The room was clean, the hotel looks a bit dated and the changing male changing room for the pool was just littered with towels in the evening that other guests couldn't be bothered putting back but otherwise it was a great stay, Will definitely stay again

Free parking and plenty spaces, just need to put your car reg in on tablet at reception. Had no trouble parking. Room was clean however there was a bobble left on shower from another guest (no biggie). The shower itself was scolding and no matter how much we turned it to cold, it never got colder. The tv in the room did not work either (normal channels) due to signal. Reception came up straight away to help resolve this however unable to watch h normal tv. Only the apps. Unfortunately we had no Netflix account (stayed with child). Waiting times for bar and restaurant long. However the hotel only had one staff on restaurant and one of bar. They were ran raggard. We didn’t like our food (chicken / chorizo pasta and steak) had no taste and for £45 was expensive. Breakfast wasn’t good either, food running short, no tables, no plates, cups etc. again short staffed. The swimming pool was good. Clean area minus piles of dirty towels. Sauna and steam used. Good. Hotel could do with more amenities for a night time for guests. The tv wasn’t even on in bar area

Property is quite shabby in many places. Gym advertised as open from 6am but only open at 7am after asking Reception to open it for me. In my reservation I was explicit about wanting two beds but got one.
