The front desk is was amazing. They may be slightly short staffed as we asked for kitchen stuff multiple times and didn’t receive. But that’s ok we made do. Room was clean, hotel was quiet. They have a gated secured parking lot, that was nice. Would stay there again for sure!

For the Tacoma area the cost was very reasonable. Close to the Tacoma mall, local restaurants, and area hospitals. Gated parking area. Older facility and starting to show its age. Staff was friendly. Refrigerator, microwave, stove, and full sized refrigerator.

The property is run down, the staff were very nice and helpful. The room was clean, furniture is okay but the building itself needs some work. Also, there’s no way to get into the building from the parking besides the the front door so you have to drag your bags all the way from the back parking or leave them unattended on the front porch while you park.

I had the worst experience. I had to cancel after the first night. My room was filthy. Poop all in the toilet, floors filthy dirty with hair everywhere. Gum in sink. Stains on shower curtain. Stains on the walls/bathroom door with hair stuck to it.

This hotel really isnt clean. And really next to no amenities. The breakfast bar really isnt breakfast. And the place is just dirty. The room itself was beat up. And while the bedding seemed clean enough. Everything from the floors to the table surfaces and the bathroom felt grimey. It served its purpose. If youre younger and out going to a show or exploring/vacationing around, and looking for a cheapish place to stay. This might just work. Other then that. Pay the extra 60 a night and get somewhere a little more refreshed. The staff were nice enough though. So that was a plus.

For the amount of money that we spent on the room the room was needless to say mediocre had a weird odor was not thoroughly cleaned there were hair balls all over the floor from previous tenants dog hair and the hotel itself had an odd smell the elevator floors were disgustingly dirty

Rooms and hallway smells terrible. Stay somewhere else if you can. There is a string stench all over the building. We were ready to leave as soon as possible but can’t get refund so we had to spend the night.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Horrible customer service. They actually think its ok to not clean rooms. Their excuse, "Its Tacoma". Upon check in I demanded they mop and replace gross white stained bed skirt to find out they dont have extras they claim. So we took it off. The photo of hair was after they mopped under the bathroom toilet. Most disgusting place I've ever experienced. And no apologies or discounts or offer to change rooms.

The area was very sketchy, homeless and transient around the hotel. The rooms were so dirty, the room floor was sticky, and wire white socks and they were black when left. The refrigerator door had food and dirt on handle. There were crud behind door. The elevator floor was filthy..

The hallway to our room was cold to the point of needing a jacket. The hallway smelled like urine. Our room was dirty, dirty towel on counter, brown stain on comforter, and a crack pipe in the kitchen cabinet. We got another room and it stunk of urine.

Although this is an older property it is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The only thing lacking is the advertised free breakfast is made up of coffee, packaged muffins and granola bars. The free wifi worked great.

The only thing saving this place was the wonderful front desk staff. The entire hotel smells like an old cigarette tray. The room had ashes on the floor, trash in the closet space. The Wi-Fi situation was a complete joke, even after I upgraded. Never again.

I was not happy with the stay. I didn’t sleep for the two nights because the bed springs was all against my back and sides. Even my husband switched spots with me and same thing happened to him. The room smelled weird. The fridge was making a loud noise non stop the whole time. And sounded like water was constantly dripping down in the walls. The ac didn’t work, the room was stuffy inside. Even took us an hour to check in. It was our first time staying there. For what we paid we will not be staying there again.

I wouldn't recommend this place. The clientele is sketchy. The "free breakfast" isn't much of anything and they should've even bother. The front desk is empty 80% of the time. Check out the near by Holiday Inn instead.

We prepaid for two nights. After a long day of delayed travel, we arrived at 1:00am to finally check in. The clerk told me there was no way she could check me in because the night audit was running. She said there might be a holiday inn down the road. Turned away at 1:00 am. Never again.

Took about an hour to check in with three people ahead of us. Looked like the place hadn’t been cleaned in days. Floor was disgusting throughout common areas. Room was also dirty and had a terrible smell. Lucky for us we did have clean sheets on our bed. Ran into another patron at 12am that found out her bed had dirty sheets. They gave her clean sheets to put on her bed herself. I understand the hotel was short staffed, but there should have been extra planning around high volume of check ins due to an event at the Tacoma Dome. We will never stay at another Extended Stay.

The rooms were okay, nothing special about them. I made a reservation at this location and put an accompany on the room. They told me I had to fill out an authorization form (which I had no problem doing) to authorize my card with a different person checking in. When my accompany came, immediately the MANAGER was rude and dismissive towards her. Dan continued to help other people who came AFTER her instead of checking her in first (since she got there first). Once I got there, when I went to talk to Dan, the manager, he didn\'t let me voice my concerns AND talked over me. He instead, started blaming my friend for being "rude and not knowing about third party and how the system works" THEN when my friend came next to me it was like a flip switch. He then started blaming the gal who worked there for making the mistake. While he was talking, I was trying to get a word out and he just talked louder.....it was truly awful!!!!!! Definitely NOT staying here again and would recommend you don\'t either! I work in customer service and that was absolutely NOT okay!!

No housekeeping prior to arrival. The one employee on duty working front desk had to clean our room. Check in took 2 hours. No housekeeping available on day 2 but we did see a housekeeper. He said he isn't assigned to our room. He was only one who showed up for work and he only wanted to do his assigned bare minimum, obviously. We weren't able to get any service.

The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, ac/heat worked great, had fridge, microwave, cooktop.Staff was very friendly. Basic breakfast was fine, good coffee! Smokers had to smoke outside over in a corner of yard.... but still smell of smoke when coming and going out front door... Did not smell in the room... Convenient location for my needs on this trip.

The staff were nice. What I didn’t like is that it says breakfast included and even if they have a full hotel they don’t have any breakfast available other than a small container of coffe and hot chocolate. Not enough for all their guests. Also a lot of people that don’t pick up after their pets

The room wasn't very clean. There was small debris on the floor and M&M's in the corner of the closet area. The bathroom sink was very slow draining. The "grab and go" breakfast could use a little upgrade. The coffee was good. We will probably stay there again when in Spanaway
