The room was on the smaller side but it was clean and looked nice. The staff was VERY nice and helpful. The bar was closed on a Sunday evening which bummed me out and there isn't a pool or hot tub. But it was less than 10 minutes from every location we wanted to go so the location was great

The hotel is beautiful but doesn't have amenities that others have. A coffee bar would have been a 5 star. The bathroom sink in our room was slow to drain and the room could probably us a coat of paint. Being close to the venue of my daughters wedding was a bonus but not enough yo stay there again.

I love the Hotel Murano for lots of reasons. It is my go to place to stay in Tacoma. The only thing that is really missing from a stay is complimentary coffee in the morning. The little coffee makers in the room do not make a decent cup of coffee. Please consider adding this amenity.
