The Deck/location/view is exceptional. We spent our mornings loving the valley bathed in sunlight - cool some mornings - but always beautiful. The evenings we spent from 'happy hour' through dinner & after...watching sunsets & the beautiful starry night. The horse shoe / bocci ball courts were fun for all. Janelle was extremely responsive. The kitchen really is a gourmet kitchen! All bedrooms were comfy and well appointed - slept like a dream. Hiking directly behind the property - went up to 8000 ft elevation for lovely views.

This VRBO was PERFECT for our stay in Colorado and the Jackson Brown Concert at the Red Rocks. The VRBO was 15-20 minutes from Red Rocks Amphitheater. So the location was perfect. The setting was stunningly beautiful - decks on both the front and back of the house. The interior was beautiful, artwork fun & so interesting to enhance the interior. The kitchen was fully stocked with every dish, utensil, pan or baking dish that you could ever need. Lastly, the owner provided excellent communication and was so friendly & responsive. Would most definitely recommend this for your Colorado get away!

This is a great house to spend time outside and enjoy the views of the beautiful valley. There are two decks, a bocce ball court and horseshoe pit. We were happy to see the wildlife around the property and loved the deer that come out at dusk from the forest above. Janelle is a lovely host was very helpful with directions, market suggestions, and suggestions for enjoying the area. My group of 5 adults had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the views in the ample outside seating and the well appointed kitchen made it easy to cook meals (with plenty of wine glasses and dinnerware for a big group). The house is decorated with fun and unique art pieces throughout and the great room had plenty of room for 5 adults to spread out and watch a movie. We enjoyed our stay in this house in the beautiful valley!

Nice peaceful property with a good vista view. The home is equipped with everything for a comfortable stay. It is also full of eclectic art which we enjoyed. The place also has a great outside deck for hanging out. The owner was very accommodating and communication was simple.

This is the best rental house have ever stayed in. The listing does not do it justice! The art in the home is amazing. Kitchen is VERY well stocked with any cooking tools you need. The host was awesome in her communication with me. She shared information about the owner and family and we really enjoyed learning some of the family's history. The house was very clean and the housekeeper even irons the sheets! We enjoyed spotting deer, elk, and a fox in the area. Peaceful location that is just 15 minutes from the town of Morrison or grocery stores in Conifer.

We were 3 families traveling together to attend a wedding in the area. This property was absolutely perfect for our needs. All the adults had their own bedrooms, and the young adults had the basement, a bedroom and bathroom to themselves. Beautiful, fully stocked kitchen with everything needed, large decks and gorgeous views on all sides of the property. It was so peaceful and relaxing, and the perfect location for extended family to visit us the day after the wedding. We had a wonderful time here and would love to come back!

This property is probably the best I have ever stayed in. The house was immaculate and exactly as described. Janelle was a super kind and helpful host. Communication was great. The area was quiet and peaceful, but still close to plenty of activities. There was great Internet access and tons of movies to choose from. Janelle even made sure to schedule snow so that we Southerners could sled and have a snowball fight. ;) I can't think of a single negative thing. I would definitely stay here again.

Janelle’s house was perfect for a long weekend with old friends. There was more than enough room for the six of us. All the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could want or need to create and enjoy group meals. We enjoyed all the out door spaces, including the bocce ball court, and the hiking trail. Janell met us when we checked in, and promptly answered any questions we had while we were there. Everyone in the group said they’d love to rent the house again.

This home was perfect for our family of 5 - 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, an open floor plan with a fantastic well stocked kitchen, large dining area, and a living room with double patio doors providing us a beautiful view of the surrounding area. Horses, cows, sheep, and a rooster on the nearby hobby farms. Deer, turkeys, and rabbits were frequent visitors. Excellent hiking trails right off of the property leading to fantastic views from rocky overlooks. Surrounded by decks to sit on. The bocce court was a bonus and we had several family games in the evenings. The location was excellent- secluded yet close to Red Rocks. We were able to go white water rafting nearby. We also visited Rocky Mountain National Park, Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak. This was our 4th trip to Denver the past few years and by far the best!

Echoing some of the previous comments, this is the clearly the best rental house that we have ever stayed in. Thank you Janelle for being a great host. Impeccably clean….. and as others have mentioned, the kitchen was stocked with every imaginable tool, pots and pans…..etc. The wood pellet stove was perfect for the cold winter mornings and evenings…and having miles of basically deserted hiking trails in your backyard, it doesn’t get any better than this.

We stayed for a long weekend so we could visit family. We flew in from Cleveland. Everything was outstanding. Very clean, furnished, and organized. We felt at home. Great views, easy hiking trails just out the back door, and we were visited by deer and a fox. Super quiet location, and a nice gravel road to walk to enjoy the fresh crisp air. A perfect place for what we wanted to do.

The property was very easy to get into and had great, peaceful views. We enjoyed our time on the deck and watching for different wildlife. It was super clean and had great individual bedrooms and a perfect living room/dining room for everyone to be able to chat at.

We stayed at this house the week after Christmas. The house is beautiful and Janelle, the landlady, is very helpful. There's a hiking trail that starts from the backyard, where we walked our dog almost everyday. The house is about 20 minutes from Red Rocks Park and Amphitheater as well as about 20 minutes from shopping and anything else you might need.

If you’re looking for a beautiful place to stay, where even your furry family members are welcome, this is it! The location is stunning and the neighborhood is nicely spread out but still has that friendly feel. The backyard horseshoe pit was super fun and we were able to easily manage our two well-behaved dogs in the space and in the great outdoors with plenty of beautiful walks. Our host was terrific with communication, was very responsive when we had questions, and the home was so well stocked with kitchen supplies, linens, books and movies. We wanted for nothing. Janelle was right next door also, and so nice calling us to welcome us the day after we arrived. It made us feel confident if anything came up she’d be there for us.
If you’re looking for a beautiful place to stay, where even your furry family members are welcome, this is it! The location is stunning and the neighborhood is nicely spread out but still has that friendly feel. The backyard horseshoe pit was super fun and we were able to easily manage our two well-behaved dogs in the space and in the great outdoors with plenty of beautiful walks. Our host was terrific with communication, was very responsive when we had questions, and the home was so well stocked with kitchen supplies, linens, books and movies. We wanted for nothing. Janelle was right next door also, and so nice calling us to welcome us the day after we arrived. It made us feel confident if anything came up she’d be there for us.

Nice peaceful property with a good vista view. The home is equipped with everything for a comfortable stay. It is also full of eclectic art which we enjoyed. The place also has a great outside deck for hanging out. The owner was very accommodating and communication was simple.

What a beautiful house in a gorgeous location. Our host Janelle could not have been more welcoming and accommodating, and had decorated the whole house for Christmas before our arrival. We had a wonderful white Christmas and highly recommend this lovely spot and gracious host.

The house was all it said it was on VRBO and more. It was comfortable, well stocked and had beautiful views. Our family had a fun Thanksgiving weekend. Janelle and her son, Hunter, were terrific!

This property is probably the best I have ever stayed in. The house was immaculate and exactly as described. Janelle was a super kind and helpful host. Communication was great. The area was quiet and peaceful, but still close to plenty of activities. There was great Internet access and tons of movies to choose from. Janelle even made sure to schedule snow so that we Southerners could sled and have a snowball fight. ;) I can't think of a single negative thing. I would definitely stay here again.

Janelle’s house was perfect for a long weekend with old friends. There was more than enough room for the six of us. All the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could want or need to create and enjoy group meals. We enjoyed all the out door spaces, including the bocce ball court, and the hiking trail. Janell met us when we checked in, and promptly answered any questions we had while we were there. Everyone in the group said they’d love to rent the house again.

We stayed at this house the week after Christmas. The house is beautiful and Janelle, the landlady, is very helpful. There's a hiking trail that starts from the backyard, where we walked our dog almost everyday. The house is about 20 minutes from Red Rocks Park and Amphitheater as well as about 20 minutes from shopping and anything else you might need.

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this property. The location was fabulous for hiking and exploring the foothills - Evergreen, Red Rocks, Tiny Town are all extremely close by. Communication with the manager was also extremely easy and quick.

This VRBO was PERFECT for our stay in Colorado and the Jackson Brown Concert at the Red Rocks. The VRBO was 15-20 minutes from Red Rocks Amphitheater. So the location was perfect. The setting was stunningly beautiful - decks on both the front and back of the house. The interior was beautiful, artwork fun & so interesting to enhance the interior. The kitchen was fully stocked with every dish, utensil, pan or baking dish that you could ever need. Lastly, the owner provided excellent communication and was so friendly & responsive. We were in the area for a few concerts at Red Rocks. Janelle and the house couldn't have been better! We wanted a little bit of the mountain flavor but yet be close to the venue :). Great views, house well stocked. Beautiful hiking trails right behind the house. Thanks for being such a great host.

We stayed for a long weekend so we could visit family. We flew in from Cleveland. Everything was outstanding. Very clean, furnished, and organized. We felt at home. Great views, easy hiking trails just out the back door, and we were visited by deer and a fox. Super quiet location, and a nice gravel road to walk to enjoy the fresh crisp air. A perfect place for what we wanted to do.

This home was perfect for our family of 5 - 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, an open floor plan with a fantastic well stocked kitchen, large dining area, and a living room with double patio doors providing us a beautiful view of the surrounding area. Horses, cows, sheep, and a rooster on the nearby hobby farms. Deer, turkeys, and rabbits were frequent visitors. Excellent hiking trails right off of the property leading to fantastic views from rocky overlooks. Surrounded by decks to sit on. The bocce court was a bonus and we had several family games in the evenings. The location was excellent- secluded yet close to Red Rocks. We were able to go white water rafting nearby. We also visited Rocky Mountain National Park, Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak. This was our 4th trip to Denver the past few years and by far the best!

The house is just as described in all the other reviews. I was amazed at this as that’s not usually the case. Janelle is wonderful and very accommodating. The location of the property is in the mountains. We saw a herd of deer come through the back yard every day. Highly recommend this property.

The home and location were absolutely beautiful. It was so comfortable to stay here with our family. It is the perfect place for our vacation and convenient drive to Evergreen, Golden and Denver. The home was spacious, with a large front and back deck. The kitchen was very well appointed and had everything you could hope for. Beds were super comfy. The property was very easy to get into and had great, peaceful views. We enjoyed our time on the deck and watching for different wildlife. It was super clean and had great individual bedrooms and a perfect living room/dining room for everyone to be able to chat at.
