Very nice hotel, but found it difficult to use the pool. Nobody told us children’s swimming lessons would be going on. Also using the lockers in the changing room, proved difficult for me as someone who wears glasses. I need them to put code in for locker, and again to open locker. This meant no where to put my glasses, and taking them to the pool with me, leaving them laying around.

We had a lovely stay at Tudor Park. Weve stayed before and was a bit disappointed as there isnt a jacuzzi anymore. All the staff were very helpful and attentive. Food was excellent. Breakfast was very noisy due to there being a wedding the day before. We really enjoyed our stay.

The service we received was very good. From the start at the front desk to when we left. My only suggestion would be to have bigger sized bathrobes for men. Unfortunately, the last two days out of the three days we were there, the steam room was not working, so was quite looking forward to using it. But these things happen. Maybe in the weights area suggesting heavier weight than 37.5kg maybe up to 50kg as per normal gyms.

A good standard hotel with very good fitness facilities including large pool, sauna and steam room available free to guests. I was given an upgraded room which was very nice - all facilities I would expect for a 4* hotel room such as fridge and aircon, Breakfast was good - fairly standard hotel fare but nicely presented.

We were in room 157. Very clean and comfortable. Lovely patio and view outside our French window. Plenty of tea and coffee replenished over the 2 nights. We paid for breakfast which was very nice. An all round great stay as part of a wedding party. Would return again !!

Breakfast was very good, the pool didn't have a hot tub unfortunately and the water line on the pool was very limescaled and looked dirty. The room was in good condition however the beds were very uncomfortable, hard. The room had a free standing air conditioning unit, this was extremely loud and disrupted our sleep a lot and quite ineffective at getting the room too cold. We had winter duvets on which made for a hot night and the windows only opened a couple of inches so the air conditioning was better than that but not by much. Beds were big twins and facilities were okay in the room.

Would have scored higher but morning cleaning staff, from early, would shout along corridor to each other and talk loudly. Very fisturbing. Also the plumbing was very noisy and i could hear people urinating in other rooms and cisterns filling up loudly from at least four other rooms.

We booked a king double room but were given twin beds pushed together which was totally inappropriate as this left a narrow gap between bed and wall, a dip between beds and 2 headboards which didn’t align with the mattress…my husband has terminal cancer and this break was to revisit a place we had shared previously and really enjoyed. We booked a table for a meal which took over an hour to serve, by which time we left the restaurant. However the hotel was lovely and the staff were amazing, we couldn’t fault the professional way our issues were dealt with and would stay again, thankyou to all the staff for their help in unfortunate circumstances!

We didn’t get to check in for two hours despite arriving 30 minutes after check in time. Staff were unable to give us an estimate. We were given free drink vouchers which we found out from the rudest bar person in history that they could only be used for the cheapest lager and wine. The room made a weird dripping sound all night. All round worst hotel experience I’ve ever had I think.

Staff all really friendly and helpful, room comfortable and mostly clean, check spa in advance as lots of outside classes booked in so not always peaceful - aqua aerobics with very loud disco music, food in cast iron was great and breakfast really good too. Wi-Fi in the hotel is rubbish everywhere so not good to only have online room service ordering as couldn’t get any signal. Would still recommend it though

I stayed four nights for business. A very comfortable hotel. The room I stayed in was spacious and well equipped with outside patio space and seating looking out over the gardens. I ate in the restaurant twice and once in the bar area. All excellent food with friendly and attentive staff all round!

The rooms weren't ready on arrival. The breakfast was not very good. Only 1 coffee machine working and even that one had no milk in. Food was greasy. Only 2 members of staff seemed to be working in the dining room and they were rushed off their feet on bh Monday.

Very comfortable ground floor room with patio doors and a table and 2 chairs for those who smoke - perfect. Hotel has a spa and pool with sauna and steam room as well as a bar overlooking the golf course. There is a good restaurant if a tad pricy but service is excellent.There is also another lounge bar open in the evenings. Overall a great place for a weekend getaway.

Leisure facilities were fantastic. My wife has allergies to feather Duvets / Pillows which we discovered were standard in the room, asked reception if they could be changed, which they happily and quickly did. Breakfast was probably the nicest I have had in a hotel, tasty and cooked to perfection, the buffet was well laid out and had minimal risk from cross contamination as my wife is Vegan and gluten-free. My wife was offered a great vegan and gluten-free breakfast. We did want to eat in the hotel in the evening, however the menu didn't have anything that suited my wife's dietary requirements, so we ended up eating elsewhere, which was a shame.

The room was comfortable and quiet, I struggled with the height of the bath, getting in and out, maybe I should have asked for a walk in shower. The choice of food without chips was extremely limited but served well and was hot. The buffet breakfast was cold.
