The check-in and chekout is so easy, the facilities are really nice, simple but modern. The place is well connected with public transportation (5 min Metro and 2 min tram) and a lot of options of restaurants and stores. Also the real palace is close walking (20 min). The kitchen common area is enough with several fridges, sitting area and the table games are a great plus. The room is clean, enough for a short stay, no complains

Do it yourself hotel with modern vibe. Lots of business travelers seem to stay here so bustling common areas. Good connecting coffee shop. Rooms are small with limited amenities, but this is noted in the listing. Loved have the laundry room.

Overall a really good hotel, has everything you need for a short stay. Small simplistic room, and fantastic facilities downstairs. Their lobby and common area underneath make very good places to relax after a long day and do some laundry and/or cook if you need to. Only downside was the size, I am a large 6’3” man so walking around and showering were a bit difficult.

There is also a communal area on the bottom floor where fridges are available if you need to store anything as well as a kettle if you want to make a drink. Location was good, not far from a metro station, or about a 20-25 minute to the central train station.

Didn't see any staff, but were in the office if you needed them. Checkin & out are automated & very quick. Room & shower were excellent size & comfortable, with working air con. Good communal facilities. Only weakness was the choice of floor covering: a black type of matting, this shows remnants of cream & must make cleaning difficult (I should have asked them to clean). Fortunately I had my slippers so left it as on arrival, otherwise the hotel was clean, modern & spotless

Hotel bem localizado, próximo a muitos estabelecimentos comerciais e estação de metrô. Não tem serviço de quarto diário e não tem café da manhã. Em nosso andar os elevadores falhavam e frequentemente tínhamos que descer de escada. O atendimento é todo eletrônico por totem. Contudo, de uma forma geral atende bem para uma hospedagem de poucos dias.

The property was basic but with everything you need and a bit more. A laundry was fantastic.

We had an unfortunate experience with bedbugs. I got multiple bites on my face, under my breasts, and on my upper thighs. I am in lots of discomfort and I feel pretty disgusted by it.

Hotel é perfeito, quarto grande, cama confortável, banheiro grande, chuveiro aquecido, local para lavar roupas, fazer refeições. Ao redor do Hotel tem mercado, farmácia, de frente tem um restaurante, padaria, está menos de 5 minutos do metrô que leva a vários locais, certeza se voltarmos vamos ficar nele.

A localizaçao é excelente. Da pra fazer quase tudo a pé e tem estaçao de metro perto. O quarto é moderno, bem conservado e estava limpo. Unico ponto negativo pra mim foi a vedaçao de barulho das janela, achei bem deficiente, todo barulho da rua passava para o quarto, e eu estava no 7 andar.

O sistema de refrigeração do quarto só funcionava para aquecer nas duas noites que passamos foi muito quente e não tivemos uma boa noite

Rooms were small, a/c didn’t work well making the room quite hot. Beds were comfortable, no fridge.

Property looked okay when we arrived. Easy enough to check in and we paid for early check in as we had an early flight and was heading to the football. Room seemed okay at first so we thought after an awful first night sleep. Pillows are terrible, so flimsy and thin. The mattress is even worse, thin as well and not really comfortable, partner woke up with a very sore back. Room apparently had A/C, which again didn't work as it should and didn’t provide cool air to the room when it was quite warm. We checked online and was told we could ask for more pillows and a fan at reception to hopefully help give us a better night sleep. We went to reception and we were told we couldn't have any more pillows as the hotel was “fully booked” and there was no spare, a quick browse online debunked this theory as there were more than 10 rooms available to book. We then asked for a fan and was told it wasn’t a fan, more of a heater. While we were out exploring we actually had to buy a pillow at H&M Home on the hight street which cost us €12 each to help us get a better sleep as the hotel were non-existent in helping. There were also no TV in the room which we could have sworn was available at the time of booking. All in all, I wouldn’t recommend booking here and avoid. For the cost of the hotel you expect some sort of decent customer service when we asked but we didnt. Its not like it was cheap!!! AVOID.

Modern and easy self check in and check out...room was clean, spacious and comfortable bed...only down side there was no TV and mini fridge in the room

Room is spacious, floor had some weird stains, and the bathroom has a frosted door which we did not find appropriate for a family. You could see the person on the toilet or undressing.

My room window was next to a busy street and it was very noisy, especialy with the tram

There is no real reception. If you dont get the code or it doesn't work the machines promise someone will come soon. But nobody ever comes. Finally I found an office, where there was a good service, but there ain't any signs to show that.

Good location with lots of food options. Checkout was seamless. Checkin was a bit annoying. I arrived a half hour before checkin and the woman who came to help would only check me in early for 25 euro. For half an hour early? The room is obviously ready. Come on now. Otherwise it was fine. The room had scuff marks on the walls and the neighborhood Can get rowdy but it felt safe.

Very good overall experience. The hotel is automated and everything works excellent. The check in / out process was amazing and the hotel take to provision for my early arrival giving me options. I like to find more hotels like citybox in my next travels.

Friendly staff

Love how everything is so quick and accessible with check in and check out. When we needed help, the female host that was there was amazing. Our a/c in our room didn’t work and she was quick and accommodating and switched rooms for us immediately

El personal duplicó cobros de días de reserva, nadie sabe darte solución y te piden que llenes un formato(lo cual indica que esto es recurrente) y que de dos a tres semanas te hacen el reembolso el cual no realizan, y cobraron dos veces la misma reservación del día 25 al 27 de octubre

This is my 3rd time staying at the hotel and I do not have anything to complain about. Staff are friendly, location is perfect and it is affordable and I would definitely recommend. I will keep booking there

The location isn't that great. It is quite a ways from grand place where all the restaurants and shopping is. No televisions. Not really carpet, just an outdoor vinyl product. My feet felt wet when walking in it. Refresh service every 3 days

Hotel is centrally located in Brussels (closest metro line is Louise but also extremely walkable if you are up for a little exercise). Hotel is very modern and self check in and out machine… very convenient, rooms are great (we got the one next to the street, which is fine but during like festivals or events, the sound can be bad.. 😅) However two issues staying here recently (at least 1st week of May 2025)… 1. Entire Hotel turned up the heaters so the room gets hot (you can manually shut it off but some of heat will still flow inside). Therefore this is a “centrally” controlled Cooling/Heating hotel even though you have options to either turn on A/C or Heating.. So had to crack open the window but at the time, too much craziness was happening so it was noisy 2. Bathroom is tiny.. and the shower itself, the water pressure was a bit weak and also the drain itself is clogged… they need to make sure there isn’t a pool of water hovering and waiting to be drained out 3-5 mins afterwards, it should be microseconds that the water should drain out… maybe too many hairs from previous guests?? Otherwise, good stay, especially solo

Good clean hotel, no fridge, microwave, coffee machine in room like we are used to in Canada, but there is a hotel kitchen in basement. The coffee machine is $2 per cup though.

Es un hotel novedoso o no convencional, es de concepto desasistido y puedes hacer check in on line o en el mismo hotel en los kioskos, aunque también hay recepcionistas. Es moderno, cómodo y las habitaciones están muy limpias. Está bien comunicado mediante metro, bus y tranvía. A tener en cuenta, no hay limpieza de habitación durante la estancia, las habitaciones no cuentan con tv, pero hay un salón común con tv, microondas nevera etc.

L’hotel est bien situé proche des commerces et restaurants. Low cost, il n’y a aucun service dans la chambre. Par exemple il faut descendre à la cuisine en sous-sol pour de l’eau chaude (gratuite). Sinon tout est neuf, l’hôtel est très propre et le personnel disponible. La ligne de team passe dans la rue. Dès le début du service à 5:30 environ. Il y en a un qui passe avec de forts grincements de roues dur les rails. Parlez en à la réception au besoin.

This hotel was a great find! It has self service check in, but there are also members of staff if you have issues. As they do not have a restaurant themselves, on their website they recommend places to dine from breakfast to dinner! If you want a cheaper option, they provide a kitchen for the guests where you can have take out food or even cook for yourself. I would highly recommend!
