SpringHill Suites by Marriott Springdale Zion National Park

This was our fifth stay here, and once again, we only have wonderful things to say about the hotel! The staff is absolutely amazing, the hotel is clean, welcoming, and comfortable, and the breakfast is truly delicious. The only disappointment has been that, on each of our visits, the jacuzzi was not working. Unfortunately, during our most recent stay, the pool also had to be temporarily closed due to an incident involving other guests. Of course, that was no fault of the hotel, and it certainly didn’t take away from our overall experience. The location is perfect, with breathtaking views, beautiful scenic walking areas, and some of the best restaurants all within walking distance. We absolutely love staying here and can’t wait to return in the fall. Fall is my favorite time to visit both the hotel and Zion, and we’re already looking forward to our next stay!

It only has 4 stars on booking but I think it deserves a bit more. So much more modern cleaner than other 4 star hotels. Good laundry facilities and a great pool with great opening hours. Beautiful surroundings and right next to bus to the village to get to the canyon bus. Breakfast was really good too. Kids loved the games aswell chess and the the table games were great fun

Very convenient to Zion NP. Food and shuttles within 5 min walk. Great rooms, and the view is spectacular!

We love visiting Springdale and Zion and always stay at a local Springdale hotel. This is the first and only time we will stay at the Springhill Suite. The only reason we select Springhill was that we could book a room with an outdoor space. The hotel website showed great pictures of balconies and patios. I had just undergone a major surgery and my wife, I and our puppy just wanted to relax. We booked our room well in advance, selected a larger room which we didn’t need solely because of the outdoor space. What we received was a room with a view of the backside of the cars, parked in the parking lot, located at the bottom of a walkway descending from the parking lot. When we tried to change the room, we were only told sorry we don’t guarantee views. After much discussion, we were given another room with no view at a discounted rate. After checking out, we find out that the discounted rate was more expensive than the regular rate for that room, but it was a discount from the price we agreed upon for the larger room. No view no outdoor space and no real discount. I have tried to call the hotel numerous times and have been told the manager will call me back. I have called five times and no return call. I have also responded to the Springhill suites request for comments, where I made my displeasure with the hotel and requested a response back. Still nothing.
