The staff were very pleasant and well mannered without being over familiar. The room and bedding were spotless. The full English was very good. The free parking spaces were plentiful.

Hotel tucked away in a small business park but well worth finding it. Could give a Premier Inn a run for its money. Cheaper too. Room very spacious, bed large and comfortable. Bathroom spotless and a lovely shower. Toiletries and good towels included. Big enough Bar & restaurant with just enough choices. Would happily stay again if in the area.

Very friendly staff, they answered a couple of queries regarding car parking almost instantly via expedia. The bed and pillows were probably the most comfortable I've ever slept on in a hotel. Nice big room. It was nice to have sockets and usb sockets by the bed unlike most hotels these days. It did have aircon but could do with being more powerful and the shower door needed to be bigger as the floor was soaking after the shower was used. I cant comment on food as we didnt eat there. I would definitely stay there again.

I was quite disappointed with the cleanliness and bathroom setup at this hotel. When I entered the bathroom, I noticed visible mold and mildew — black patches in several areas, which was very off-putting and made the space feel unhygienic. Additionally, the design of the bathtub was quite impractical. It only had a half glass screen, which caused water to splash everywhere while showering. The floor ended up soaked every time, making it uncomfortable and potentially dangerous. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously, as it really affected the overall experience.

The room smelt on arrival and there was a horrible wet patch inbetween the beds which was most likely urine. The children stepped in it. The bathroom was is desperate need of a refit with a broken sink and black mold in the shower. The sofa bed was the most uncomfortable thing ever, it was clearly faulty and did not lay flat. Could not sleep on it so had to squeeze inbetween the two kids. But my other half had no choice. There were 4 of us, but only 3 towels provided, which was a shock when I was the last one to shower and the other 3 towels has been used and then left on the very dirty floor.

Nice room and clean bedding. Not cleaned properly - cup marks on bedside table. Bathroom - hairs in shower and on floor, bathroom floor not cleaned properly for a while. Mould on grout and shower door, shower leaking. Water did not drain from shower - felt generally unclean.

A memorable experience for the wrong reasons. I was booked into an accessible room on the ground floor. The immediate impact entering the room was toxic chemicals beyond acceptable tolerance levels. I found an electric Fabreze air freshener on full emission. The need likely due to mould and Mal odour from the drains and bathroom. On closure inspection water stains on walls. Is this condensation and mould again? Cobwebs of great proportion in the room corner I was late arriving and no option available to move. A very uncomfortable night with bad air irritation and headache. Windows locked and air conditions ineffective in improving the situation. The shower drain could not drain sufficiently to stop the water running over the whole bathroom floor and into the bedroom carpet. Likely more mould to be found there. Last resort st and watch television. Switched on and no signal to be had

Room was very tired and quite grubby. Everything felt rundown and dirty. Roof gully 2 ft directly below our window was full of rubbish, bottles, cans, cigarette ends, old toothbrushes?! On day 2 the tea and coffee was not replenished, dirty cups and glasses were not cleared. Despite the sign saying towels left on the bathroom floor would be replaced with fresh ones, ours was just picked up and hung up on a peg, which is pretty gross (we only wanted one swapped of the 3 because it was dirty when we arrived). Our room was very noisy. We were in room 120, first floor right above the back entrance to the single storey kitchen/restaurant, so it was very noisy with bins and deliveries late at night and in the early hours. There were also a lot of people smoking outside the back door of the kitchen, which filled our room with smoke in the early hours of the morning before I realised and closed the window. With the window closed we were boiling, so tried the air-conditioning/fan, which made a hummed as one would expect but then crescendoed to a loud buzzing sound for a few seconds, every two minutes throughout the night! Absolutely horrible. Zero sleep. If you can sleep through noise, or have earplugs, it is a very basic but cheap option. If you are a light sleeper or a grossed out easily, I would not recommend. N.b. I did raise all this at the desk and the staff advised to complain through hotels.com as they couldn’t do anything on site as we had not booked directly.

Always stay here on our football trips to Liverpool. All spotlessly clean and staff always friendly a perfect hotel that fits our needs.

The staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was bigger than expected and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and was tasty. Would definitely recommend.

On main road good for taxi pick ups. Although little noisy trying to sleep due to the traffic's noise

I've stayed at this hotel several times, they are dog friendly and there is plenty of parking. The area is not great looking but it is quiet and the hotel is pretty decent with good staff. This time however, for some unknown reason they put my wife and I in a room with a connecting door and we could hear everything the guy next door was saying on his phone. Also, unfortunately, on the other side of the room is the tv in the lobby and we could hear that too. So not the best experience this time.

The shower was terrible in my room (111) at all times of the day. The windows was closed but didn't seal properly, a lot of road buzz from outside. Overall a reasonable hotel for a reasonable price.

Rooms nice and comfortable

Staff was friendly and accomodatung it was clean as well but lot of noise coming from other guests walking in their rooms or using stairs.

We stayed in Room 001. The room was fine but the bathroom wasn’t. We realised during our first shower that the walk in shower drains/levels were blocked. The floor flooded. Any clothes/shoes on the floor were instantly soaked through. The water even went into the bedroom. It was a disgrace. We couldn’t finish showering; clothes to wear that day were soaked. When we said it at reception they knew about it but yet hadn’t thought to tell us or put that room out of commission. It was unacceptable. The hotel should not let this room as it is. The apology was not good enough; too little too late. We couldn’t shower and the clothes for that day had to be put back into our bags soaked to then be carried for the day wet.

The room was good, could do with a bit of a freshen up. Paint peeling on the window ledge. Tap fitting loose. Breakfast was okay, pity we had to go requesting things that should have been replenished, butter, tea bags, cups. Also we had to clean our table.

Spacious room and a comfortable stay.

Arrived check in was straightforward. Found tv needed attention memeber of staff did thifs following day. Room was clean let down by minor things like flaking paint on window ledge pribably due to only haveing 1 lock on window. Staff where very friendly and welcoming for anything brought to thier attention. Car park can be busy but plenty of spaces.

Good for the price i paid. The bathroom is just a wet room with no way of getting rid of the excess shower water which meant there were puddles in the bathroom for my entire stay.

Stayed for one night with my wife and children. The staff were lovely but were working under pressure. There was only two staff members covering the reception, bar and also serving the food. We had dinner in the bar and the food was very good. Room was basic but clean and comfortable. We had book breakfast on arrival at a cost of almost £40 for the four of us and when we went down at 9am the next morning it was a disaster. There was a buffet breakfast area which was very small with a limited selection, there was no cups available for tea or coffee. No cutlery available. The bread shelves were empty and there was no food. We asked for more food to be brought out but waited almost twenty minutes but there was only small amounts brought out and as there was quite a few people waiting it was consumed immediately. Our children ended up with just cereal but had to share a spoon and my wife and I only got toast and one sausage each. In the whole time we were at breakfast there wasn't even eggs available. Once again there was a shortage of staff there only seemed to be one person who was trying his best but he was expected to serve breakfast and cover the reception desk for people checking out.

Although staff were friendly they were not very attentive took ages to find someone to check In then every time we went to bar it was a 5 minute wait even though the bar was quiet

Great staff but severely understaffed, room carpets with many stains. Food wait was ridiculous due to lack of staff, many customers chasing food and drinks which seemingly had been forgotten about. When the good arrive it was so overcooked, we sent it back and just got a refund.

Liam on reception and bar was lovely polite and professional was good to have a laugh with and went above and beyond for us. Rooms are basic but comfortable! Would def stay again! Didn’t have food so can’t comment on that! But will say £3.25 for a can of water at the bar is extortionate and needs to be reviewed!

Very friendly reception staff. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Had a problem with our TV but someone was up to our room to fix the problem in less than 5 minutes. Easy check-in and check-out. Didn’t dine on this occasion, but prices seemed very reasonable.

I would like to express my appreciation for the exceptional service provided during my stay at the hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed my holiday, as the hotel was well-maintained, tidy, and offered excellent service. I would like to extend my gratitude to Liam for his outstanding assistance. I very much enjoyed our stay! 30 minute from Liverpool City Centre, (great if you have a car) Very comfortable bed!! Air-conditioning was fantastic for hearing and cooling the room. Overall great stay

Stayed here for a concert at Anfield stadium parked car at hotel and got the bus into Liverpool very convenient. This hotel is very convenient for any short breaks in Liverpool. Great size room decent breakfast I will definitely stay again.

The hotel was a bit of distance out of town.

Access to the hotel was excellent just off the M57 and the room was clean tidy and very comfortable.

Nice, clean hotel perfectly located just outside Liverpool for our family stay. Rooms were comfortable and met our beers for an overnight stay.

One night stay for visit to Anfield stadium for a concert. Good location just off motor and 15 min drive to stadium. Staff friendly and helpful.

The hotel was good for one night, very dog friendly, nice staff, good breakfast. The lobby area is very nice, the rooms may need a bit of updating, specially the bathroom but it worked very well for us for 1 night on our way back to home. There is not much around the hotel, actually it is a Industrial estate but well located for the motorway and short drive into Liverpool city centre

The hotel is nice, clean and affordable. The breakfast - which is paid separately was really poor, dirty area, never replenished, not worthy it.

Breakfast was awful and not worth the price. Ran out of beans,bread,sugar,cutlery. Bacon undercooked and scrambled eggs watery. Room clean and comfortable but bathroom needs updating.

Hotel itself was fine, the room was clean and comfortable as were the communal areas. The thing that let it down for me was what appears to be a lack of staff. The staff were polite and helpful but when it came to our evening meal we were waiting well over an hour. Breakfast was also a disappointment as you had to wait for everything to be replenished, which took sometime. The food was ok.

For the money the hotel was acceptable, but the rooms could do with a spruce up. the breakfast was very busy and in a small space and not great value for money. I was given a disabled room with a disabled shower (I’m not disabled) and it was overdue a refurbishment. It amazes me that when you book two rooms for family members they can’t put the rooms anywhere near each other - I was on the ground floor and my son on the 2nd floor. All the staff were lovely and friendly and helpful though . The food available in the evening was average but not cheap , a can of mineral water was £3.45.

Paid extra for breakfast which was terrible, self service breakfast fast poor choice and quality had to keep asking for stuff as it food wasn’t replenished quick enough and items kept running out even though the breakfast area wasn’t very busy.
