We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Rooms were modern and clean and breakfast was of a good standard. Staff very helpful whenever we needed assistance. On a straight bus route into Dublin 20-30 mins depending on time of day. Only thing I’d add that would’ve made this perfect is a gym.

Hotel was clean and easy to access. Restaurant was quite limited and staff inattentive. We paid to upgrade to a king bed with sea view but it wasn't worth the extra charge – the room wasn't particularly big and the view across the main road wasn't brilliant. Extra charges for parking too – we chose this over another hotel that was more expensive (where we had stayed previously), but with the extra charges we discovered we would have been better off going there again – and will do for our next visit.

Very good hotel was clean and the room was great quality. It's close to the dart into the city and it does have on site parking. However there is only around 25 parking spaces so you may end up paying for parking and have no space if you leave for the day. Apart from that inconvenience its a solid hotel for a visit to Dublin

Car park barrier didnt work for us going in or out. Keys would not open lifts, we had to use stairs which is fine, but if somebody has mobility issues, that's a problem. Our stay was lovely, room great and very clean.

Leider war das Housekeeping nicht gut. Die Betten wurden schlampig gemacht und die Dusche/ das Waschbecken innerhalb einer Woche nicht gereinigt. Das ist sehr schade, da sonst das Personal am Empfang und beim Frühstücke extrem freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend war. Das Frühstück ist auch sehr lecker gewesen.

Shower gel completely empty, no other soap or gels available, night porters could not arrange for gel to be filled up, After a 5 hour drive and arriving late, all i needed was a shower. Disappointing.

The room was never properly cleaned or restocked (coffee, body wash, face clothes, etc.). There is an ice machine on the floor but they don't provide ice buckets?! The reception rarely answer the phone when we called down (several times). The bed and pillows were good, and the DART train is close which is great. There is also a great ocean view from the rooms with windows that open so you can enjoy the sea air (unfortunately our windows were dirty both inside and outside). The front desk night staff were lovely and helpful, the day staff and management less so.

Quick chrck in, confottable room, tea/ coffee in room itoning bostd hsir dryer. Ample towels. Very clesn and sircon in room. Tv had no channels and only slout you to dtresm from your own device, thos may not be to everyone's liking.

It was alright. They didn't make our beds and we only stayed a couple of nights. A bit disappointed ☹️ given the amount I spent. Rooms were nice and clean. Shower was nice and big. Very spacious. The bed and pillows were amazing. Air con had no heat function which was a shame too. Also, no fridge...

Good points - great sea view, comfortable bed, nice breakfast. Bad points - no rack for suitcase, so had to leave it on the floor, no drawers or shelves to unpack (only hangers) so had to live out of a suitcase for a week, no fridge in the room, room wasn’t made up the last day and by the time came back, housekeeping had left for the day. Re epitomises apologised but there was nothing they could do. Not great for a supposed upper market hotel. Could do better.

Nice clean modern room and very helpful staff. However, very, very little storage (not enough for 2 people) with space for just 3 coat hangers. Deluxe seaview rooms are at the front next to the main road, so are more noisy.

Our room was very clean with a nice, modern and sleek bathroom. Big enough room compared to generally small European hotel rooms. Beds were comfortable although my pillow was hard and made my neck hurt. But this is just a minor issue for me. Their breakfast buffet had very good selections. John at the bar was great and poured the perfect Black and Tan for a nightcap. There is a convenience store or what they call the “petrol garage” next to the hotel as well as a cute café around the corner. Very convenient public transportation by the hotel. Bus stop right outside and a short walking distance to the Booterstown train station. There is a coach bus from the airport that stops right by the hotel. We took a taxi going back to the airport (for our return flight back to the US) which the front desk staff arranged for us. A very nice, comfortable and convenient stay overall. Highly recommend.

We spent 4 nights at the hotel. The breakfasts were varied and well cooked, eggs to order. We had an accessible room which had a very well appointed bathroom. The bed wasn't as firm as we would like as my husband needs something firmer to be able to turn during the night and for support getting out of bed. We raised this with Victor who was extremely helpful. He was unable to change the mattress as all the others were the same but he swiftly got housekeeping to turn the bed for us. This did help. Would definitely return and could recommend the location (bus stop directly outside and a ten minutes pleasant walk to the DART) Thank you all.

Check in was great but paying for parking in a hotel outside the city is a it. Only 1 person on the restaurant and bar so had to wait 45 mins for a drink and food order. Clearly the poor guy needs more staff to help on a Sat night.

Our experience wasnt great, the hotel has very little parking for hotel guests. The staff while friendly weren't up to scratch in service especially in the restaurant. Breakfast was self service which was okay. Unfortunately we wont be returning.

We booked 6 rooms for our group when we were in town to see the NFL Dublin game. Really great hotel and very easy access to the city centre on the DART or bus. Airport express picked us up right outside the hotel for our flights home. Hotel has all the amenities you need and the staff were very accommodating and friendly.

This property gave away my reservation and then charged me hundreds of dollars for them cancelling my stay. Terrible customer service. Left me without a place to stay in Dublin. Would not recommend. They are all about money and do not care about the guest that actually reserved the room ahead of time.

The hotel room was great - really comfy bed, soft pillows and fabulous view. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the location wasn’t great as there is nothing much in the immediate location. Also, the hotel restaurant was pretty limited and was more like a basic pub menu than a hotel menu.

This property is great value for the cost. It is outside the downtown core, but getting around was easy. There is a bus stop right out front, and the DART commuter train station is only a 5 minute walk. The hotel was clean and new, and it has a nice restaurant with good food. Plus there is a convenience store next door that sells some Marks & Spencer's food hall goodies. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location in the Dublin area transit access was great good airport bus connection local train and busses, get a leap card at the airport and hop around great free wifi too. The breakfast at the Maldorn was well the price, one of the best I've had in years, gluten-free choices too, loved the mushrooms. Its location is perfect for concert goers in the area and 20min on train to city center with a 5 - 10 minute walk to Booterstown station. If you like beaches the green line train covers i think all the local ones in the Dublin area.

The toilet flushing function worked poorly and the shower lacked shower curtains and proper hanging for towels were missing in the bathroom. The In Room dining service was rather dissappointing and I felt ripped of. I opted for a Ceasar salad and even payed extra for the cajun chicken option since I was unsure if any chicken was included as standard. Upon delivery all I got was some lettuce, crutons and som dressing. That was it, and costing me 22 euros.

Great location, very transit accessible. New hotel so everything is new and clean. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good as well. If you have a chance, check out the old Punch Bowl 5-7 minute walk away and the beach as well. Will definitely book here again.
