It started with a very pleasant check-in and car parking. The lady at reception was exceptionally helpful. The hotel is centrally located so access to the main attractions was close by. The breakfast was great. Hotel also provides coffee making facilities in the room. But do get buy milk.

Franchement déçu pour le parking car il y avait des places mais pour les Italiens pas pour le touristes dommage . Un peu vieillot l’hôtel en plus 3 étoiles c’est limite usure dans la salle de bain tout est vieux … . Le petit déjeuner est fait avec beaucoup de volonté par le personnel mais la qualité n’y est pas à part les fruits frais ou c’est moyen mais le reste c’est 0 pour la pâtisserie etc … même le yaourts aux fruits n’ont pas de goût c’est du low-cost ? Bref un petit déjeuner comme y’a mieux ailleurs heureusement il était offert par le site de réservation…. Ah oui les serviettes le cotons est vraiment fin !!!! Usure ou premier prix au final vu de la chambre vraiment pas top !

Ho soggiornato una notte in tripla, staff gentile e la camera era confortevole con tutto il necessario. Personalmente la moquette in camera e la vasca in bagno invece del piatto doccia sono 2 cose che non mi piacciono, ma questo non ha condizionato il mio giudizio, invece la finestra rotta che non si riusciva a chiudere, quindi isolamento dai rumori che provenivano dalla strada zero e il fatto che bisogna leggere le istruzioni sulla porta del bagno sul funzionamento della doccia per l'acqua calda sì. Alla fine al mattino la doccia l'ho fatta con l'acqua fredda, le ho provate tutte e niente acqua calda... ma sicuramente sono io che non so leggere le istruzioni.

All of the staff at Palazzo Virgilio were amazing. They were warm, friendly, helpful, and accommodating. There was also a delicious breakfast served every morning. I am a huge fan of pastries and they did not disappoint. The room was very nice. . . comfortable, very clean , and pleasant. With the exception of the Wi-Fi going out in my room(but could access in the lobby) it was excellent.

Gutes Hotel, direkt beim Bahnhof im Zentrum von Brindisi. Bequemes Bett. Gute Internetverbindung. Frühstück ausreichend, allerdings war der Frühstücksraum personell unterbesetzt als eine grosse Reisegeuppe kam, so dass es lange dauerte bis nachgefüllt wurde. Der Kaffee aus dem Automaten war mittelmässig gut. Insgesamt waren wir aber zufrieden.
