Effective 1 September 2025, Osaka Prefecture will adjust its accommodation tax rates as follows:

Accommodation fees below ¥5,000 per person per night: Exempt from accommodation tax

¥5,000 or above ~ below ¥15,000: ¥200 per person per night

For accommodation fees of ¥15,000 or more but less than ¥20,000: ¥400 per person per night

For ¥20,000 or more: ¥500 per person per night
This tax will be collected directly from guests by accommodation facilities upon check-in. Guests are advised to have Japanese yen cash available for payment.

Pets not allowed;

Front Desk Services
Contactless check-out is available; Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. Information provided by the property may be translated using automated translation tools.

Government-issued photo identification and a credit card or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges;

Children And Extra Bed Policy
Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on property policy; One child 12 years old or younger stays free, per registered adult, when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding;
