We loved our stay here. All renovated, staff was fantastic, booked our tours to Eiffel top and Louvre Museum, gives directions to go, just very helpful! They all speak english! Excellent location, walking distance to the metro, 2 block from the Pera House and Laffayette Gallery. I'll be back here!

Main reason for 4 rating was no ac. It was difficult to sleep at night with no ac given the humidity of city. Other than that, staff was very friendly and accommodating to English speaking patrons. Loved their gummy gummy sharks at the counter.

The hotel itself is nice, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The room was very clean and served it’s purpose (first leg of trip in Paris). The hotel is located away from the super congested areas, but is close enough to walk to points of interest. The only drawback was some plumbing issues - the shower’s temperature mixer was not working, so our first 2 showers were scalding hot, that was fixed the 2nd day after our arrival. On the second day, the toilet flushing mechanism became stuck in the afternoon and no one was on site to fix it until the next day - so we spent the night with a toilet that was constantly flushing and no valve in the bathroom to turn that off, which made for a somewhat unpleasant sleep. (Note - the desk staff did come to investigate it, but wasn’t able to do anything about it.)

The hotel was very comfortable. We stayed in a king room that was clean and well done in decor. You just have to remember that most rooms are small and very charming in Paris. I would recommend this hotel to singles and couples. I can’t speak about the breakfast since I didn’t partake. The staff were outstanding with help with info and arranging taxi for the airport. I hope to be back very soon!

The hotel was very comfortable. We stayed in a king room that was clean and well done in decor. You just have to remember that most rooms are small and very charming in Paris. This hotel is great finding. I loved the location, I think it’s unbeatable. The staff is super nice and friendly. At the moment of checking in we got a free room upgraded, so that was awesome. The installations are super nice and cute. We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel though, so I cannot comment about it. We preferred to go out into the city for our meals. When km back in Paris I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Highly recommend this hotel in the Madeleine area! Over the two days in Paris, I walked everywhere. There are a couple of cute cafes steps away from the hotel. I will definitely come back!

Rigtig godt hotel med venligt og hjælpsomt personale, som kan tale engelsk. Hotellet ligger cirka i midten af alle store seværdigheder - ca 20 minutters gang til Louvre. Metroen ligger meget tæt på hotellet, hvilket gør det nemt at komme til og fra lufthavnen.

Nice cosy hotel. Area 9 is very recommendable. Many of Paris must see is in walking distance. We had a great stay at this hotel. The bed was so comfortable. Breakfast area was way too small and the food was a bit disappointing. But for us I didn’t matter that much as we chose to eat breakfast while seeing the city.
