Early morning flight to catch and the staff helped me with my requests and organizing the taxi. Arrived for check in mid-afternoon from travelling and was given a recommendation for a late lunch as most restaurants were closed or closing so that was very appreciated

The room was clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable and we slept super well. It’s right near the train station and in the centre of town so it’s a great location. Breakfast was delightful

The front desk staff seemed to be annoyed that we were guests. The breakfast room staff was also very annoyed that there were guests. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful. The "carpet" in the rooms was gross, it was very old and matted down, I'm not sure it could even be vacuumed. My room had the shower head sticking out past the glass partition, so the bathroom floor got wet and flooded after each shower. I have stayed at this hotel in the past and this time the experience was not as pleasant as before. For our last day we asked for a breakfast box because we had to leave before the breakfast started, and we were informed there would be a charge. But....we could go to the "Hospitality Room" and get a few snacks there.....this was the first time we had been told about the Hospitality Room, and we had been there over a week!!! Will probably stay somewhere else next time in Pescara!
