Rooms were very clean and well worth the money. Breakfast was good and had plenty to offer. Staff were friendly and helpful and available 24hrs at reception. Parking is 12.50 with a code from the hotel. The hotel is about a 15min walk from the main shops and bars restaurants. Would stay again!

Small car park for the size of the hotel, which would be an issue when the hotel is close to capacity. Front desk staff were polite and efficient in dealing with customers and eager to assist with queries. Paying for parking is done on a large screen next to reception and is easy to use and the discount code issued by the hotel takes the sting out of what the full price would be. Our room (504) was adequate for our needs and our expectations were not unrealistic for a cheap budget hotel. The breakfast was good, however the selection is not extensive.

My friend and I have disabilities so we had a disabled room. The bin in the bathroom hadn't been emptied and the supporting brackets holding the assistance rails to the walls were thick with dust. The toilet roll was almost empty and there were no refills. I told the receptionist and she told me to come back after our meal and she'd give me some to take up!!! We went out on Saturday afternoon and came back to find our beds had been made and the bedroom bin emptied, but the used mugs and glasses hadn't been replaced. There were coffee granules left by the kettle, which hadn't been cleaned up and the tray that we'd put the dirty teaspoons on hadn't been cleaned and the dirty teaspoons were still on it. I went to reception to complain (same receptionist, who actually was very nice and very helpful) and she actually came and cleaned that part up and broughg us more tea/coffee etc. We had a meal in the hotel on Friday night, which was lovely, but the drinks were very expensive (£10 for a large wine). However, the breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed that very much. As the hotel was much further away from the main areas of the city than we expected, if we do go to Leeds again, we won't be staying there.

Good car park and friendly staff, so can’t fault the staff at all - they were very helpful throughout the stay. Hotel let down by a number of things that weren’t all in their control. A lady coughing outside all night with her dog and again in the morning. Not sure staff could do anything about this though. Unclear as to whether she was a guest or not but not ideal. Mugs stained and cutlery not thoroughly cleaned at breakfast, suggests too much is crammed into cleaning and not checked before putting out. Room was next to the lift and was nosiy when in use, I’d have requested to move on another occasion.

The staff was amazing, friendly, helpful and worthy of a 5 star property. The room layout was ok for an express, but the AC was non functional, and bath taps and shower were queer, for instance one had to turn the cold tap full circle multiple times for water but the hot tap once. The biggest issue was the heat in the room made sleeping difficult and ineffective.

I stayed for two nights and had a very disappointing experience. I requested a double bed at check-in, and the receptionist promised to move me the next day — but completely forgot. The sink was clogged from the start (I even showed them a photo), and despite being told it would be fixed, nothing was done. Shower pressure was also terrible. For the price I paid, I expected far better. Poor service and lack of basic maintenance — I would not recommend.

Stay was ok, location was convenient. Hotel had some WiFi connectivity issues in the top floor for one day. There was also a small leak from the airco. The water kept falling into side of the basin and kept dripping onto the floor. Apart from that everything was fine. Food was alright and checkin and check out process was easy.

The hotel is located nicely near the city centre. Big let down was the constant traffic noise you could hear all night. You might as well slept on the main road it was that noisy.

Easy to park right outside hotel although only 2 spaces left at 6.30pm arrival. Easy check-in and out. Comfy bed. Good size room. Quiet. Shower water pressure was weak and we were only on 2nd floor (out of 6 or 7 floors). Breakfast was good with plenty of options although coffee from machine was weak. It was busy for a Saturday morning. We got caught in roadworks westbound on the A58 in the city centre only a mile from the hotel and it took an hour to do that last mile.

We had a overnight stay in leeds for a few drinks and relax, we arrived early and reception accomodated us and found us a room already cleaned to check into save us waiting around till 3pm . All staff were a credit friendly polite and accomodating at all times .

2nd time staying at this hotel in last few months. Isabella, rest of reception team and dining room staff were very helpful, friendly and always go the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay for their guests. Definitely recommend as closeby to the M1 and Leeds Centre. Thank you again

The accommodation was fab. It’s not the most central place but suited us as we were going to a gig at the Brudenell Social Club. Breakfast let’s them down as the coffee from the machine was horrid and the vegetarian sausages were insipid

The room was fine and comfortable apart from there was no remote for the tv and the tv side and tv were quite dusty. The breakfast however was the biggest letdown everything tasted either undercooked or overcookes the sauages were like plastic and the bacon was crunchier than crunchy nut. There was also no juice in the jugs and when filled up was enough for about 3 glasses and no one around to help.
