Brilliant hotel really friendly and helpful staff, food was really good in the bar and good selection of drinks. Only negative i have was the car park cost 10 euro per night, really should be free parking for residents as carpark was not near full capacity when the hotel was really busy.

Internet was good. Terrible location, no air conditioning, so to get fresh air had to open window, which was right next to the interstate, so was very loud!

Room was clean and hotel was modern and fresh. Took all day for them to bring towels and mug and water for 3rd guest in room. Room had been set for 2 people despite a booking for 3. Quite far from city centre but convenient bus service not far from hotel and bus fare is very reasonable. Hotel has a policy that forbids guests that are not in a tour group from using the restaurant in the evening. You can use the bar for light food. This was surprising - never heard of this anywhere before. We did not dine in the city thinking we could eat at the hotel restaurant only to be told that only the bar was available to guests not part of a tour. It would have been useful to know this when we checked in.

I have stayed here for many years as I have family in the area. I have noticed some changes over this time and not all are for the best. All hotels in Ireland have got more expensive including this hotel. They also now charge 10 euros a night for parking which used to be included. The restaurant was also closed during our stay which was a shame. On the plus side, I like that it is right beside Aldi which is great for some snacks and a light breakdfast. The parking and access is still convenient. One item was the cleanliness as there was mold in the shower and general poor upkeep which is a shame. I would still stay here again but the value is declining.

The general cleanliness of the room was very insufficient. Since there was no ventilation, we unfortunately had to keep the window open every night, and a lot of noise came from outside. The noise from the road and the conversations of other guests disturbed us during sleeping hours. There was a constant wind noise in the corridor, and the room door kept making noise because of the wind. Even though we requested cleaning, the floors especially the bathroom were not cleaned properly. The room cleaning only consisted of replacing towels and tidying up the bed sheets.

Actually kind of gross. When we got our room it still had the ionizer in it and there was mould all around the seals of the bath, the toilet clogged and brown, sticky substances on the floor. I went to the front desk and they changed our room immediately, albeit not the one we'd paid for. At that time of night I just wanted to sleep, so I said okay. That room wasn't much better. Granted, no sticky floor, but there was still mould around the bath seals and the sink didn't drain properly even at low speeds. If I'd have been staying longer I'd honestly have just gone elsewhere. The walls were paper thin, and for some reason, every person staying at the hotel decided they were going to yell and shout and scream all the way down the hall, so I barely slept. The location is decent, but with Ireland's banning of Uber, be prepared to pay a good 30 euros to travel 15 minutes into town. A very middle of the road option that honestly had me wondering why I didn't just go with a Premier Inn equivalent.

Overall stay was average, shower curtain was mouldy along the top, the door to our room wouldn’t lock, there were stains in the carpets and cracking along the windowsill. The staff phoned the room at 2am waking us up, to ask if we’d booked a taxi. Ample parking around the site, comvenience of a petrol station and supermarket nearby.

Pros: The room was very spacious and clean. Cons: Very noisy, little noise canceling. Room faced the parking lot and a lot of noise all night. We had a room a few doors from the elevator and stairs, and you could hear the elevator (possibly stairs) doors open and close inside the room at night.

Big hotel, good condition & kept very clean. Breakfast option was expensive so we went across the road to Pandini’s. The room was very very hot - it was a crazy hot day - and no air con so uncomfortable to sleep in the heat. Staff at reception were lovely, but the bar & late evening staff not so helpful or welcoming. Online check in is a bonus, but the key collection system is not working ….

Good value for money. Delighted that they accommodate a family of 5 in one room (3 young children). Staff were absolutely fantastic, so polite and kind. One female member of staff noticed my child has autism when we went for breakfast, she was so kind and offered us a quieter booth to help us, we were incredibly grateful. Breakfast was delicious! Those hash browns! There was plenty of great options. The room was clean, very spacious, quiet and warm. Slept really well. After a long flight, this place was perfect.

The beds and pillows were not comfortable. The comforter on the bed was very heavy, making it difficult to move. Was definitely a disruption to our sleep. We had a great stay, but on the last morning I woke to a message that oir flight had been cancelled intil the next day. Went to the desk and got extended another night. BUT the flight was delayed for another day, and they had no available rooms, since by now two days worth of airport travelers were backing all the local hotels. They desk staff tried calling other hotels, they looked on a booking website, but when all seemed like we would spend a cold rainy night on the Dublin streets, Ruben stepped up big time. Said he had a friend he could call. He must have spent at least 40 minutes wrangling me a room, vouching for what a great guy I am and sounding like my presence would light up the hotel lobby when i walked through the door. Finally, he arranged the room, but apologized for the lack of a free breakfast. When I agreed, he talked some more, and then told me he had gotten us free breakfast. I thanked him profusely, and he talked more. THEN he announced he had scored us complimentary dinner for two. Cannot say enough good things about the way the staff treated us, and Ruben deserves a medal (maybe a raise?) for his efforts.

. I found the hotel to be very clean and well-maintained, and most of the staff were welcoming and professional. Unfortunately, there was one disappointing incident involving a staff member (possibly security) who made discriminatory remarks toward us as Ukrainians. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and should be addressed by management. Aside from that, the hotel itself is a comfortable place to stay. Just keep in mind that it is quite far from the city center and major attractions, so it may not be the most convenient location if you’re looking to be close to the main activities.

Check in was not good. Told us our room was not readt then proceeded to check-in 15 other people. Apparently the rooms are pre assigned and the clerk was not flexible enough to figure it out. Manager was called a miraculously our room was ready.

We weren't aware that our stay in Dublin was during an NFL game. All hotels, including this one doubled their rates. Thus hotel isn't in Dublin, but the nearby light rail station "Red Cow" is a short taxi trip away. For a real Irish Pub experience, go to The Steering Wheel Pub. It's a short taxi ride or 15 minute walk away. It's a local favorite and we were the only tourists.

It was a clean, comfortable place to stay. I didn’t love having to pay for parking when there was plenty of space around. It wasn’t central and driving into Dublin (insane—don’t) and having to pay for parking there too wasn’t ideal. However, it wasn’t far from downtown and was a quieter alternative.

Friendly staff and nice hotel. Bath had not been cleaned as there was a black rim around it and there was mold around the bath seal and in the sink. Dining options very limited, no plant based options for lunch or dinner so had to dine out.
