Beautiful hotel. I was a little disappointed when we first arrived as I thought rooms had balconies. Pictures posted showed guests lounging outside their rooms. So we made do with the fire pits near the pool to socialize. They also need a bit more front desk help. We called a few times with questions and phone not answered. Beds were amazing and location to town was walkable. Very very close to Zion entrance.Very happy with our stay.

The room was fine, but the amenity is where a joke. We chose this establishment because we were hiking and wanted a hot tub, but the hot tub was cold. We asked the gentleman at the desk to turn on the fire pit for us at night and it took 45 minutes for someone to come out and say it didn’t work even though it had been on a few minutes earlier. The part of the trip that was unacceptable was the power in the town supposedly was off from 11 at night to 5 AM on our last night. The only way we found out was because I happen to stop at the desk to ask about the fire pit for a second time. And I saw a small sign. They are mentioning it. When I asked the manager about it, he said he told us when it was final, but he didn’t tell us when it was final. He had everyone’s email addresses, but chose to just put a sign up on the desk. If we hadn’t gone to see that we wouldn’t have known. If we had known, we would’ve simply gone home that night we were staying an extra night just for an extra night there was no need to. Their accommodation was to hand out glow sticks that you give to children at parties. I found this to be unacceptable. Not because the town’s power went out, but because the Manager shrugged his shoulders and said I did my best when he clearly didn’t.
