Check in was easy but there was nothing but a face towel in the room. When I asked for towels, I was told they’d be coming. I waited 20 minutes but still no towels. I went to the front desk and was told again they’d be coming. Another 20 minutes and still no towels. Finally went to the manager and said they had a problem with their vendor. About 90 minutes after check in, I finally got towels. Breakfast is good but the egg station is too slow. One day took over 10 minutes to get two eggs. Laundry center is in poor condition with only 5 or 6 machines operable. Glad I wasn’t in a hurry. For the price paid, it was okay.

The good - Plenty of lifts, so despite the place being busy, you can go up and down relatively fast - Pool area is quite nice - Good location close to malls, restaurants, KLCC Park and PETRONAS Towers - Price is pretty reasonable so it is a comfortable mid budget stay - Despite being daily chaos and overloaded everyday, the breakfast food is pretty good - Generally there are friendly staff about the hotel. The bad; - Limited to no hot water in the mornings - Limited to no internet in the evenings - Breakfast is chaos and overcrowded from 7am until 10am everyday - Gym opens late at 7am - Only 1 treadmill in gym - Tennis Courts are unusable - Only 1 washing machine working in the laundry - Old and outdated decor and facilities Generally it’s best to beware this hotel. They are very good at marketing themselves, but the reality falls well short of expectations. Photos are deceiving and misleading. Wifi is non existent anywhere in the hotel between 5pm-11pm. Petit déjeuner extraordinaire, grand choix, très bon. .. Personnel tres souriant et poli.je n'ai pas utilisé la piscine mais elle est grande et très belle. We chose this hotel as it is quite central with a station close by. We wanted to be able to get up have breakfast and go do all of the touristy things. We did use the pool while we waited for our room to be ready , which was nice after a journey of 22 hrs. We had 3 nights and saw most of the sights and had some amazing food at stupidly cheap prices. The breakfast choices cater for everyone.

Just a note: property is undergoing renovation and a makeover. I was given the older room, hence the lower scores. Pool water was quite dirty with bits of white stuff floating. However i commend the staff for their friendliness and helpfulness.

Over all a good stay and the location is great! Service from staff excellent and cleanliness also good. The room was spacious and clean so all you can ask for. For breakfast I recommend you go eat before 7 am because I’ve never seen a more crowded place later on. Total mayhem! The pool area I not recommend at all because overcrowded and did not look clean enough to enter. To sum things up I recommend the hotel for adults who use the hotel as a place to sleep with easy access to all that KL have to offer. If you want a place to relax and hang out, choose another hotel!

Great location, with the potential it can be improved with meticulous upkeep. The rooms has damp mouldy smell and feeling. The glass door in the bathroom has mildew and not cleaned throughly. The toiletries provided was also basic. At par with 2/3 star establishments. Similar at the lobby, a simple diffuser in all areas would have improved the ambiance of this 4 star establishment. Parking space could be improved with better lighting While the staffs has been helpful and great, I think attention to detail can be improved. Would love to return for its location however with choices in the area, a difficult choice.

Very comfortable stay. Two bedroom apartment both on suite and separate toilet. Large lounge area with dining table and a separate kitchen. Washing up essentials provided but no dishwasher. Room was very tired though but clean, needs updating. Fabulous views of Kuala Lumpa. Very good choice for breakfast and plenty of it.

The room amenities need to be upgraded. The bathtub is not a good choice for the elderly, as they are unable to climb up. The taps are leaking, and there is no glass for brushing teeth. No bedroom slippers. The kitchen is totally not equipped as there is no dustbin, no utensils, etc.

Looks beautiful from outside and main lobby but the rooms are getting tired along with the furnishings. Pool was nice .. hotel generally quiet. The internet in our room was non existent even when they tried to fix, still nothing. Our AC unit made a real noise and were unable to fix tho they did offer us to move.

We enjoyed staying at Perdana KL. The hotel is located very central and quiet area. Our room was great in size and had everything we needed for our stay! The staff was very friendly and service minded! And we loved the breakfast and we were eating borh lunch and dinner at the redtaurant! Highly recommended, we will come back again!

What attracted me to this hotel was the balcony but, unfortunately, it is inaccessible. Now you can request to have it unlocked, but that proved to be an immensely difficult experience. I spent the better part of the afternoon negotiating with management trying to get the door open. It took 5 separate phone calls over the course of 3 hours. Shame on you for displaying such unprofessional and uncooperative behaviour.

最寄り駅が２つあり便利でした MRTイエローラインKCLL駅は空港へのアクセスが大変便利でした。LRTプラナジャヤラインのampang park 駅はKLセントラル駅を通るので観光によく利用しました。ペトロナスツインタワーへは徒歩圏内です。スタッフが皆いい人です。特に朝食時のスタッフに親切な方がいて毎朝行き届いたサービスをしていただきました。クアラルンプールへ行く際はまた利用すると思います。

We enjoyed staying at Perdana KL. The hotel is located very central and quiet area. Our room was great in size and had everything we needed for our stay! The only team I would commend is the Bell Hop team. They were friendly and helpful. The rest of the stay was subpar. For the cost of the room, we would expect at least 4 star hotel room. We rented a 2 bedroom suite. The suite itself was very nice - 2 bedroom, kitchenette, living room and dining area, 2.5 baths. The hotel wanted to charge for extra towels for my kids. This was not outlined anywhere in the reservation or when we were checking in. The toilet in the second bathroom didn't work. The shower cap box was empty. The pumps on the body wash and shampoo bottles didn't work. The hair dryers in both rooms were broken. While breakfast was part of the package we booked, some of the food was stale (sesame oil) or bad (the milk was sour). I have complained to management while checking out but it's not like they can do anything monetarily since we've had to pay upon arrival. The manager mentioned "the next time we come...". THERE WILL NOT BE A NEXT TIME. Extremely disappointed. I'm still hoping to get some sort of refund but I highly doubt this place would be willing to even reach out to me.

Over all a good stay and the location is great! Service from staff excellent and cleanliness also good. The room was spacious and clean so all you can ask for. For breakfast I recommend you go eat before 7 am because I’ve never seen a more crowded place later on. Total mayhem! The pool area I not recommend at all because overcrowded and did not look clean enough to enter. To sum things up I recommend the hotel for adults who use the hotel as a place to sleep with easy access to all that KL have to offer. If you want a place to relax and hang out, choose another hotel!
