You have to take an elevator to get off and get on another elevator to get to your room. The pool is tiny. It is right on off the freeway .. our view from floor 9 was of a neighborhood lol

The rooms were very clean and we got fresh towels daily. The room was cleaned every other day and that worked out great. The casino was better than expected. The weight room and hot tub were very enjoyable. My wife and I had a great time. Hotel parking was also convenient.

Really great hotel in an easy location. Free secure parking (security on duty). Reception staff super helpful. I did find it off putting that everything (almost) was in the casino (restaurants, bars etc) with people smoking it wasn’t nice. I did find the rooftop bar which offers fantastic food, service and views. Will definitely stay again. I also won $50 on roulette which always helps.

Rooms were excellent…. Casino not so much. Hot tub broken. But roof top bar excellent! Highly recommend the Old Fashioned cocktail!

The room was spacious and clean. Nice big bathroom. The bed pillows were very lumpy and hard. I wish there were microwaves because I have dietary restrictions that make it challenging in restaurants so being able to heat a meal in the room would have been helpful. No tea in the room, just a coffee Kcup. I was disappointed coming off the elevator from the parking garage, that a wall of cigarette smoke hits you from the casino. We were there for a show in the event center and found it bothersome that you have to walk through the smoking section of the casino to find the event center entrance. The event center itself was nice(somewhat small) and any staff we encountered there were lovely. We enjoyed a couple of tasty cocktails on the rooftop bar and watched the sunset. It was a decent enough stay (would repeat if there was another show I want to see) but otherwise I won't seek out staying again.

I gave this hotel a 3 stars because night 1 was horrible and there was no option for a zero star. Our air conditioner was not working and it was like a sauna in our room. When we reported this they offered us a box fan saying there were no other rooms lol. I abruptly said no. We were soon offered another room for night 2. This ruined our entire morning. We had to wait for maintenance to try and fix it while trying to get ready to leave for a concert. I believe it was 11:30 before we were moved. The fact that this is a casino ($$$) I think they can do better.

Our room was clean, large and quiet. There was no smell of smoke in the room, hallways or common areas which we appreciated! The decor was tasteful, staff polite and easy to Uber in and out of.

It was just “ok”. The water pressure in the shower was nonexistent, the lights in the room worked at night but not in the morning so we had to get ready in basically the dark… the bathroom light was the only working light in the morning. We checked out and were charged twice for the room so I had to call and have them fix it. Probably won’t be back. The beds were decent/comfortable and that was the only saving grace.

The front desk staff when I first got there was rude. Check in time took forever because their systems kept going up and down, not working. I was told that they had room service available. As soon as I tried to find the menu it wasn’t available, and then find out that there is no room service at all. When you out in the casino and you need to build something to your room, they have to go to a phone and call the front desk and wait for someone to verify you stay there even though you have an ID and key. It was all around Terrible.

Went for a concert. Check in line was long.. and within an hour of concert. There was only ONE person working to check people in. Restaurants are pretty lame. Getting a drink at the concert was long, minimal employees. This happened last time we came here for a concert. This will be the last time we stay here.

Checking in Raylene, the Front Desk clerk couldn't find our reservation. I showed her our confirmation from Hotels com. She said we would need to call Hotels.com because that was not their confirmation number. Finally, a manager came by and said she would help us. She took the time to find out that the reservation was under the name of someone in our party. This was because when I made the reservation they wanted the names of everyone in the room. Well, I rented two rooms and whose name I put in first is who the reservation was listed under.

Property was new, clean, had good restaurant choices and was conveniently located. The area over all was a dump. Poor, trashy, lots of homeless and drug use in the open. Not dangerous feeling but still sad.

It was a great stay. The staff were very helpful and polite. Only concern is that that area isn’t very safe for walking around and also the interesting spots are a bit farther away. If you’re driving or Ubering, this would be a great place to stay.

While the hotel rooms and staff are nice, the area around the hotel is a bit run down and the neighborhood feels unsafe. The parking garage was filled with empty beer cans and liquor bottles, smelled like pot and cigarette smoke.

Enjoyed the hotel stay it was clean and nicely furnished. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The area around the casino is not the safest or cleanest. I would not recommend a walk around the neighborhood. The hotel was very secure and comfortable.

Stayed for one night as my daughter and her friend were going to a concert at Tacoma Dome. Excellent place to stay if attending a show, minutes from Tacoma Dome with easy access to venue! had a great stay even won a bit of money while waiting to pick up my daughter after concert. Only negative was I was told at the front desk of hotel My daughters could not go to any restaurant in casino as they were not 21. I had to get dinner to-go and go back to the hotel. WE also tried to order room service instead of getting items to-go but after 4 attempts and no answer to-go option was the best.

DO NOT!! stay at this hotel if you have children with you. It is not child friendly. The restaurants are in the casino so they cant eat in any of them. The taxi driver accidentally dropped us off at the casino entrance instead of the hotel and there is no other option but to walk all around the building and across the street and down a road to get into the hotel. We were forced to walk this at 12:30am. In the morning my son couldn't get breakfast because again all restaurants are in the casino. Ridiculous!! We had to walk all the way around again to leave. We were told they could escort us through but that then changed to NO we had to walk all around the world again. I think if you allow kids to stay inyour facilities then you should make it so they have access to things like food. Unacceptable!!!

No microwave in the room and no breakfast items of any kind. Not even cereal or bagels. Deli option available is spendy. Would have liked to at least have the mini breakfast options like other hotels have (not meaning full brrakfast, just at least bagels and cereal or muffins and juice or something)

Fantastic stay. All of the staff were great. I received excellent customer service from everyone. The restaurants have wonderful food, I will say the pan seared scallops were my personal favorite. The room was very clean and the beds are super comfortable. This is the second time I have stayed here and received the same quality of service as I did the first time. I will be back.
