Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Convenient location if taking a bus to Niseko, picks you up at the hotel.

Staffs was nice and able to speak English. The room was spacious and well-equipped, including dining utensils and even a massage chair. The bathroom was large, and the bedding and blankets were clean and comfortable. The accommodation is not too far from the station, though it’s not a major station. There are two Lawson convenience stores nearby, which is very convenient. It’s just a bit of a longer walk from the Susukino area.
