I booked this hotel based on the positive rating but was slightly disappointed. On checking in I was advised on a 20 dollar a day parking charges. Whilst these charges are listed on their website they are not clearly shown and were not advised on the booking confirmation. The pool was also out of action the whole time we were there and whilst we could of used another hotels pool this involved travelling. Our room which was near the exit was also quite noisy as there were quite a few people coming in and out all throughout the night. This made it difficult to sleep.

Nice place, had to leave a day early because of weather and health issues, So we lost a night, understandable. However not understandable was the $20 a day parking fee, that they don’t make you aware of until you check in!

This is one of the best hotels we stayed in on our 11 day vacation through all 5 of Utah's national parks! The hotel was super clean with friendly and helpful staff. It is also located in the sweetest little town! We will be back!

I liked the front desk staff. They were friendly and courteous. The bathroom tub had black long hair in it. The hair wasn’t mine or my husband’s. I have to admit is was off putting. Other than the bathroom the room was spacious and clean.

If I can give this hotel more then 5 starts - I would gladly do that. Very clean, quiet and convenient. The staff was very helpful and made us feel at home. They helped us with all questions about the Zion trails, transport to the park, parking, stores, food, the pool - pretty much anything we asked. Imagine how your mom will smile when she sees you after several months - this is how I felt when the lady at the front desk greeted me. So warm, so helpful! Breakfast was great. The pool was very clean and warm. The fireplace by the pool was so cozy. I would gladly stay in this hotel or recommend it to anyone who travels to Zion. Thank you for making our vacation even better.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was very nice and they made sure to have a great variety to choose from. They are very concerned that you stay hydrated because of the heat and had plenty of water and lemonade in the lobby for the guests. The staff was very friendly and helpful when asked questions about the area. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

We really liked this hotel. The bed was really comfortable and the room was in good condition. We loved the fridge and microwave - really convenient. The staff is very friendly and so helpful. The breakfast is fresh and great. The hot breakfast of eggs, meat (and potatoes or biscuits or french toast). The selection changed every day. Also, waffles, yogurt, oatmeal and many more items. They always had hot fresh coffee or tea available in the lobby. The Christmas decorations in the lobby and outside were lovely!

The air conditioner had loud banging sound all night long. We called the front desk who couldn't do anything about it. We ended up taking the front cover off of the unit which helped a little but it was still very loud.

We stayed for only one night while passing through Zion. Check in was fine, location is great. Mountain View’s all around and easily walkable to shops and restaurants. Easy shuttle into park. This was however the worst night of our trip due to an extremely noisy air conditioner which final died completely, leaving us in a stuffy 80* room. Not much sleep was had. Insult to injury was that when we reported the air conditioner at check out, it had also been reported the day before yet we were still given the room.

Extremely noisy property, the heavy room doors slammed shut and the walls provided little sound protection, if any. If you're not on the second floor, be prepared to hear noise coming through the ceiling from the room above. Would not stay at this property again.

The staff and hotel were great, the walls were so incredibly thin! We were woke the first morning thinking someone was blow drying their hair in our bathroom! Could hear full conversation! 5am! 2nd morning woke thinking someone was blowing their nose by our bed! Guests talking making plans in the hallway 6 am so loud! Housekeeping left our door open after freshening up as well! Pool area and view was great but I wouldn’t stay again

Had an unfortunate experience with their booking and staff. Unprofessional receptionist when I complained that my booking for two queen beds were not honored. They placed me and my companion in a king size bed with a small pullout couch with a sunken mattress. I was informed they were fully booked. No accommodation to the pricing was made and they were not pleasant when I complained. I did not ask for a full refund, but they should have discounted the rate for the inconvenience of an uncomfortable stay. The surprise of having to share a bed was not expected and the pullout couch was worse than sleeping on the floor. They definitely need to replace the entire couch and mattress. Hamptons, you did a bad thing by telling a customer that they do to guarantee any booking on Expedia. Be forewarned....this hotel states they do not guarantee any bedroom you chose on expedia! Expedia tried to resolve the issue and said the following "Unfortunately, after multiple tries, we weren't able to obtain approval from the property manager to issue a refund."

The hotel was clean and updated. The pool area was very nice and the water was a great temperature. My low rating is due entirely due to the front desk staff. Because I booked my stay with Expedia (a third party, as I was told) there was confusion over the nightly fee and instead of the front desk manager choosing to handle it, she made things worse and the other staff member chose to charge my card an extra $330 which didn’t fall off for almost a week. I’m floored that instead of making the customer happy and keeping my business in the future, they choose to argue with me while constantly reminding me that I booked with a third party. On checking out I was denied a complete bill so I could see the charges and not even given a total. Bye Bye Hilton.

Fast friendly check in. Staff was really helpful at check in and during breakfast time. On my last day at breakfast I met a female staff member greeting everyone in the morning. She asked about our stay, how well we slept, and how was our breakfast... a really friendly and cheerful woman which i wasn't expecting but I definitely will return because she adds value to my hotel stay. I wish more hotel staff at other hotels have the same energy and spirit like her and the front desk staff that morning. Keep up the great work!!!

Everyone at the hotel was so nice. They let us use the parking lot even before we checked in so that we could pick up the shuttle to the park right in front of the hotel. Breakfast was great and room was comfortable.

Amazing location and beautiful scenery all around. Right next to Zion National Park. Fantastic breakfast. The plumbing wasn’t the best in our room and the loo didn’t fill up properly but I managed to fix it myself so all in all, an amazing stay and I’d definitely recommend.

We appreciated all the little extras they provided. They had fresh fruit available all the time. They also had a hot chocolate bar. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic. A little bit of everything. We would definitely stay there again.
