Prince of wales pub and accommodation

Parking is next door and very reasonable but Llangollen is very busy and we struggled to find a space next door and in other close by car parks. Property was centrally located. Access was up a steel staircase so not suitable for eldery or people of limited mobility. Room was small but comfortable enough, bathroom was clean and compact. Overall good value for money.

It was just little things that stopped me giving it 4 stars. We had 4 rooms and all didn't have a second toilet roll and one had barely half of a roll. Ours was missing a large towel and our message to them wasn't actioned. The hotel itself is well positioned right next to a Co-Op where you can pre-book car parking.

The stay was ok as it was just for one night, but when we arrived in the room we had no toilet roll and one of the towels had dirt marks on and it hadn't even been used by us. The bed wasn't comfortable each time you moved it creaked. Whilst it was ok for one night stay, wouldn't recommend for anything longer. No staff present so cannot even ask for any toiletries or even clean towels.
