Everything was amazing! Looks & feels like a resort! Very clean, comfortable & modern. Lots of pillow choices. Private balcony came in handy to dry swimsuits. Great outdoor pool, hot tub & fire pit with beautiful views of mountains. We loved the ledge built into the edge of the pool so you could sit & relax in the water to keep cool. Elevators, luggage dollies & ice machines in each building. Daily housekeeping. Excellent hot breakfast with every food you can imagine. They changed the proteins (sausage then ham, scrambled eggs then eggs over hard) daily which is nice for extended stays. Bathroom had a well-lit makeup/sink area with plenty of counter space. Good exhaust fan cleared mirror fog quickly. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They had no problem storing our luggage for us after checkout so it didn’t have to bake in our car while we did one last hike before leaving Zion NP. The hotel is shuttle stop 4 on the springdale line so you are only a 5 minute drive or a short shuttle ride to the park. Zion Guru is conveniently located just up the road to pick up & drop off your “Narrows” rental gear. Microwave & frig in room. I can’t say enough good things about this place! We loved our stay here and were sad to leave.

Close to Zion NP entrance. Included early breakfast (6am) was ideal if you plan on heading to the park early. Pool and laundry room are in good condition. Rooms with patios were very nice. Fire pits available for use. Lots of amenities. Saw roaming deer every day on the property which was a plus!!

This hotel was great! It had nice amenities such as the pool and weight room, which had a full set of dumbbells and plenty of space to work out in. Every area we went to in the hotel was clean. The breakfast was good and a little different both mornings. The hotel room was spacious and clean. Many hotels have a funky odor but this one does not allow pets or smoking so it was great! There was always an available staff member at the front desk. Also centrally located right across from a stop for the free Springdale bus line.

Stayed at hotels throughout Utah on week+ trip. This was best for service, cleanliness and overall experience. Fire pits at night, nice pool area and unique breakfast items. Walking distance to Zion Only complaint is the cost of laundry and s’mores kit. Four s’mores were $12 and one load was $8. Don’t need to gouge as it just forces customers to go elsewhere for the service or items.

Pros: Nice property. Very good location and walkable to restaurants. Shuttle bus stop in front of the hotel. Good breakfast. Cons: you can hear foot steps from the room above you and parking is not free even if you booked a room (you have to pay $10/night)

Front desk staff member Abi left a positive first impression and it was a great stay from the jump. I loved the view of the Watchman and pool from our window and the room was quite spacious. Breakfast had options that changed every day and they always had their hot beverage machine and fresh fruit available in the lobby. The breakfast staff worked really hard to keep the super busy breakfast area clean and well-stocked. Incredibly easy to get on the Springdale shuttle to and from Zion. We had an issue with the toilet and were given a plunger to DIY, which was fine, but I did have to walk to the lobby to get it due to there being only one front desk staff. My mom did see a cockroach in the bathroom one night, and it ran out of the room into the hallway. Overall however, the hotel seemed to be in good condition and the pool area was nice with its own bathroom and shower. I would definitely stay here again!

One of the best experiences we have ever had staying at a hotel. Room was spacious, clean, and quiet. Breakfast was great. One day we left the Do Not Disturb sign out and upon our return fresh towels and other consumables were left outside of our door. Overall an excellent experience!

Accessible to grocery stores, restaurants and close to the parks. The building is in good condition, the front guest lady always smiles. We stayed 2 nights. The 2nd day we were disappointed. We were only given towels but the toilet was not clean. We thought $20 is a reasonable tip for 1 day but the housekeeping did not clean our toilet. If he/she does not like to clean it I highly suggest to leave a toilet brush and disinfectant.

Loved our room which was very clean and up to date. Access to outside patio a plus. Delicious choices for breakfast. Very friendly welcoming and departure staff. They allowed a late check out which was very much appreciated. Manager very friendly and offered 2 cold waters as we left. We will return!

Perfect location with clean rooms and comfortable beds. Great views of the mountains from the balcony. Laundry was coin operated and staff provided change as needed. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Stairs to second floor rooms were wide and easy. Breakfast was the usual and tight. Shuttle stop was right in front of the hotel. Easy walking distance to restaurants.

The place is well maintained and quiet. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a great bed. At times you could hear a bit of moving around upstairs but it was not bothersome. The breakfast was good enough and there was plenty of room. The hotel has a shuttle stop right in fron so that was really convenient. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to others

The property is perfectly located and even have a stop for the shuttle that takes you to Zion Park. Rooms were spacious, clean and updated. It was not too noisy but maybe because it’s low season in February. Walking distance to restaurante, coffees and gift shops. Staff is very friendly and resourceful. Daily breakfast was good and had different options from eggs, sausage, bagels, toast, waffles, yogurt, juices, milk, coffee and teas. Definitely would stay here again.

With being upstairs at least they had one elevator. The view from our room was wonderful with the ability to sit outside on our private porch. The breakfast was okay and the dining area excellent. The coffee at breakfast was instant--not my liking. I like the pods in the room better.

The best western plus is a great place to stay. It's near the zion national park. You could walk a ways to the park, or take the shuttle. Breakfast at the best western was prefect. You have different options to choose from. The pool is prefect after a day of hiking in the park. Overall a great place. Only complain is as a light sleeper I could hear the heavy footsteps of my neighbors upstairs or them moving or dropping things. I forgot to bring earplugs which is something i usually pack for my trips but this time i forgot. This may not be everyone's experience at the best western but I do recommend it here.

Like all Best Westerns, they're a reasonable place to stay. Location is convenient. Rooms are clean but feel very sterile/bland i.e. not cosy as is the dining area. Breakfast, though free are also like most BWs are standard with machine coffee and not particularly great for choice or anything that healthy.
