Love this hotel and I have stayed many times however a few things I wish the hotel would improve on that I’ve noticed on each stay. The service at the bar and sports bar is very slow and not efficient. We would order more drinks but seems to take 30mins for a drinks order to arrive even when not busy. I think the hotel loses out because of this. Also there isn’t anywhere to dry hair in the rooms while sitting. The mirror at the vanity table is too high. Breakfast is amazing which lots of choice. However the staff are so lovely and the hotel is lovely space and very clean and I will stay again.

We only stayed for one night at Fairmont but wish it was for longer! It was a brilliant stay, clean and comfortable with helpful and friendly staff. We ate in La Cucina which had good options for our children. Breakfast in the morning was superb - lots of choice and options. We enjoyed the swimming pool too. Looking forward to a return visit!

Lobby bar staff were not attentive..had go to bar to order 2nd round and neither of my husband's drinks were correct and he ordered the same drink both times. Spa staff were excellent as were the front desk and LA Cucina.

I recently stayed at the Fairmont and had a fantastic experience overall. The staff were attentive, professional, and always willing to help, which made the stay feel truly welcoming. The rooms were comfortable, well-appointed, and provided everything needed for a relaxing stay. The golf facilities were excellent and a real highlight of the trip, with the course being in great condition and offering a superb experience. My only criticism would be the breakfast service. While the food itself was very good, the queues were extremely long and resulted in a considerable wait each morning. Improving the breakfast flow would make a significant difference to the overall guest experience. Despite this, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would happily return.
