception lady knocked on our door at 11:05 and said we should “get out”. She told us if we don’t get out the room at 11:30 they are charging us late fees. We got to the front desk at 11:29 and they said “the clock hit 11:30” and they “need to charge 100 CHF late fee.” No one informed us about this late fee when we book the reservation or check in, they ONLY tell us “the check out time is 11:00”, the late fee is not on any terms and conditions, and they cannot find the evidence or clear terms and conditions when I asked for it. We just want to know where this late fee is coming from, and as a customer, it’s not a lot to ask if this is not agreed upon before agreement in ANY shape or form. Their head of housekeeping keeps cussing us and keep telling us we should pay no matter what. Again, to everyone around the world who trying to come to Interlaken, please AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COST. All these one stars are for a reason.

At breakfast close your eyes and imagine you are in a 1800 ballroom. The room is beautiful and the staff I met most friendly and helpful. The hallway and stairs of the hotel could be renovated. It seems the rooms were updated recently.

good and quiet location. has good amenities, common fridge, mucrowave , snacks and fruits. breakfast could is good. negative- upon our arrival, receptionist did not even acknowledge our presence and was busy talking on the phone for 15 mins. not hntil i called their emergency tel number which was next to the receptionist and thats when she got my attention. when asked, she claims thst she was talking to the manager. that evening upon checking in officially , i told the manager working that eveningwhat transpired during our arrival and she told us that she will talk to receptionist. i hope such will not happen again.

Great location near promenade, river, and main Interlaken streets. Staff was friendly, informative, and let us store our luggage when we arrived early before check in and when we left later after check out. Breakfast was so so for the price, I preferred the coffee shop a minute away. We had the balcony room at the front and had a great view of the mountains in both directions (if the weather is clear). Only downside was a portable AC unit, opening windows was more effective but made it loud, and the room was small all around.

The location was great - 2 minutes to the bus and in between both train stations. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff doesn't arrive until 3pm so when we arrived early we were not able to store our luggage - however, the attached Chinese restaurant kindly let us keep our luggage in the corner at our own risk.

From our room we could see para gliders drifting down from the mountains. It was great to be in a town centre but still feel at rest because we were surrounded by greenery. While the room and building was full of character and history, it was also well-equipped with plenty of space and storage for travellers. The common room for guests had snacks, tea, and coffee, as well as a large fridge. The location is great, a few minutes walk to Interlaken West station and very close to a convenience store. There's a bakery just next to the building and the Interlaken Flagship shop is just down the road.

An der Reception wird nur Spanisch und Englisch gesprochen. Unser Doppelzimmer war mit 3 Betten belegt und damit ausgefüllt. In der ultrakleinen Nasszelle gab es keinen Föhn, die Fugen in der Douche waren schimmlig. Ein Fensterflügel war "blind" oder stark verschmutzt. Beim Mirgenessen ging das Brot aus, nach minutenlangem Warten gabs Toastbrot. Der Fruchtsalat war aus der Büchse. Das Geschirr auf den Tischen beim Frühstück räumte niemand weg! Die Gäste mussten das Geschirr und die Essensreste auf einen anderen Tisch stellen, damit sie für sich selber auftischen konnten. Für Hotels.com könnte sich die Qualität ihrer Angebote steigern, wenn solche 2/10 Sterne Hotel vom Angebit gestrichen würden! WIR KÖNNEN DAS HOTEL NICHT WEITEREMPFEHLEN!!!

It wasn’t the best hotel room that I have stayed at the staff were really friendly and helpful, the breakfast was a good spread with different things to eat. The room however, was not what I was expecting, the bathroom was small and had a weird smell the bed was comfortable but the blanket and pillows were a weird texture. Overall it was ok and the staff were excellent
